Hotel 3 Bintang di Daerah Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya

Lokasi sangat baik. Ia mudah di mana-mana. Persekitarannya elegan. Terdapat juga kehancuran di pintu. Biliknya bagus untuk mengantuk. Tempat tidur juga sangat selesa. Perkhidmatan bilik harian sangat baik. Ia hanya kakitangan pengurusan bilik sarapan pagi. Kami bersarapan selewat-lewatnya pada pukul 9:30, jadi kami turun tepat pada waktunya pada pukul 9:30 keesokan harinya, dan kemudian kakitangan sarapan sangat tidak sabar dan berkata bahawa kami turun pada pukul 9:30, dan dapur ditutup pada jam 10. Perkara utama ialah tiada siapa yang memberitahu kami terlebih dahulu. Ini cuma bagitahu kami akan turun makan selewat-lewatnya pukul 9.30... Pukul 10 belum habis makan sebab baru makan malam pukul 9.50. Botol perasa yang kami bawa pada pukul 9:50 akan dibawa pergi pada pukul 10. Ya...Masa tu sebenarnya ada lagi meja tetamu makan, tapi mungkin bukan tetamu hotel. Saya melihat restoran itu juga terbuka kepada dunia luar dan menulis bahawa waktu perniagaan adalah dari 10 hingga 18...Sarapan pagi kedua direka khas Saya turun makan pada pukul 9 dan saya mengatakan bahawa kakitangan sangat tak sabar nak makan di taman dan biarkan kami makan di dalam bilik berhawa dingin. Sekarang ini keadaannya, bilik berhawa dingin semua orang faham... bilik berhawa dingin dan taman dipisahkan oleh pintu kaca. Sanggupkah menghantar makanan...Sehingga kami selesai makan barulah kami mengambil inisiatif untuk menjamu pinggan dan sikap kakitangan bertambah baik. Kemudian, kami mengetahui bahawa kami tinggal di Thailand untuk masa yang lama dan tersenyum apabila kami mendaftar keluar. Kunci untuk penginapan kami yang seterusnya Adakah sikap ini akan berlaku pada masa akan datang?

Dear Thailand Traveler, While in Thailand, you may decide to make a stopover in Ayutthaya Province, which is one of the historic capital cities of Thailand. If you do, you may think about a stay at The Avail hotel. First, let me tell you that The Avail will not satisfy the needs of those seeking 5 star accommodations. Having said that, if you are seeking a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to enjoy an evening or two while in Ayutthaya - you will be very satisfied checking into The Avail. What I found so satisfying about The Avail is that everything works, and works well. The bathroom is comfortable and the shower is hot, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the comforter is soft and warm, the air conditioner blows cold, and the room is clean. Everything that needs to work...does, and this is something that I cannot always say about even the most expensive places. Moreover, the staff is friendly, the price is right (900 THB/night), and the location is near historic ruins, elephant rides, and some very good restaurants. You cannot write a review and say only good things, so here is the best I can do to say something somewhat critical. There is no coffee or coffee cups in the room, but there is a hot water pot. On the bright side, if you want coffee, there is a complimentary coffee cart in the lobby with both. I am sure if you asked to take coffee to your room, they would be most happy to oblige. One more comment, I did not see a strong box in the room to store valuables. All and all - a very good find. Best/Kevin

Really peaceful place with a surprising amount of bird life in the garden and pond. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable and the rain shower is perfect after cycling around the sites. People are really nice too and will arrange anything you need. Location is very good with convenience stores, restaurants and a couple of major temples within easy walking distance. You can use the complimentary bikes for the rest. Anything better I have been to in Ayutthaya (been quite a few times) is at least double the price (and not really better). Of course there are some mosquitos - and mating frogs on the grass last night - but this is a small price to pay for watching herons fishing before breakfast - and they are not too bad. None in my room. Take the mid-priced rooms with easy access to the garden if you can, but there is plenty of shady seating if you don’t.

The hotel is located in the heart of the town. It is very close to Soi Farang where there are a few bars on the one side and convenience stores on the other half of the road. You can take a tuk-tuk or hire a bike to go explore the ruins within the vicinity. Amporn Mall is also very close which is a small shopping centre with a few shops. The hotel has friendly staff, a great pool and a basic comfortable room. There are very limited toiletries, a very soft bed and a decent AC. The shower only has a curtain and the sink has a tap that only has one temperature. There is a bar fridge and small TV in the room. A convenient and basic stay at an affordable price.

Charming and rustic. Host was nice; he made an effort to check in on his guests and we had a wonderful conversation with him. Breakfast was very good; besides the usual butter and toast, we had their local 'kuehs' of banana in glutinous rice and fritters. They arranged a Tuk Tuk with a driver who spoke some English to take us around. Charges were reasonable. Massage was available but the room for massage had no air con as it had broken down so the experience was not so favorable. It is also not easy to get around unless u have transport.

L'hôtel nous a envoyé environ 5 messages via la messagerie booking, en nous disant quil y avait une erreur informatique, il fallait cliquer sur le lien pour confirmer. Nous n'avons pas cliqué et nous leur avons demandé de confirmer, ils ont dit ok. 1 semaine après ils nous relancent par la messagerie booking et de réaliser un pre paiement, je leur dis non, ils nous répondons que c'est leur management qui leur exige. Nouveau message avec un lien , qui ne marche pas. Ils nous disent qu'il faut une autre carte. On répond non. Nouveau message 15 jours après: lien pour pre paiement. On clique et là 50 000 oui 5000 en monnaie étrangères prélevées sur notre compte bancaire !!!!! On a demandé à booking de retirer cet hôtel , ils nous ont dit oui hors rien est fait. Gros piratage de compte bancaire ! A fuir
