Ulasan Swissotel Nankai Osaka

Swissotel Nankai Osaka is a great accommodation choice in Osaka. Its location is in the very center of the city. There are many tax-free and luxurious goods shops nearby. Also plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Dotonbori street is five-minute-walk away, Tsutenkaku tower around 15 minutes. Hotel staff was up to their task, always polite and helpful; breakfast quite good. I would prefer more amenities in the room. My room was on the 31st floor, and view was amazing.

The lobby side escalator will lead you to osaka train station where you can buy direct train to Kansai airport. Then if take the lift to level 1 will lead you to takashimaya shopping mall. Opp is IOIO shopping mall beside it, is the longest walling street... This hotel also near to kumonon market I hope I spell correct

Close to proximity areas. Walking distance shinsaibashi. House keeping not changing the bedsheet and quiltcover while there is stain until we request for it.

********** I booked 4 night (6/7-10/7) through Trip.com under the name of Chung chi ming with all payment made.  On the date of check in, my wife paid ¥1800 tax by Standard Chartered CX credit card.   However, upon receipt of monthly statement of credit card, I found that there was an unauthorised and unknown charge of ¥4300 without our notice or approval.  I was told that the ¥4300 was arisen from coffee consumption in the hotel but I didn't consume any. Bearing in mind that the credit card transaction was made without any notification or approval. It was unauthorised access to my credit card account and might be liable to criminal offence. I am going to write my comment to your hotel. Please sort out this matter or I will approach my bank or even police department to seek assistance. Its all about matter of principle. Eventually tthe the hotel found out that it was caused by system error which was the outstanding bill of previous guest. The loophole was that the hotel could charge guest at anytime without any notification or prior approval which posed a risk to customers. Very poor management and I need to dusclose this malpractice through various media platforms. I should also blame the negligence of bank card centre.

Truly a great hotel in the best location. Follow the direction indicated by the hotel website whether coming from Nankai airport line or Metro line, as it is super near but if you don’t follow, you may get lost during your first time. Room very spacious. Service excellent.

Good location and easily accessable by taking the sumway from the airport. Room is spacious. If the breakfast food can be further enriched, it will be one of the best choice hotels in Osaka city zone
