Hotel berhampiran Koh Tapao Yai, Phuket

Phuket needs to drop the weird taxi thing and get back to taxis that run meters. I'm sorry but if I need a taxi to take me 5 minutes away to the bus station and the front desk says 'well it's a fixed price and it's going to cost 300 Baht'... What ****ing good is that to me? Oh she offered to call a car with Bolt. Is that normal? a hotel front desk using Bolt to get a taxi for the guest. in the end i stood outside and raised my arm and a random car stopped and took me there for 100 baht. phuket is supposed to be a big tourist center. so drop the mafia-run taxi monopoly ******** and act like it. apart from that, a great hotel.

It was my second stay. Upon check-in staffs at reception said there is a problem with water pipe it must take time for a day to fix. So they transferred us to another hotel where is pretty far from the center and convenience stores. For their apology, they gave us complimentary, free shuttle service from here to another hotel and to Central Foresta according to schedule add on free shuttle service from here to Rassada Pier In short, service was so good I just want hotel to improve about the problem that happened it shouldn’t happened again!!

The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. It felt like home. I would definitely stay here again. Things we loved: the pool and landscaping, the teak furniture, the shared washing machine and dryer, the staff, the ease of everything.

We stayed 3 nights and paid approx £62/night - pool access room. Check in was easy and our room was ready even though we were a few hours early. We had a pool access room so expected it to be located on the ground floor, however, it was actually on the 1st floor which required 2 flights of stairs to be climbed - no good if you are unable to do this. Access to the room from reception is down in a lift through an underground carpark and up 2 flights, its a bit of a trek!! The room was great though! Nice comfy bed and good shower. Outside deck had 2 loungers. You share the pool with 5 other rooms but we always had it to ourselves! The water was a good temperature, we enjoyed it a lot! The location of the hotel is 2 minutes' walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to the main area with lots of nicer bars and eateries. The room was them clean and new towels and bedding each day, we really don't like this. We'd rather keep until we request a change. 4 bottles of complimentary water each day was excellent. Our only concerns with the room area is the lack of a net curtain/privacy glass on the windows. The view is lovely but you need to keep the curtains closed and the ledge at the staircase. The ledge sticks out a lot and hubby, nearly 6ft, banged his head a few times. We'd stay again and would recommend.

It’s a very crowded hotel. A lot of people! Very busy a breakfast time. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, it may not be your choice. But it is very convenient place with massage shop, convenient shop and currency exchange stall. You need to walk for 15 mins to kata night market

Love this resortl! Great pools and convenient location! Good for family and friends! The room is clean and big! It's only 3 minutes away from beach and there's 711 right across the street! 2 pools for grown ups are very big and nice and the kids pool is very nice too(according to my childhood memories) The poolside bar has variety of drinks and the staffs there are always friendly and nice! The staffs at this hotel was really amazing even the hotel guard and the gardening staffs! Everybody was very friendly and kind especially Bunrung, Supith and Keaw! Just checked out from here today and I already miss it!

Hotel empat bintang biasa dengan sarapan pagi yang mewah dan banyak makanan Barat. Sebab hotel ni pada asasnya penuh dengan orang putih dan orang Cina sangat sedikit, tetapi ada juga nasi dan sayur-sayuran. Tidak ada diskriminasi terhadap orang Cina. Ibu bapa saya menganggap orang Thai adalah mesra dan tersenyum. Meja penyambut tetamu boleh bercakap sedikit bahasa Cina, cuma tunjukkan baucar daftar masuk kepadanya Deposit sebanyak 3,000 ekor babi dikenakan untuk dua bilik (ia mengatakan bahawa deposit sebanyak 3,000 ekor babi diperlukan untuk daftar masuk, tetapi kami juga mengenakan 3,000 ekor babi. untuk dua bilik) Ia kelihatan agak megah Hotel ini mempunyai rumah urut sendiri dan bar kecil. Our stay was very short as we just needed a place close to the airport but we were not disappointed. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they have a free shuttle that run within specific times. They also have a free shuttle to the beach and shuttles to get you around the property.
