Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Bole

Servis sangat baik, pakcik pengawal keselamatan bantu bawakan beg, pagi-pagi nampak cermin kereta beku, dia terus tolong bersihkan ais. Makcik pembersih pun rajin bertegur sapa dan sangat suka menolong. Bahagian depan (front desk) pun bagus, bila kami cakap nak tempah makan malam, mereka terus bagi baucar diskaun. Buah-buahan selamat datang cantik dan sedap juga. Air mandi kuat dan saliran air pun bagus. Sangat berpuas hati.

Helpful and friendly staff, including the kind security guard. Hotel staff helped us to make arrangements to travel to Sayram Lake 赛里木湖. We paid 120 yuan per person in a 7 seater vehicle. Bought our entrance tickets at 143 yuan. The driver brought us round the lake from 10.00am till 4.30pm. He also helped us book bus tickets to get to Yining from the East gate of the lake. The hotel is located near Bole railway station. Taxi fare from the Railway station to this hotel should be between 7 - 10 yuan. Nothing more than 10 yuan. From the hotel to the city area, it's 5 yuan. From the hotel to the nearby lake/park with lots of eateries and entertainment is 12 yuan. Overall, the hotel room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and the toilet area have no partition. Water pressure was good. The hotel offers fresh grape juice, too.

Amazing location. You wake up and you see the Sayram Lake. The boss is super patient and helpful. Dinner was fresh and cooked for us along with breakfast. Fresh Fruits and dried fruits were prepared for us too. The boss even arranged for us to be driven from Yining. Was a super memorable experience and would recommend it to anyone who would like to see Sayram lake while enjoying an authentic experience in a Yurt. Wonderful.

Although the property was described as being recently developed, we found the upkeep lacking. A few observations: #1 The curtains had stains #2 The bedside table had (coffee?) stains #3 The carpet in the loft had stains #4 The water clogs up in the shower area after taking a shower. Please take our review as constructive feedback. I think you can do something about feedback items 1, 2 and 3.

房間乾淨衞生 乾濕分離 挺好的 除了沒空調 其他都很好 房間也蠻大的 行李箱兩個擺開都很寬敞 還有晾衣服的 也方便 桌子也長 適合化粧哈哈哈哈 擺化粧品也能擺開 總之 性價比還是蠻高的 出門走廊那邊 還看到了彩虹 滿分好評！

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

The hotel is clean but no aircon, only have a little fan it’s too stuffy, cannot sleep well at night n no window also. There is no lift in the hotel but The reception guy was very kind to help us with the huge luggage. Service is there but not the facilities of the hotel. Won’t recommend

離老東門比較近，走路十分鐘可以到達，離新的景區門口大概需要走半小時，周圍挺多吃的，以及超市，很方便。地暖很足，複式房型可以住6個人，太適合一家老小入住了，淡季性價比比較高，湊合住一晚還是可以的。賽里木湖真的太好看了！！！！

氈房裡有暖爐，晚上一點都不冷，旱廁乾淨無異味，完全不影響體驗！推開門就是賽里木湖，躺在床上都能看湖景，太絕了。 環境：滿滿的哈薩克民族風情，氈房收拾得乾乾淨淨，晚上抬頭就是銀河星空，早上被日出和湖邊吃草的牛羊叫醒，這種體驗在城市裡根本找不到。 服務：老闆人超熱情，提前幫我們規劃路線，還幫拿行李，親手做的手抓飯和奶茶太正宗了，家人都讚不絕口，下次來賽里木湖還住這兒！

The yurts were of big size, able to accommodate six people in one. They are traditionally decorated. Bedding is provided. During the night, it can get cold, but the coal stove really helped, although it did look a bit unsteady. Hot water for tea/coffee is available. The people were friendly. They picked us up from the North Gate. We enjoyed chatting with them, learning about their culture, and playing cards. They can provide meals at an additional price. However, breakfast is included. Improvements should be made to the toilet facilties by adding a permanent outer frame structure to the drop toilet for privacy.
