The hotel itself is in a good location. We were in a balcony room with "jacuzzi" which was basically a bath tub outside. It was cracked and broken and definitely needs replaced. Rooms were not cleaned properly on arrival. Leftover maps lying on the floor from previous guests, bathroom mirror dirty. We stayed for 3 nights and - as you normally do - left the towels on the floor after two nights (having two showers a day) meaning we would like some fresh towels. On arrival back at the room, the towels had been folded and put in a basket under the sink for re-use. Tiniest bucket in the world in the room which was not emptied the first day so we left in the middle of the bathroom floor as a "hint". Used glasses were not cleaned Not an issue, we can wash a glass but for the price we paid, would have expected more. Bit of confusion with payment as we were asked to pay again when we had already paid by bank transfer. It was all sorted though. Good points : bed extremely comfortable. Great shower. Wonderful breakfast. Courtyard was a delight. Even though we only sat there for breakfast.

We absolutely love this boutique hotel and had a five star experience!The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. The bathroom was an amazing size and the shower pressure was amazing. But the best thing was the breakfast, so delicious!!!

This is an exceptional Hotel. The service was impeccable! The restaurant was excellent, with a great quality menu and variety. The pool was perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The location is walkable to most key attractions, shopping and the food district. Everyone, from the front desk to wait staff and hotel services, made you feel welcome.

If you are visiting Palermo, you absolutely must stay here. It was a perfect experience. Stunning room, excellent staff, delicious breakfast with a nice variety of options with great cappuccinos. Thank you for a great four day stay. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Chic hotel in very convenient setting very convenient for city centre courtyard garden is stunning and breakfast delicious as was dinner Bedroom was large, bed comfy and outside terrace with jacuzzi bonus Best of all was all the helpful staff

A beautifully considered oasis is a busy city. Nice room, air conditioned, quiet and very clean. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The pool was tiny but a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a crafted cocktail. Would highly recommend

I really enjoyed this stay. As soon as we arrived they did not have our rooms ready but took excellent care of us with coffee, granita, and snacks while we were waiting! Amazing service! The ameneities are very nice and the hotel is very modern, rooms are spacious compared to European hotels and the restaurant is simply amazing!

The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making sure every need was met with a smile. The location is perfect, situated perfectly near a number of tourist spots.

Traveling from Liverpool, UK. Celebrating our daughters 18th. From start to finish the hotel staff were excellent, friendly and always very helpful. Rooms where spot on, very clean and spacious. Hotel is situated right in the heart of the city so travelling around is easy. Next time we go to Palermo we will definitely be staying here again.
