CChristoRenaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

PPhytheasThe room was clean, and the staff proved to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My primary suggestion for improvement concerns the manual keys currently in use; upgrading to a modern key card system would significantly enhance convenience and security for guests. That single aspect notwithstanding, this is a great hotel and recommended.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay at Graceland Phuket and would happily return. The resort is beautifully maintained, with large pools, direct beach access, and a relaxed atmosphere that still feels close to the action in Patong.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping that was always reliable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay,from check-in to any requests we had.

IIvan KraljEven if it ended with a nice gesture, the receptionist handing me a keychain gift (not sure if they do that with all guests), with a written request to leave 10/10 review, sadly I couldn't ignore the shortcomings of this hostel that seemed like just a downgraded version of Marco Polo Poshtel (not sure which one came first, but from breakfast to ”funny” wall messages, there was a similar ”creative” signature).
While I was initially attracted by reviews mentioning hostel's cleanliness, I couldn't say I shared the same opinion. Certain public areas were quite messy. The staircase to the first floor (where shoes are forbidden) didnt seem to be cleaned for some time. In the showers (which had a good water pressure), there was mold. None of the three handsoap dispensers in the only bathroom had soap in them. It just felt the staff doesnt have time or organizational skills to maintain everything in working order.
But I was mostly surprised by finding a not clean (i dont want to call it ”used”) bed cover in my bed. It had some fresh stains, hair and crumbles (well, not just on bed cover), and seemed just to be folded after the guest before me (even the folding seemed messed up, so i really thought maybe the bed was forgotten). When I asked the housekeeping to change it, they initially approved. The younger housekeeper started changing everything, sheet included (which i believe is a good way to do it, when it is not certain if the bed was completely changed), but when the older one returned, she made her put the sheet back (the sheet that was thrown on the floor in the meantime), laughing all along. No, that wasnt really funny.
Then instead of letting the young housekeeper put on the new bed cover she brought along, i noticed that the older one brought something that seemed to be the same old bed cover that i complained about (the duvet was already inside). When i asked if that is a new thing, she was convincing me it was. Already at that moment, i felt ridiculed. But i said, ”okay, if you say so.”
After all was done, i came back to my bed, unfolded the bed cover and confirmed my doubt - all this performance of changing the bed, without them changing anything! The only difference was that the bedsheet was also on the floor in the meantime.
This got me really frustrated, mostly because they lied to my face (what for?), and mostly because they invested energy in ”changing” everything while actually just stripping everything off and returning it (why? It takes the same amount of energy to do it for real). Feeling like an *****, i asked what seemed to be the problem? Dont they have clean bedding, or what? But they had. I asked them to give it to me then, and i would happily prepare the bed myself. Which they accepted. Lol.
I dont know, with that poor breakfast, the visual mess, unpleasant ”toilet” scent at hostel entrance, and generally low level of cleanliness (you can see how yellow the pillow is once you remove the pillow case yourself), it felt that other reviews mentioning spotless hygiene were misleading. Or were my standards too high?
In any case, i stayed in a dozen of Phuket hostels during my month here, but none of them tried to insult my intelligence. There are better places, and no, Dorm Hostel sadly doesnt deserve 10/10, to quote the request they tell everyone at check-out.
I also tried to leave them space for hostel improvement, so instead of lowest marks, i left average ones, even if the experience was truly below average.
P.S. When a guest asks whether a ferry with a pick-up operates everywhere in Phuket, a genuinely helpful answer would be ”yes”. And not ”no, it's only our hostel's pickup”. I understand everyone just tries to earn money, but it shouldn't be done by misleading guests who just trustfully ask for information.

SShishinonoOur stay at Cassia Phuket was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Loft Room, and the view of the lagoon and the beach from our room was simply breathtaking — it felt like waking up in a postcard every morning.
The hotel’s location is perfect, with direct access to both the lagoon and the beach. One of our favorite parts was the complimentary ferry that takes guests across the lagoon to the beach every 20 minutes — such a fun and convenient touch that made getting around effortless.
The atmosphere at Cassia is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. The modern design of the rooms, the lively community spaces, and the stunning natural surroundings made our stay unforgettable not to forget mentioning pet friendly hotel.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel yang mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan yang jelas, kemudahan keseluruhan boleh dikatakan tiga bintang, tetapi hotel ini berusaha untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan lima bintang. Kerana ia telah diubahsuai dari Holiday Inn sebelum ini, kemudahannya agak baru, tetapi tahap hiasan adalah pada tahap Atour di China Hanya beberapa jenis bilik mahal yang mempunyai tab mandi. Terdapat banyak aktiviti hotel percuma atau berbayar. Terdapat ramai orang kulit putih dan sangat sedikit keluarga Cina.
Kelebihan: Dua kolam renang utama sangat cantik, terdapat banyak kerusi pantai, dan terdapat pantai persendirian (sebenarnya, ia bersambung dengan pantai beberapa hotel lain, terdapat sofa malas dan tikar jerami di pantai). terdapat seorang wanita meja depan yang boleh berbahasa Cina, ia adalah satu kejutan
Kelemahan: Lokasinya terlalu terpencil. Terdapat tanah ladang di jalan raya. Ia mungkin lebih sesuai untuk keluar dari hotel orang yang menghabiskan masa berhampiran lapangan terbang atau hanya tinggal di hotel ;Pasir di pantai agak kasar
Beberapa petua: Terdapat sebuah restoran tepi laut yang kecil kira-kira 1 minit berjalan kaki ke utara di sepanjang pantai Pemiliknya berbahasa Inggeris dan menunya ada gambar dan masakannya tidak mahal dan ada tempat duduk pemandangan laut mesin ais di koridor di tingkat pertama Anda boleh membawa ais ke minuman DIY di dalam bilik terdapat begitu banyak makanan ringan tempatan di pintu masuk bilik sarapan, anda boleh mencubanya dengan berani

I had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day.
I also really enjoyed spending time at the club, where guests can enjoy free-flow drinks and food while watching the beautiful sunset — such a memorable moment!
A special thanks to Name Sky at front desk ,who provided outstanding service with professionalism and warmth throughout my stay. Truly appreciate the hospitality from the whole team. Highly recommended resort for both relaxation and great experiences.

We booked 1 king size bed, but they gave 2 separate beds. Saying they only have this room because we checked in around 11 pm.

Kami tinggal selama empat hari, dan kami terpaksa menunggu lebih daripada dua setengah jam untuk memesan makanan pada dua daripada empat hari itu. Semua orang yang datang selepas kami telah makan, dan kami belum makan lagi. Naik, pantai tidak begitu cantik, dan terdapat banyak batu di dalam air.
