This resort is showing its age. The towels look old. They need to be changed. The lazy river that was the main attraction is not well maintenance. The water level in the pools and lazy river is noticeably lower by several inches. Can see the mark where the former water line was. As a result, the lazy river, which was a main attraction, is not that attractive any more. Location is a bit off from everything. Good if you want just a resort experience. Otherwise, you need to take a taxi to go into town for food and shopping. There's nothing around the resort.

Mandarava Resort and Spa did not fail to impress us once again as it did back in 2015. Although the resort was undergoing reno works, there were no shortfall in regards to their service and usage of their amenities. The best part is that it's just walking distance to the eateries, shopping area and the Karon beach. Will come back again for sure!

優先： 1、有一個私家海灘，海灘比三大海灘都乾淨，是白沙子。我在卡塔芭東都不想下水，因為太臟，但是這裏的海就可以下水，所以如果想玩水，躺在沙灘度假，這裏很合適； 2、泳池很大，也很乾凈，適合度假； 3、服務人員熱情，看到你都會主動問好； 4、酒店餐廳不難吃，所以呆在酒店不出去，也OK； 5、訂的露台房，房間和露台都挺大。 缺點有兩個雷點： 1、攜程上付了款，到了前台付按金用的信用卡，當晚凌晨，酒店直接從我信用卡上扣房費，幸好我出國前留了心眼，取消了無卡交易，所以沒有扣成功，但是可以想見酒店的管理混亂，而且對待我的信用卡訊息，也很隨意，個人賬户得不到安全保障。事後攜程的處理態度比酒店積極，酒店就不痛不癢道了個歉，送了瓶餐酒打發了事； 2、因為信用卡的事，和酒店經理溝通中又知道一個訊息讓我略介意。酒店説給我辦入住的那個前台會中文，但是在我辦入住的時候，那個姐們全程都和我説的英語，包括我對象不會説英語，看她長得像中國人以為她會中文，還用中文和她説話，她都回復的英文。如果會中文，還在我們主動説中文的情況下説英文，我覺得很傲慢。 其它點： 1、酒店的位置不挨着任何一個海灘，很獨立，建議自駕，出去也方便，沒有感受到不適。 但是不是自駕的，可能出行會比較麻煩，去芭東開車要十多分鐘，布吉打車也比較貴。 另外，如果介意尾房的，不要選露台房。露台房的露台和房間都很大，但是露台房全部都在盡頭，理論上都是尾房，我對象第一晚入住就做了噩夢（這條純看個人，我沒啥特別感覺） 綜上，除開“盜刷”的意外事件，如果度假，這家酒店還是推薦的。

A lovely resort and an amazing time. My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights as part of a fantastic Luxury Escapes package deal. We were quite fortunate with the scheduling, as it appeared to be the last nice week of weather before the wet season began. So the resort was very quiet, but this added to our enjoyment. The resort is located across the street from Karon Beach among the most stunning tropical botanical gardens. It is also a 15-minute taxi ride to Patong Beach and a 10-minute taxi ride to Kata Beach. Our room had been recently renovated and offered a stunning view of the pool, gardens, and the beach. Both restaurants provided good food and the pool was a wonderful place for a cocktail or just relaxing. The staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the resort with friends in rooms 35 and 36. for 9 nights. I have to say that the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful throughout the resort. There is an air ‘faded glory’ about the resort after the pandemic but the owners appreciate this and are working hard to catch up with things. The rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable with excellent wifi coverage the resort. The views of the bay from the restaurant is stunning and worthy of a resort which is much more expensive. The restaurant itself is excellent with a diverse selection of food at very reasonable prices. The only negative is the number of stairs means that the resort isn’t really suitable fir anyone who has limited mobility. The whole resort is spread across the hillside so there is nothing that can be done unfortunately. It is a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Centara Villas Phuket for 12 nights , and we are already dreaming of visiting again . The villas are beautiful , with views of the ocean or tropical gardens . The buffet breakfast was yummy - and I'd highly recommend Chef Singh' egg station . We also enjoyed the food at The Cliff , where we ate almost every night . There is a hug choice including Thai favourites , Indian and Italian cuisine , as well as burgers . We made use of the Happy Hour, 4.00-6-00pm - and even had a favourite table . The view from The Cliff , is spectacular and breathtaking . What made our stay SO special was the kindness of the staff . We were always greeted with huge smiles and kindness, throughout our stay . Aoy , on front desk, was so kind and helpful , when I returned from a boat trip , with a splitting headache , offering me some traditional thai medicine . At the bar , Bum, Nok, Thee, Charib and K treated me and my partner like VIPs . . . I really cant fort this resort , and I can wait to visit again .

