Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Mohe

The hotel is a log cabin built in 2018 and very well-maintained. It is warm throughout the entire place. The bathroom water is very hot and sufficient, don't worry about the water running cold halfway through a shower. The Kang bed is warm and cosy. The host and her family are very friendly and helpful, always giving their very best to make guests feel at home. They can help to arrange for local tours and transport to Mohe or Beiji Village. They can also help to check for the forecast of the aurora, and will wake you up to view the aurora in the middle of the night. They provide the hot water and pot for the 'splashing water into ice' activity, and will advise you the best time to try that with the rising sun as the backdrop. There is a vast plain right in front of the hotel with a nice view of the sun rising out of the mountains to capture the best shot for the water-splashing. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Beihong Village.

Very friendly owners! They are helpful and available. Breakfast is simple and healthy, which I personally like. The room I was staying was very spacious, cleanliness and amenities like bathroom was OK (but the place is a chinese homestay inn, so definitely acceptable). Inside the homestay they keep pets, cats and a dog. Which I personally like as it adds to the ‘home’ feeling. The only downside is noise, my room was next to the entrance/hall way so I could basically hear everything that was happening there. Bring some earplugs and you’ll be fine. Good location, its close to the village’s centre and across the road there is a small but tasty Heilongjiang restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a cozy and hospitable place to stay. The owner was very helpful and shared some great local tips about nearby attractions and dining spots, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Their recommendations really helped me experience the area like a local! Would definitely come back!

房間很棒，收拾的很乾凈，房東大姐也是有求必應，幫忙預訂各種遊玩項目，優惠力度巨大！想去哪兒都幫忙聯繫車，帶着我們一行9人的巨大團玩兒的好開心！遺憾的是天氣不給力，極光的指數低的可憐，完全沒有機會看到，當天晚上還下了雪，雖然沒有極光沒有星空，但是雪景也是絕美了！一定還來！

The lady boss is helpful and gave a room with a window facing the town. However, my room I stayed in without a toilet. I have to use the shared bathroom. There is the housekeeper guy smoking in the hotel and I am allergic to the cigarette smoke smell. Overall it's just an average hotel with basic facilities like hot water , kettle, and warmer on the floor. The hotel is nearby eateries, sundry shops , fruit hawkers, and walking distance to the Polaris square, Mohe landmark.

Respite the hotel name containing the word international there is nothing international about this property as they were completely overwhelmed with our arrival. The first thing they did was drive us off to the police as they didn't know how to do the registration for foreigners. The rooms are good and well maintained and we got a delicious complimentary berry juice in the morning. The heating worked well and it was nice and warm inside the room. The location is superb and everything is within walking distance. The negative thing is that we needed some help during our stay and the reception area is always empty. The owners are impossible to find. Do not expect a single word of English to be spoken at this property. A lovely cat is around and is an admirable animal. Overall a good stay and I would stay again in the future. Good value!

This is a really small bed and breakfast concept but was one of the most comfortable stays during our trip. The family running the inn is really nice especially the mum. They made sure we had everything we needed. There is an option for simple local breakfast, which was really really good. Very well located - eateries are just 3mins walk out to the main road, Main Street of the Arctic Village is 5min walk from the inn and everything you need is there. All other key attractions are within 5-10min drive. Will most definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Snowman Log Cabin in Arctic Village was absolutely amazing! The rooms are warmly decorated and filled with natural light. Both the bedding and bathroom are spotlessly clean, showing great attention to detail in quality. During our stay, the staff were always warm and thoughtful—they helped carry luggage and patiently recommended nearby attractions and local dishes, making us feel as comfortable as being at home. Here, we enjoyed not only a cozy accommodation but also felt full warmth. Highly recommended to all visitors to Arctic Village!

The hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.
