大阪城西の丸の花見をするために予約しましたが、体調不良につき花見は断念しました。せめての事に、宵に道頓堀を散策して、法善寺に参詣して病気平癒を祈願しました。 ホテルは日本橋駅から近く、周辺に大阪を代表する繁華街があります。 無料の軽朝食（ロールパン・食パン・ゆで*・ジュース・珈琲・紅茶など）の付いたリーズナブルなホテルで、人によっては十分利用価値があると思います。同時にチェックインした外国人は7連泊でした。 設備はかなり老朽化が進んでいるようで、松下電工製の便座にヒーターがない年代物のウォシュレットがまだ現役です。掛け布団の破れにはさすがに吃驚しました。 ★ロールパン オレンジジュース ゆで* 食い足りて待つ チェックアウトを

I recently stayed at the Sotetsu Hotel in Osaka, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel was impeccably clean, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Its proximity to Dotonbori was a major plus, allowing easy access to one of Osaka’s most vibrant areas. The staff at Sotetsu Hotel were incredibly nice and welcoming. Their proficiency in English made communication effortless, which was greatly appreciated. Their helpfulness and friendly demeanor really stood out. Overall, I highly recommend Sotetsu Hotel for anyone visiting Osaka. The combination of cleanliness, excellent location, and outstanding staff made my stay memorable.

Stesen Osaka Namba Stesen Nankai Namba Walaupun anda berjalan dengan anak perempuan anda yang berumur 3.6 tahun, anda boleh sampai ke sana dengan mudah dengan berjalan-jalan selama 10 hingga 15 minit sambil melihat sekeliling. The most I like about this hotel is location. It’s located very close to Dontomburi & high-street shopping area. By the way, the design of the whole floor and even the room quite dark & dim. You will see the dusk on furniture very easily. It was more about design to be chic hotel I would say but if you travel with elderly it was too dark and not so properly. We also found a piece of tissue in the room. On the first day that we have breakfast we went down before breakfast section close 30 minutes, and they informed us already which is understandable, and we absolutely respect the time. While we mostly finish our breakfast, the most senior staff came to our table with not so nice gesture to rush us to finish. He told is “5 minutes” but he told the table of 3 ladies next to us “10 minutes” and giggling. That’s already ruin my morning mood. For me this very rude and unacceptable as I am also working in luxury & lifestyle hospitality industry as well. I select Mercure in Osaka because of the brand. This is my first time with Accor property in Japan, and it makes me very doubt in their service quality. However, other staff I met at the collider and front office very pleasant and helpful, especially Mr.Kim who help us on check in. Overall experience for me is OK, but I expected to see well-trained staff when they approach the customer. This kind of things will make the service another level. Comparing to Kyoto hotel I stay few nights their in a local brand but the service was very warm welcome and homies.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.

Location is great, service was good and breakfast was the best. It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.

Simple no frills hotel, good if you are just looking for a hotel to have a rest after long day out. Have all the basic amenities you will need such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foam wash, towels, toothbrush, comb, etc. You can borrow umbrella from the hotel if the day is raining. There are also washer and vending machine within the hotel. Location is walking distance away from dotonbori and the nearby subway.

Bilik itu bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Kakitangannya ramah. Hotel ini menyediakan kopi & teh secara percuma di lobi di tingkat bawah. Selain itu, pemandangan dari atas bumbung sangat mengagumkan (dan tempat bergambar yang bagus)! Mempunyai penginapan yang sangat hebat dan selesa, thx

My recent stay here was nothing short of amazing. The room was pristine and had everything I needed - from a TV to a cozy bathroom and even a trusty electric kettle. Its prime location near cultural landmarks made exploring the city a breeze. But what made my stay truly memorable was the staff - they were incredibly kind and attentive. They even provided umbrellas and plug-in adapters, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Already planning my next trip back to this wonderful hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located next to Sakai station. It's also on the main line going Kansai airport and every few minutes there is an express train going to Kansai airport. We had an excellent stay in this hotel. The view of Sakai city from our room was great and room was big with excellent amenities. This hotel is mainly used by airline crews and business men. There is a Japanese food buffet restaurant in the hotel and luxury jewelry shop along with usual hair stylist and other shops. Lobby area is very grand. Check in check out staff was very courteous and efficient and they could speak English. Overall the stay was pleasant and we had good night's sleep with good rest.
