The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The check in process was smooth and easy as I got my room key in minutes. The room itself was great, clean, cozy, the bathroom was clean as well. The water was always available at a temperature I liked and the breakfast was a great addition. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Very nice hotel.. located near train station and great value

Good location

The room was decent, spacious, and clean. The only downside was that I didn't check whether it was a smoking room when I booked it. It ended up being a smoking room, and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Tamagawa Station and very close to Noda Station, just a two- or three-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for visiting Universal Studios Japan. There are several convenience stores and numerous restaurants and snack shops nearby, adding to the convenience. The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly, and self-service check-in was also available. The lobby on the first floor provided disposable toiletries, even face wash and lotion – a thoughtful touch! The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food was quite delicious; the chicken was especially fragrant and tender. My two-night stay was fantastic, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Osaka.

Great location, right next to the subway and JR lines, but the Wi-Fi is too slow.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from JR Noda Station. There are many restaurants, including Lawson, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart nearby. Tamagawa Station is right in front of the hotel (if you're carrying luggage, you'll need to cross the street to get there). It's very convenient to take the JR Universal train, which arrives in about 15 minutes without having to change trains. The room was incredibly clean, with not a speck of dust in every corner! It had all the amenities you need, even a makeup mirror! Facial cleanser, makeup remover, lotion, cotton swabs, shower cap, and soap are all available free of charge at the front desk. Pajamas are also available. The bathroom faucet was particularly nice; it swiveled to the side of the tub, and the water pressure was excellent!

This is my go-to hotel for every business trip. It's very convenient for traveling, dining alone, and shopping before returning! I especially loved the breakfast made by the local elderly women. With so few tourists, the lobby was very quiet! The laundry service and drinks and coffee were all very good!

This is the best value for money hotel in USJ. The room is a bit larger than your average inn because it has a long hallway for unpacking your suitcase. The facilities are new and clean. There's a subway and JR train station right outside, and there's a delicious okonomiyaki and kofta shop right outside the JR station for a late-night snack.

I had a pleasant stay. The location was disappointing, but it was good.

This hotel has good transportation. There is a subway station right outside the door. There are also many small restaurants and a small market nearby. The overall living experience is quiet and convenient.

I stayed here during the Expo. It was very convenient that it was located in an area where I could go to both the East and West Gates. It's close to the station and has a parking lot, so I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Expo from far away!

The soundproofing of the hotel is moderate. The hotel is one minute away from the station. The functions nearby are good. There are convenience stores, McDonald's and donburi restaurants open 24 hours a day. A large supermarket is about 15 minutes' walk away.
