Hotel berhampiran Museum Of Illusions Muscat, Muscat

I spend 4 nights in this hotel in the center of a capital city. There are exchanges, shops (with Omani typical sweets for example) and restaurants around the hotel. You will have nice view - you can see a Grand Sultan Mosque (especially at night). There is a terrace on the top of the hotel with a swimming pool. Hotel is really beautiful with nice interior. Rooms are clean, big and with nice furniture (like in a fairytale about princess Scheherazade). Hotel staff is very kind and professional. There is no problem they can´t solve. They can speak english very well. Food is delicious, continental breakfast and dinner a la card. I can highly recommend this hotel :)

I loved this place!!! Food, shisha, taxis everywhere within distance. Hotel staff really nice. There is a swimming pool and spa available too. The only problem was that the breakfast buffet is terrible. They need to make it a lot better! Probably the worst breakfast I’ve seen in hotels that I have visited

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. الاقامة في الفندق كانت ممتازة جداً، جميع العاملين متعاونين وودويين، النظافة والموقع والخدمة ممتازة جداً مقابل السعر ، انصح فيه وبقوة . The stay in the hotel was very excellent, all the attendants working in cleaning and the location is very excellent for the price, I highly recommend it.

Чисто, уютно, ново, свежо. Работает бассейн. Хороший фитнес зал. Номера комфортные. Очень простые завтраки, это скорее минус. Чтоб комфортно добираться до отеля и из него, обязательно нужна машина или такси. В пешей доступности ничего нет. Не кладут тапочки и халаты. Небольшие недочеты в уборке.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is fresh and clean and the staff pleasant and very helpful. We had some minor hiccups in the room which were attended to politely and swiftly. It is possible to walk to shops and the beach but not convenient. Like most of Muscat, a car is really necessary to make the most of the visit

This is nothing short of an amazing hotel and definitely worth five stars. The room was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view over the pool area and ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you'd need, including a combined shower and bathtub. There was also sufficient storage space and a built-in safe that easily fitted my 15” laptop. The breakfast buffet was awesome. A huge variety of delicious food items, eggs cooked to order, fresh juices, different types of fresh bread, all sorts of hot items, cereals, and freshly grounded speciality coffees. Plus more! It was also a true treat to sit at the poolside, while enjoying this breakfast. It made for a wonderful start of the day. Unlike many other hotels, the in-house restaurants were really good too. We tried the Italian restaurant and the Duke pub/restaurant. It was really nice to sit outside, overlooking the bay and to see the sun setting. The location of the hotel makes for breathtaking views. It is on a cliff at the end of a bay, overlooking the bay and the city of Muscat. The one thing I want to point out is that there is nothing else nearby. The hotel is in a residential area and if you'd like to go to a different restaurant, you'd need to take a taxi. Not a big deal and the hotel provides about everything you'd need, but it is something to keep in mind. Last, but certainly not least, the staff at this hotel was so super friendly and helpful. They really know what hospitality means! This is also across the board. From the reception, to the house keeping, and the breakfast staff. As well as the restaurant staff. A special recognition goes to Deepika at the front desk. She clearly remembered we'd asked something about the Duke bar and the next day she gave me an update. She was also very helpful when I had to handle some documents. A great example of excellent customer service.

擁有最強廚房，但太不方便做飯。 住這種all suites hotel，肯定有做飯洗衣的需求。該酒店作為oman 2023年最新的一批酒店，廚房硬件堪稱一絕。面積大，設施新，品牌硬，甚至好於多數自家廚房。 但缺點也很無奈，沒刀具，鍋很小，沒有能借的kitchen kit，連基礎的鹽和胡椒都沒有。想做飯就要自己買硬件。對比隔壁杜拜同品牌酒店有很大進步空間。 除此之外，酒店的餐廳修了5個月還沒修好。因此早餐很一般（對比阿曼其他同價位酒店）。因此酒店的早餐也降到了5 OMR。 距離方面，酒店位於qurum，距離機場需要自駕20分鐘左右。是比較遠的酒店了。但周邊生活方便，離景點近。

Al Falaj hotel is centrally located. Admirable hospitality from the front office and other staff. Ready to serve to your needs. Breakfast is sumptuous and caters to the needs of various nationalities. Comfortable rooms. Also provides for additional facilities like gym and pool . Reasonable rate . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
