"The hotel is very new, having opened this year. The room was well-ventilated, odor-free, and clean, bright, and tidy. The breakfast was good. The downside was that the staff wasn't up to par. Initially, there were no towels or bath towels in the room. When we left, we spilled a kettle and a bottle of makeup remover in the room. By the time we left Keketuohai after touring the scenic area that afternoon, the hotel hadn't called to remind us."

"It was my first time in Keke, and I chose this one among many hotels and B&Bs. It exceeded my expectations. There were some misunderstandings upon arrival, but they were handled promptly and with great service. Every day of our four-day stay, the hotel's pickup truck was always available to pick us up at the ski resort. It felt more like a dedicated team, not just a staff member. Everyone wore walkie-talkies and was always on hand to coordinate and assist with any needs. We went to town for dinner every day, and they were also available to pick us up, eliminating any transportation concerns. The room was clean and tidy, with a constant temperature, and the view of the snow-capped mountains was just outside the window. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was very comfortable! I'll definitely choose this one in Keke again. I'd also like to mention that the hotel's handsome snowboard instructor skied with us for a free day, took us to Little Wolf King, and was always waiting for us. Thank you so much! The staff felt like friends, making our trip to Keke a truly enjoyable one!"

The caramel brown wool blanket, terracotta walls, and maple leaf red pillows make you feel like you have fallen into an autumn oil painting. The floor heating is super powerful, you won’t feel cold even if you walk on the floor barefoot at minus 30 degrees Celsius. I love the rocking chair next to the floor-to-ceiling window. When I open my eyes in the morning, I can see the gilded edges of the snow-capped mountains. At night, I can curl up and watch the aurora dancing on the glass window. The bathroom is also full of details - the water flow of the brass shower head is like a hot spring, the mosaic tiles are arranged to create a gradual change of sunset, and the little Corgi squats at the door to ”stand guard” while taking a bath..."

Environment: The room was spacious. Since I was skiing, I could spread out my ski bag in the room without any interruption. Even with temperatures exceeding -20 degrees Celsius outside, the room was heated and comfortable.
Service: The hotel service was fantastic! Upon check-in, I received complimentary Hilton cookies. The front desk assistant took the initiative to help me bring my luggage upstairs. Since the hotel had just opened, they also provided complimentary breakfast. Knowing I was leaving early, they even arranged for the kitchen to prepare breakfast for me. The service was excellent.
The view from the bed was incredible! I will definitely stay at this hotel again!"
