The rooms were newly remodeled. The staff was very nice. We usually like to have breakfast included but this hotel did not serve breakfast. The bed was comfortable but it was too soft for my husband. It only had a shower and no bathtub. It would have been nice to have a large lighted mirror above the desk to put make up on while sitting at the desk. Also, a large clock in the room would have been nice.

Very nice hotel with good location, cozy fireplaces and restaurant. Nice laundry.
I personally was not amazed by breakfast - ham, omelette with cheese and vegetables, gravy - but it is my personal taste. Pancakes were very good though.

The smell from the purina plant can be strong during different times of the day and the hotel is 8 minutes from all the bars and restaurants downtown . It’s a new and clean facility and probably one of the nicer hotels compared to the others

Hotel location was the best! Room was clean but carpet was little sandy, kinda expected of carpet. Not much amenities in the hotel but we were out most of the time. But it would be nice to have a pool or hot tub, after a day of hiking. Overall, hotel was of best value compared to the others in town. The view was awesome too!

Pengguna TetamuVery convenient, tlaquepaque just next to hotel so you can just walk to it. Everything was very clean, staff was polite and nice. I highly recommend it, I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the rest of the ammenities it has to offer. Restaurants around the hotel, coffee spots and shopping areas.

A great experience, our first time in a caravan. The beds were hard and 60% of the pillows were lumpy, and the polyester blanket made for a very sweaty night, but we still had fun.
As there are many other RVs in close proximity, you can hear others outside quite easily and may wake due to noise, but other campers are all pretty good at keeping to quiet time.
Although we were told there is 7 gallons of hot water in the tank per RV, in reality, it is at best, lukewarm, not ”hot”. We didn't try the public bathrooms so cannot comment if the water there was hot.

Les tentes sont entretenues et la literie adaptée à la baisse des températures la nuit. Des douches et toilettes communes, ainsi que des lampes, sont à disposition.
Cependant, le chemin d'accès en voiture est à entretenir.

Staying in a one-room apartment was such a happiness to us and made our day. We arrived after the manager left office for home, but he/she took care to pass the door key and intructions to us, so we got into the room without trouble. Located in the outside of Williams makes the environment quite and we slept well.

No staff on site to assist check in and you have conduct with machine.
I am assigned to level 2 but there is no elevator. We have to bring our luggage’s to walk for one floor which is not good especially when you have big and heavy luggage.
Breakfast is social!
