Location not far from shop and from theb beach , rooms old and not very clean, staff so helpfull, if ı come patong dont choose this hotel , there is many condo better than this hotel

Great location ... clean room ..only need to take note that there are 2 wings ... 2 different building for the Afterglow Room and Sunkissed Room ... so whenever u book transport there .. make sure to highlight to the driver ... The access to the shopping mall for the Sunkissed lobby is still not open ... but there are free transfer...

Hotel ini terletak kira-kira 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Patong. Saya menginap di 190 sehari pada bulan lepas Keseluruhan Persekitaran, termasuk kemudahan di dalam bilik, agak lama, dan perabotnya tidak begitu istimewa. Stayed for 8 nights in this hotel with my wife. Excellent hotel overall. Very clean indeed, staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They open doors for you as you enter reception, take you bags to your room, help sort car / moped hire etc, The room was very clean and well appointed. Bath and beach towels are provided and they change these as frequently a you need. They also provide all the usual essentials including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bottled water every day. Kettle, hob, large sink and basic utensils, glasses, cups etc were all provided. Also an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying stand. The big kitchen sink is easily bug enough to do clothes washing in. Room service was excellent each day. Balcony size on normal rooms was slightly small, especially as was shared with two large air conditioning units (all balconies appear the same) so this made the balcony cramped, noisy and hot when air conditioning was on. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining restaurant. This was excellent offering fresh hot and cold food, eggs made to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelettes, etc), bacon, sausages, fruit, bread, croissants, etc etc. Seemed to have everything included plentiful supply of juices, coffee, tea, etc. Most things self-service but the staff were on hand to help and to clear used dished. The location of the hotel means it is a 15 minute to the beach and 15 minutes to the main restaurant area known as Boat Avenue. Fortunately the hotel runs a shuttle bus service twice an hour to both locations and back until 9.10pm. Would be nice if slightly later coming back from Boat Avenue, but taxis and tuk-tuks were on hand although these aren't the cheapest. The main local beach is Bang Tao beach. This is lovely. Very clean (as everywhere seems to be here), soft white sand, gentle shelving into the water with no stones or rocks. Shame about sea lice the bite / sting in the water but they are everywhere in this part of the world depending on time of year and they are a very minor irritation. Also good availability of sun-beds as well as beverages from the beach shacks. Lots of fresh water showers and there is parking next to the beach as well as toilets. Boat Avenue has plenty of nice restaurants - see my other reviews if you want to see where we went and what we thoughts. Lots to choose from. Most restaurants seem to slow down food service after 9.30pm and this is not a clubby resort. Was just right for us though as there were plenty of bars and some with live music (check out The Mexican bar and restaurant). Wine is not cheap here and starts around £30 a bottle - although some could be found around £25. We stuck to beer with dinner. There is also a handy large supermarket selling everything you could need and is right by taxi station and open until 10pm. Final top tip about this area is to visit on a Friday night if you can as the street market is great with street food and live music. Easy to hire cars and

I just returned from 1 week's stay at the NH Boat Lagoon Hotel in Phuket with my 10 year old son, joined part way through by my 39 year-old son :-) We all felt that the hotel was ideal for a relaxing, chill-out break. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, the pool, fitness centre and other facilities were great and the restaurant and bar served pretty tasty and reasonably priced food and drink. The service throughout was great, as per usual in Thailand, and the buffet breakfast was also quite decent and varied. There was a slight mix-up with the rooms upon arrival, which was not the fault of the hotel, but Frank, the Front Desk Manager, sorted it out amicably and professionally and actually put us in what probably turned out to be a better room than we would otherwise have been in. The hotel rooms are split into 2 sections, some in the main body of the hotel and some near the marina, about 5-10 minutes walk away, with a shuttle-bus services between the two, on demand. Frank suggested we would probably be happier in the main part of the hotel, near the pool and other facilities and he was right, as it was great to be able to come out from the room directly to the pool and restaurant, without having to make the journey from the marina, especially in the heat. There 's quite a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away from the hotel where you can get just about everything you might need and there's also a little launderette and cafe nearby the supermarket, as well as an Ice Rink, if that takes your fancy ! Down by the marina there are several restaurants that all looked pretty nice. We tried the Sushi one and it was amazing and very good value as sushi goes. We also went to the Egyptian restaurant near the hotel and that was delicious too and lovely service. The hotel is also very close the the Royal Phuket Marina, from where you can catch many boat rides to the islands, which makes a great day out ! We also went to the Andamanda Waterpark and it was simply amazing and really good value for a day out with (or without) the kids! The water rides were fantastic, there was a great wave pool (with swim-up bar) that came close to being as good as Disneyworld and there were sun-loungers where you could relax for free, food and drink again at afforadable prices, with unlimited iced water refills for about 3 euros. (You're not allowed to take your own food and drink). All in all I would highly recommend this resort hotel and plan to return there again soon with my wife !

Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi! Ia kurang daripada 300 dan termasuk sarapan pagi untuk dua orang. Ia berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang dan boleh digunakan untuk satu malam. Jika jadual perjalanan anda adalah tentang pergi ke laut dan berseronok dan bukannya tinggal di hotel, ini adalah tempat yang sesuai untuk ditempah! Perkhidmatan ini juga sangat baik. Kanak-kanak dijaga ketika mereka sakit.

Our stay was very short as we just needed a place close to the airport but we were not disappointed. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they have a free shuttle that run within specific times. They also have a free shuttle to the beach and shuttles to get you around the property.

The bed was big and comfortable, the room for 6 people has the bathroom inside, which is good, but they need to fix a lot of things. The only 2 chairs they have in a shared room for 6 people are broken, 1 of the 6 lockers has a key, the other 5 are broken and the worst thing is that they only have 2 plugs on the desk but not on the beds, so You will not be able to charge your device overnight. And if that were not enough inconvenience, they need to improve the electrical system, because the operation is with the typical slot for the electronic key (like a card), so you must have your key in an unattended place throughout the night if you want to use the air-conditioning. I imagine that if someone takes your key from there during the night you will have to pay a fine, it doesn't make sense.
