The hotel's location is excellent, right in Back Bay, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and it's within walking distance of the train station. The views are great, with the Boston Public Library right downstairs, and shopping and dining are very accessible. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the overall stay was very relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers good value for money, and the toiletries and coffee bar were also very good. The only minor downside was that there was only one chair in the room, which wasn't very convenient for two people.

This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

The location was great for us to do all we needed. It is possible to walk to most places but is also easy to get an Uber. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fine, but the bathroom a bit tired. Someone had stuffed toilet roll into the door stop and there were patches to the shower, but otherwise it was fine. The warm cookies on arrival were a lovely touch, as were the chocolates left in our room on the second evening. There is a small gym, suitably kitted out, but guests can also use the YMCA gym in operating hours.

There are two types of curtains: blackout and sun protection. The area is convenient – ​​you can quickly reach Cambridge, and Downtown is a 15-minute walk away. , the Freedom Trail is also nearby. The hotel is located in the bus station building, but there are few people around, so it doesn't feel like a neighbor. However, there is a large food court nearby, a huge supermarket with a huge selection of everything, including alcohol and prepared foods. Also across the street is Little Italy, with many delicious restaurants and bars. Overall, we are very glad we chose this hotel.

The front desk staff saw how tired we were and allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver. They offer complimentary coffee in the mornings and flavored iced water in the afternoons. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around; you can easily walk to the subway and reach places like Cambridge, MIT, and Boston Common for the Freedom Trail. Plus, there's a fantastic place called Summer Shack just a 10-minute walk away where you can enjoy delicious and affordable Boston lobster. If you walk another 8 minutes, you'll find a large supermarket for all your shopping needs.

The hotel is clean and in a great location. Unfortunately the rooms are far too small. I understand that there is a Japanese compact theme going on for the rooms but it would be useful to potential guests for this to be clearly spelt out in the booking information. There is no room for two suitcases and very limited space to put clothing. The bed becomes the settee and vice versa. When the bed is down it is very cramped and difficult to navigate around it because the suitcases are on the floor. The US is known for big rooms, big beds, and big servings of food. You would not expect to find such small rooms in a U.S. hotel.
