Hotel Mountain view di Jiangmen

One of my German clients stayed at Wanda Realm Heshan and insisted that I help forward his five-star review to the hotel. Here is his review: ”Die Übernachtung im Wanda Realm Heshan war fantastisch! Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Das Personal war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprach hervorragend Englisch – meine Fragen wurden immer umgehend beantwortet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig mit internationalen und lokalen Speisen, alles frisch und lecker. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett sehr bequem und die Aussicht toll. Eine tolle Wahl für Geschäftsreisen oder Urlaub – ich empfehle es wärmstens weiter!”

It was a little confusing where the front desk was at first, as I wasn’t able to locate the hotel name anywhere in the building. I guess there was some sort of agreement made with the front desk on the 15th floor (under a different hotel name), as they were able to check me in. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy, and location was great - right next to a giant mall with many restaurants and arcades inside. Though I ran into a sketchy looking man in the elevator who didn’t seem to have a fob? And they just followed me off when it was my floor. It was concerning and I didn’t see any security guards in the building during my stay.

For customer service this was one of the best hotels we stayed in. The staff, and general manager in particular, were so helpful. As we do not speak Chinese, they helped with everything - recommendations of what to do on the island, helping with transport, making sure we were OK at breakfast. They really went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious and clean. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. I would definitaly stay here again if we visited. Thank you!

對於游泳池和健身室環境非常滿意 大棠經理Stephen小王服務10分到位 唯一美中不足的是酒店游泳池游泳，有泳客帶浴帽（不是泳帽）游水，嚴重影響衛生而駐場的員工並沒有阻止

This hotel is located in a peaceful area far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Environment is good. The breakfast is varied  and mainly served  Chinese food. The room is spacious and clean. The only setback is the lady who served at the noodle station was a bit rude to the guests. I think she should be trained properly on how to serve the guests. Other than that, everything is fine.

第一次住這個酒店，我住的房間衞生感覺沒怎麼弄好，桌上灰塵比較多，但服務員的態度是很好的，馬上就拿擦布擦乾淨。我住的房間比較靠路邊，所以雜音比較大，其它沒什麼，還贈送早餐哦。價格就不貴，我覺得還可以接受

本次入住超值！適合一家人居住，度假小區環境雅緻，房間寬敞明亮，房間實景跟商家的照片一致，打掃得一塵不染，衞浴用品齊全好用。工作人員態度温和有耐心，響應及時，整體安靜舒適，完美適配旅行與商務需求。 強烈推薦！住了一晚直接再續一晚，衞生到位、服務貼心、設施齊全，住着特別舒心，性價比超高！

Not bad experience. The hotel room is quite new and clean with hot spring water inside bathroom. We can enjoy anytime. The host let us staying in 1/F although not my thoughts. Only one important thing is the security, we stay near the entrance but the door keep opening during the midnight. Also the password of the front door and bedroom door is just simple. Everyone is easy to know that.

The hotel apartment is situated 5 minutes from the hot spring resort . There is no restaurant or any other facilities . The apartment is roomy however no cooking facilities at all . Only an electric kettle and a not very cold fridge plus a washing machine . Food can be ordered thru platform , a few eateries nearby . Price is cheap , staff are good . Plenty of dead insect bodies are seen in the cup shape light shade , kind of scary .

房間還算乾淨，前台接待熱情。 離海灘近，看海景方便，海景漂亮。 個人自建房設計水準，洗手間淋浴房沒有門，洗手枱下水管道不是接到下水口的,洗漱的時候難免噴到腿上腳上，讓人心裏不舒服。 上川島飛沙灘景區的住宿酒店老闆們如果想要讓更多人來玩得開心的話，應該多去下川島王府洲景區取取經，真的不是一個水準。同樣價位的住宿體驗相差太大。 家人們都説如果下次還來玩的話，就去下川島，不去上川島啦。可惜了這細幼美麗的白沙灘和漂亮的風景了。
