It’s a very crowded hotel. A lot of people! Very busy a breakfast time. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, it may not be your choice. But it is very convenient place with massage shop, convenient shop and currency exchange stall. You need to walk for 15 mins to kata night market

Love this resortl! Great pools and convenient location! Good for family and friends! The room is clean and big! It's only 3 minutes away from beach and there's 711 right across the street! 2 pools for grown ups are very big and nice and the kids pool is very nice too(according to my childhood memories) The poolside bar has variety of drinks and the staffs there are always friendly and nice! The staffs at this hotel was really amazing even the hotel guard and the gardening staffs! Everybody was very friendly and kind especially Bunrung, Supith and Keaw! Just checked out from here today and I already miss it!

Traveling with parents. The location of the hotel was convenient with its own parking area and sufficiently available. There is a local market opposite and massage parlor just next to it, and a very small mall. Walkable to the central spot where the night market is. Booked this room type to accommodate the 3 of us. Paid an additional headcount as the charges only covered 2 adults, it was totally understandable. Overall the room and bed was comfortable, spacious and I would say the water pressure was the best, out of the 3 hotels I stayed in Phuket, surprisingly.

Pleasant and helpful staff make up for the lack of shower curtain in bathroom and no sandals provided for guests. Rooms need daily spraying of insecticide as rainy season breeds mosquitoes. Room did not have a telephone. But its proximity to Big C supermarket, Central Festival and Lotus’s shopping centre ensures tourist will never get hungry.

Sebab hotel ni pada asasnya penuh dengan orang putih dan orang Cina sangat sedikit, tetapi ada juga nasi dan sayur-sayuran. Tidak ada diskriminasi terhadap orang Cina. Ibu bapa saya menganggap orang Thai adalah mesra dan tersenyum. At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.

Bilik bersih, selesa, bantal lembut, tilam keras sikit. Bilik air tidak mempunyai pintu. Jika anda pergi dengan rakan-rakan, anda akan berasa agak malu. Tiada peti ais di dalam bilik. Pembantu rumah yang cantik menyambut anda dengan senyuman. Ia adalah hotel yang selesa dan mesra.

Wanted to watch the AFL when in the area and didn't want to try get into the busy areas of Cherngtalay. De Sports Bar I have driven past many times at Tour De Phuket Hotel but not stopped. This is a great Sports Bar! I am really happy we did enjoyed lunch and the footy. Clean, plenty of TVs, friendly staff and a good variety of drinks on tap, bottled and spirits. Good all day menu, we had pizza and Salmon Lunch and was very good, fresh, fast and good size. Recommend

Our stay was very short as we just needed a place close to the airport but we were not disappointed. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they have a free shuttle that run within specific times. They also have a free shuttle to the beach and shuttles to get you around the property.
