Hotel Mountain view di Kaski

This family run hotel was a great find for relaxing a few days after our trek. It is easy walking distance to the lakeside but far enough away that you don't hear the nightclubs when you want to sleep at night. The beds are comfortable and the room is well designed. There are many thoughtful touches: the table attached to the wall by the door let's you have luggage underneath, the fridge is for you to use and not crammed full of mini bar stuff, there is even a beer mug provided. The full hot breakfast has eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, toast, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee, we were plenty well fed. You can choose to sit out in the garden area for breakfast if you like. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful with the owner speaking really good English.

The hotel is a little far from the lakeside, so it takes a bit of extra time to get to the main area. However, the distance is balanced out by the great value for money. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, and the amenities are well-maintained. If you don’t mind being slightly away from the lakeside, this is a solid and budget‑friendly choice. I had a pleasant stay overall.

This is a very nice hotel...great location, great views, and a kind staff. While the free buffet breakfast is good, it's no where near 5 star... it's more like 3 star. with a very limited selection of food. I enjoyed Pokhara so much that I decided to stay an extra week, and when I asked about rates booking directly with the hotel, they seemed arrogant and disinterested... saying there was no discount for booking directly with them. So I left and booked another hotel right on the lake , larger room and same buffet breakfast...for much less money. If you want to pay more for less, stay here.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location right by the lake is perfect, and waking up to the view of the water and mountains was a treat. The staff were wonderfully helpful and kind throughout our stay. When we asked if we could have chairs for the balcony to enjoy the view better, they provided them away without any hesitation. They were also always happy to help with information about the area and any questions we had. If you want a well located place with great views and genuinely helpful staff, this is it. We really loved our time here. 🩷

Nice hotel quality fittings and very attentive professional staff. Great views at the back room 302 Breakfast was large in offering and a good choice well presented. Coffee very good too A warm sunny front courtyard for colder days. Well situated for a short walk to all the shops and restaurants you require. Nearby bike hire and washing services a bonus. Very nice hotel. Good location just a walking distance to central bus station and a big park near the lake. I was there for one night only, the room was on the top floor, spacious, clean and comfortable, the city view was nice but unfortunately it was very foggy in the morning and during the day and the snowy himalaya mountain ranges were not in sight at all (bad timing🙁). The staff services were great, very helpful and attentive (especially Mr.Milan Aryal 👍). The food from resto (pasta) was also very nice and tasty. Keep up the great work and surely will stay at snow peak hotel if ever go back to Pokhara! Cheers...

Hotel Fewa Trip Good location 5minutes walking distance to the walking street, convenient to find the restaurant and cafe, massage, this place completely everything, some of the restaurants was opened till late night, Fresh Elements & Cafe Camellia is just 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel room where clean and comfortable. Definitely will come back again.

The hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.

During our trip, my phone and cash were stolen. At first, I thought it would be impossible to recover them in a foreign country where I didn’t speak the language, and I had already given up. But after I told the manager, he went above and beyond to help. He asked his partners to accompany me to the police station and even took me around to different places. Throughout the whole process, he kept reassuring me, and in the end, everything was recovered in less than a day. This hotel truly made us feel relaxed and safe. The manager’s warmth and kindness left us with unforgettable memories.

К сожалению, звёзды ставлю только за работу сотрудников на стойке регистрации. Парни на ресепшене действительно вежливые, отзывчивые, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать — и маршруты, и трансфер, и где поесть. Им отдельное спасибо и пять баллов из пяти. За три дня не вынесли мусор, уборки нет, не поменяли полотенца, пыль так и лежала. Грязно. Такое ощущение, что сервис и чистота — это разные отели. Но спасибо администраторам на ресепшене — самые приятные люди в этом отеле.