This is my first time in Phuket , we stay 2 nights in Secret cliff , my overall review it’s worth it! We pay 15,000¥ for two nights and it’s was fare price ! Also in the price include breakfast (good breakfast) and staff always with smile !! So of course depends from your budget , but that it’s not bad choice ! Kata beach / Karon beach / Patong also very near and recommend beach “freedom beach”

If I had a zero rating I would give it 0.We had booked 2 rooms in this resort.Upon check in we got to our room and the room was not properly cleaned someones eggs and stuff were still in the fridge.Credit given to the Manager of duty Judy who apologised and also understood our concern.She also helped us move our elderly parents closer to us as they were on the far end.Fast forward a few days later the A/C in. Our room stopped working and they managed to sort out.Then fast forward 27th July 2023 a different manager on duty and the A/C stopped working so they changed our room.So we moved room and my kids went to enjoy the pool ,Upon returning they had a bath and while with there mum in the shower the water stopped this was around 6pm. Upon calling reception and speaking to them they said it will take 60minutes to sort out.After 60minutes nothing we on vacation trying to get ready to go out but got no water the toilet overflowing as it won't flush.Go back down to reception the manager on duty offers me a room upgrade with a pool and free airport transfer.I refused it as what's the use of a upgrade if u got no water to go do what u planned for the night.At 10pm while my kids are fast asleep they busy checking the water in the room.Fast forward its now 00:30 28th July water coming out brownish and the waters cold.I even have videos of the dirty water.What a wasted day of my holiday just don't book this hotel they of no help.I sit here at this time not having supper.i was promised a visit by the General Manager by the staff on shift tomorrow.If u know what's Good for you don't book this so called family holiday

I will start by declaring we only stayed for one night of our planned 10 night trip. I want to still submit a review as I believe that the way a business handles their customers in a bad situation is often a very good reflection on the business. So here it is. We arrived at check in to find the pool was completely empty due to works being completed. The work also meant the the rooftop bar and breakfast areas were closed also. We had booked the 3 bedroom apartment with rooftop Jacuzzi. The roof top area is nice and a fabulous view but the external spiral staircase to access it meant it was not accessible for my mother and a little scary with my 2 young children. We also had an issue with a water leak in the main bathroom. I can tell the hotel will be fabulous when they have finished their upgrades but I suggest you call and check before booking. I was disappointed with the work going on but it is low season so is the best time for the hotels to do these things and while prior notice would have been great it was the flexibility and helpful nature of the hotel that I want to say was fantastic. We stayed one night and had a fabulous breakfast brought to our room in the morning. That morning I spoke to the lady in the front office about my concerns with no pool or meals area at which time she did not charge us for the full 10 night stay that we had planed and she even helped us to find an alternative hotel and arranged transport for us to relocate. (We had a great time in Karon beach still and thanks to the Phunawa report for making what was a tricky situation much easier)

We stayed here between 24th March to 4th April 2023 The hotel is situated away from the main Karon resort up on a steep hill. It takes approx 15/20 mins to walk to the main resort. A comfortable walk down but a difficult walk back especially the last part as it is uphill. The hotel itself has a Mediterranean feel to it’s lobby and the outside garden, with jacuzzi and sauna is lovely The main restaurant is where breakfasts is served along with lunch and dinner. Breakfast was great with a good selection - the food served in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was also good - we ate in approx 3/4 nights during our stay. The room was very spacious with a huge terrace and the bathroom was lovely with a great shower! Hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a full size fridge/freezer in the room with plenty of storage and the bed was very comfortable. Great air con! The pool is located on the rooftop the 5th floor and has the most beautiful views out to the sea. The flowers around the pool are beautifully maintained. The only thing we found difficult was ordering drinks as the bar was frequently unattended and the QR code facility was temperamental The staff at this hotel were so helpful- particular the ladies at reception who helped me immensely when I had an accident and cut my foot. They helped call a clinic arrange a taxi and were consistently offering help - I was very grateful for their care and attention. I would definately return to this hotel. They deserve their excellent reviews.
