I recently stayed at The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to Shinsaibashi Station and the surrounding shopping and dining areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of options. However, there were a few minor issues that prevented me from giving a 5-star review. The rooms were a bit small, and the noise from the surrounding streets could be heard at times. Overall, I would recommend The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Osaka.

We were so happy with this hotel that we came back to stay again. The staff was amazing, gave us a complimentary upgrade to premium room because it is our honeymoon. Very appreciative of that. Recommended this hotel by a good friend and it didn't disappoint. The location is fantastic with utmost convenience. Walking street and convenience stores and eateries all around the corner. Basically, once you step out of the hotel, you are in the midst of the action. Highly recommended with a very customer focus staff, Japanese hospitality gold standard.

Great location, just 10 minutes walk from Osaka Umeda Station, with convenient stores and many restaurants within 5 minutes of walk. The room is a bit small but has everything we needed. Overall great experience and service!

Ia berhampiran dengan Dotonbori, dan terdapat stesen kereta api bawah tanah serta kedai serbaneka berdekatan, jadi kebolehcapaian adalah baik. We spent a night at Cross Hotel Osaka before an early flight the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Namba Station (Exit 14) and right next to Dotonbori, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and eateries. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and we appreciated the option to enjoy a ‘socking bath’ after a long day of sightseeing. The value for the price was excellent, and we were really impressed. We would love to explore other hotels in this chain in the future!

Excellent accommodation for our family visiting Osaka for a week. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment and facilities. Washing machine (with detergent provided) was a god-send. Convenient location, walking distance to the aquarium, a short ferry ride to Universal Studio, 5 minutes walk to the Osakako Metro station. It is a nice and quiet neighbourhood, with serval convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. We also discovered a few local bars and restaurants that serve excellent in food at very reasonable prices. Before we got there, we were feeling a little apprehensive about the check-in process, and when we got there the tablets didn’t work. However, as soon as I contacted the LINE account listed at the check-in information, the condominium office responded immediately and sorted out our check-in and got the key. After that everything went very smoothly and it soon felt like a home away from home. All in all, an excellent place to stay in Osaka and superb value for money. It will be our choice of place to stay in Osaka when we visit again.
