Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Munich

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sofitel Munich. The room we were staying at 425 had a nice spacious room with many amenities. All the staff were very friendly especially Manager Mr. Umut was very accommodating and very helpful. He was always greeting us with a smile and took care of all our needs and requests. The bar was also very luxurious with many nice cocktails. We will miss Sofitel and will definitely come back next year!

Superb in all respects. A quiet and comfortable place to call your home base when visiting Munich. The facility itself is well thought out and supremely comfortable. The staff are numerous, friendly and very attentive. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed was uber comfortable...and a free well stocked refrigerator was a welcome suprise. The hotel ”rents” (at no added charge) bicycles, which are such a nice way of getting around in this bicycle friendly city. And last, but DEFINITELY not least - the breakfast (included in price of room) was the best breakfast my wife and I have ever had. I say this without any exaggeration. Thank you, Hotel Muenchen Palace!

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

Hotel is in a good location. It is just opposite central railway station. Room is clean. Breakfast is excellence. Honey at the hotel is one of the best honey that I have ever had before.

旅途中最滿意的酒店，不小心打碎了一個玻璃杯，我們去前台報備，美女服務員還像我們致歉。早餐也非常美味，酸奶特別好喝。最驚喜的是就在購物街主幹道上，各種大牌雲集，購物超級方便

الفندق كان ممتاز جداً وتعامل الموظفين واستقبالهم لنا كان رائع، خدمونا في كل شي احتجناه، الغرفة جميلة و الإطالة جيدة و مكان الفندق جميل وهادئ بعيد عن ازعاج المدينة، الفندق يعتبر بعيد عن وسط المدينة ب ١٥ دقيقة تقريباً. الفطور كان عادي ولا يوجد فيه خيارات حق العرب لكن البدائل موجودة حوله من مقاهي و بقالات. استمتعنا بالتجربة.

我們訂的行政套房，房間面積還可以，是兩個聯通間（有兩個衞生間）。在客廳按要求加了床，但收取了加床費。房間設施比較陳舊，但維護的還算可以，空調開關是特別古老的那種轉盤的。噪音和浴室下水等都沒問題。乾淨還是乾淨的。 早餐品類還蠻多的，還有一些自動的機器，比如自動做pancake的，擠果醬的巧克力醬的，還蠻好玩的。也有供應各國食品，processco起泡酒等喝的。 但是，不好的地方是，服務是真達不到這個標準。沒有拉行李的，前台態度也很一般，第一次做了鑰匙還沒做去行政樓層的權限。小朋友在入住期間過生日，但沒有任何錶示。不要期待過多。 行政樓層的餐食一般，喝的就是啤酒飲料和一種德國本土的紅白酒。泳池和健身房都比較小。 位置的話，離市中心比較遠，大概15分鐘左右電車，挺方便的，買了一日票可以隨便玩。旁邊有英國公園，大森林，可以去溜達。

飯店服務員皆年輕有禮且外型亮麗，飯店走廊走暗幕風格，房間略狹小，浴室很有設計感，早餐是吃過最好的，不僅豐富好吃，各種單點的料理色香味都兼顧一定水準，唯二要抱怨的點，是距離離車站真的略遠，再來是房間內部省電過一段時間會自動熄燈，很惱人

We stayed at The Charles Hotel for 3 nights and had a great stay. The staff are so helpful and attentive. Breakfast is amazing-full buffet with options to order eggs etc. the Zuma pop up was a treat. So good as always at a zuma. The lobby bar was great for drinks, snacks, and we had lunch one day. Very quiet at night and a nice room and bathroom. A major US pop star was staying there, and you could hardly tell, bc they kept it all going smoothly without a big scene. Short walk to main train station. We would stay here again and again.

Service at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year. And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.
