Ulasan Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya

Room is clean. We need to pay extra for playroom. Location is good and just 5-min walk to the beach.

Entire staff was friendly. We visited all the restaurants and pool bars received excellent and friendly service.

Very nice hotel, enjoyed the spirit of hard rock coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food amazing. If I have to say something to improve : the AC fan was too cold, I tried to make level 1 and 22 degrees, but nothing changed. Need to be checked.

Nice location with very friendly staffs, with lots of facilities for guests, especially the Toyota EV test driv, which is awesome!

- Great hotel, superb service, perfect location - Front main entrace have tuk tuk cost THB10, only 5 mins go Terminal 21 - Back entrance on beach road 10mins walk arrive Central Pattaya, along the road full of beach front seaview restaurants and massage place - Hotel staff Kin offer excellent service, provide great advice for island day trip Room clean and decent size with seaview balcony - Pool is great, spacious also kids friendly, even adults can also play the water slides with great fun - Breakfast starts 6am which fits early bird like me perfectly, plenty varity of choice in the restaurant - My teen daughter is super happy and definitely will come back again

Good service and good vibes, room service staff so kind. Swimming pool is great for children and family i saw it, I love Hard Rock Cafe 😍🥰

Second time to stay here. Great hotel with great facilities. A big thank you to the staff as they even organised a cake for my wife's birthday. Would definitely stay again.

First time staying, would say it’s an enjoyable stay. Strong air conditioning and wifi. Only thing was that hotel higher floor was doing renovations, so specific time it’s best not to be in room during to the noise.

Happy to stay at Hard Rock. Just the walking to the beach and convenient location, take a tuk tuk to Terminal 21 and walking street :-)

Second time here with friends. (8 years in between) It’s old and maybe too expensive for what it is, and they were even renovating that caused a lot of noise. Rooms are small and 2 persons cant put clothes anywhere etc. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool is nice and the beds, lots of families
