Отдыхали с 4 по 14 февраля. Когда вам дают номер надо просить мне кажется в идеале 2 здание (1ое здание балконы близко к бассейну, а народ там вечерами отдыхает), нас поселили в 4ом, и это правда ну очень долго идти. Самый большой минус это Комары. Ну ночью с открытым окном не поспишь, вечером они уже налетают, когда отдыхаешь на балконе, а потом ночью кусают и пищат в ухо. Причём встречают они уже на ресепшене, т. е от расположения номера это счастье не зависит. Ещё минус это расположение кондиционера (а все номера одинаковые), он дует прямо в лицо (висит напротив кровати), в нашем номере он ещё и работал криво самый маленький режим начинался с 4 делений, в общем всю ночь я то включала то включала, так как то замёрзли или задыхались от духоты. Ну и кровать тяжеленную пришлось сдвигать подальше от струи воздуха. Завтраки скудные, однообразные, а главное если вы не пришли рано, а пришли как основная масса в районе 9, то пустые заветренные остатки. Приходится просить кофе долить, сладкие булочки из закромов достать, остальное вообще есть не хочется. Уборка качество среднее, больше расстроило что девушки которые убирают совсем не понимают ни по русски ни по английски, вообще. Просишь бумагу туалетную, она тебе ватные диски тянет. Кстати касаемо туалетных принадлежностей, в отеле нет никаких шампуней и моющих даже просто ноги помыть, и то мыло что дают мини кусочек, если намылите то не смоете. Нужно или привозить или покупать. Из плюсов, немного но они есть. Номер не на солнечной стороне, то есть солнце вообще не будет в него светить. А вот коридор до номера как раз на солнышке. Что касается тишины, за дверью с той стороны дорога вдоль другого отеля, где балкон внизу техн дорога силвер бриза. В общем по утрам гудят машины грузовые обслуживающие. Но галдежа и гулянок не слышно, тут такого нет. Вай фай регулярно вылетал, там единый пароль для всех зданий, надо методом тыка найти рабочий, у нас было 4ое здание, но работал хорошо вайфай от 3его. А так много людей вечером с телефонами сидели на ресепшене или у бассейна, так что трудности с инетом однозначно были. Сейф бесплатный (нас в автобусе предупредили, что бывает где-то платный, и узнаешь об этом при выселении). В целом расположение отеля более менее. Ну минут 10 идти до пляжа. Пляж кстати расстроил тем что в это время кусал планктон (не забудьте взять гистаминное), а ближе к нашему отъезду активизировались медузы, и прилично попортили внешний вид отдыхающих.

The location spot is overcrowded. The hotel is full with busloaders, cheap organized groups. Personal is trying to do their’s best except of reception girls: they are straight forward and not too polite. On my checkout, I had no time because of long drive to the airport, but they forced me to wait 10 minutes until someone will check my room - in case i snaffled something. ;-))

The room was okay and the location was good. We stayed for a month but what really spoilt it were the staff who were less than helpful. For most of the time there were three staff sat behind ther front desk always playing with their phones and certainly not prepared to go out of their way to help. They were unable to help even with the most simple of requests like a Iron or a few clothes hangers or to print a flight ticket. Also the cleaners were extremely noisy shouting to each other early in the morning outside our door which was annoying. Swimming pool very small and the decking around the pool was in bad repair

Room very clean, large and comfortable for us stay for 4 persons in family room, staff very friendly , it might not convenience for guest who do not have motorbike or car but fine for us as we have our own car. Pool is highlight, my kids love the pool so much.

Hight recommended! I was a perfect stay. I booked a bed on the women room. The bed is really big. The staff give a new towel EVERY DAY, I was pleased and surprised. They clean room daily. The toilet, shower always kept clean. There are free soup and shampoo. There are also washing machine and dryer for your clothes and comfort. The price is 50 b for washing and the same amount to dry your clothes. Also you can put on the hanger outside and it will be dry in 2-3 hours on the sun ☀. Also you can find a changing room with enormous mirror, you can put make up or dry your hair. Don't bring with you hair dryer 😉 You can also iron your clothes. The hostel provide beach towel absolutely free! You can enjoy swimming pool. It's really clean every day, the water is refreshing 😁. You can buy food and keep it on the fridge. You can use microwave oven to warm your food, the kettle. There is a kitchen if you are willing to cook. Ladies at the reception are very nice, smiling, polite. You can print some documents if you need. They are very helpful in each your question. AC is working properly. Parking place, smoking area, area for rest and zone for work...you can find everything in this hostel. The people I met here was open - minded, sociable. Only few steps and you can buy fresh smoothie for 50 b. If you cross the road it's a wonderful place to eat called The Thai Time with reasonable price. The beach is located 5 min by motorbike or 20 min by walk.

Deposit adalah 2000 baht, lebih mahal daripada bayaran hotel. Bayaran kad tidak diterima dan wang tunai sentiasa diperlukan. Daftar masuk tidak boleh dilakukan jika deposit tidak dibayar sepenuhnya. Rasanya lama keseluruhan. Saiz bilik dan keadaan tidak buruk, terdapat kolam renang, dan lokasi yang baik. Daftar masuk lewat pada hari pertama perjalanan. Nilai yang baik untuk wang untuk satu malam. Namun, Wi-Fi terlalu lambat untuk melakukan apa-apa. Selain daripada isu Wi-Fi deposit, ia tidak teruk secara keseluruhan.

Хороший отель, близкое расположение к пляжу, ночному рынку и знаменитой улице Бангла Роуд, рядом много обменников, если пройтись можно всегда найти выгодный курс. Так же рядом супермаркеты и обычные лавки с фруктами. Залог можно оставить, как в местной валюте, так и в долларах, евро и рублях (5000 руб.) Персонал на ресепшне не очень общительный, по-русски не говорит, только на английском. Брали номер + завтрак, завтраки однотипные день от дня, но всегда есть яичница и фрукты, за что большой плюс. Есть приятный бассейн, если в самую жару не хочется идти на пляж. Номер на попался простенький, но уютный. Фен, чайник, сейф есть. Уборка была каждый день, с мытьём полов. Только один раз нам не поставили воду. В целом все ок.

Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast had a variety, i enjoyed very much. Location is great, next to local market, walkable distance to airport bus terminal and city. Thank you very much.

Pros: Good value for money, staff were great, rooftop pool was awesome, spacious rooms with everything you need, dog friendly. Cons: bit far away from beaches and some attractions but close to Phuket old town.

We had a pleasant stay in this place. The breakfast has lots of varieties, they also offer the transportation to the area places you need to go to which is great and convenient. The stuff is friendly and polite, always ready to help. We had a great honeymoon surprise and got our room type upgraded. Amazing rooftop pool bar and nice sunset happy hour offer.
