Great experience sleeping in traditional Kang homestay. Traditional cooking style using fire wood and nice dinner serve.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a cozy and hospitable place to stay. The owner was very helpful and shared some great local tips about nearby attractions and dining spots, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Their recommendations really helped me experience the area like a local! Would definitely come back!

This is a really small bed and breakfast concept but was one of the most comfortable stays during our trip. The family running the inn is really nice especially the mum. They made sure we had everything we needed. There is an option for simple local breakfast, which was really really good. Very well located - eateries are just 3mins walk out to the main road, Main Street of the Arctic Village is 5min walk from the inn and everything you need is there. All other key attractions are within 5-10min drive. Will most definitely stay here again.

The lady boss is helpful and gave a room with a window facing the town. However, my room I stayed in without a toilet. I have to use the shared bathroom. There is the housekeeper guy smoking in the hotel and I am allergic to the cigarette smoke smell. Overall it's just an average hotel with basic facilities like hot water , kettle, and warmer on the floor. The hotel is nearby eateries, sundry shops , fruit hawkers, and walking distance to the Polaris square, Mohe landmark.

The owner, Mr Zhou was very friendly. Offered to drive us upon seeing us walking out of hotel one day. Extremely kind of him to offer us a lift to Mohe train station. Highly recommend this hotel in the countryside inside Beijicun, also walkable to Heilongjiang and northern most lost office.

One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent trip drivers. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. The hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.

Host was not welcoming. Met him at the door but he was a bit hostile. I showed him the Chinese address and he said he didn't understand English. I told him to look carefully at the Hanzi. After that he was very pushy , insisting I upgrade to a bigger room. The room I booked was already very large with a sofa. The staircase light was turned off (and cannot be turned on from the lower floor) so I didn't dare go up in the middle. The bathroom was clean with hit water but it frequently smelled if fecal matter. In the two days I saw the host when I arrived and when I left.
