The Grecotel Blu in Mykonos is a beautiful hotel where it’s worth spending your holidays or - as we did - to enjoy your honeymoon. EVERYONE Wirkung in this hotel (from the cleaning Laders to the Managers ) is super friendly. We were very happy and impressed! Our special thanks go to Costa, the beach manager, and to Panos and Vasili, who served us at the hotel bar. Especially Costa, the manager at the beach, made us wonderful times every day. Very professionell, very friendly at all times - really perfect. Thank you all! We definitely recommend this wonderful hotel. Very nice people, nice hotel, perfect beach and good food- in the hotel and nearby restaurants (e.g. Nikos Gallop which is on the other side of the street, other restaurants and bars are a small walk away (8 min). Staff go above and beyond. I left an item in the hotel and had a short amount of time before the rest of our party (who were staying at a different hotel) would be leaving the island. The staff got working quickly, and managed to find my item and get it to my friends before they left. Location was phenomenal, steps from the beach, close to other hotels and restaurants, close to other beaches as well. Short bus ride into town that picks up 5 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast staff were very accommodating, made an effort to chat with guests and get to know them, even recommending things to do in town and nearby. Booking through the website gets you free transfer to/from the airport and is an amazing benefit to have. We were at the hotel less than 20 minutes after stepping off the plane. Like others mention in the reviews, avoid DK Oyster at all costs due to their scammy behavior. There are plenty of restaurants on the beach nearby that will provide the same if not better experiences for much less. Overall great hotel, would highly recommend to anyone!

This hotel has been one of the best experiences we have had in all of our trips. It exceeded our expectations by far It was amazing across all aspects. The service exceeded our expectations, since our arrival, we were welcomed by very friendly staff who managed the check in process super smoothly, then were upgraded to a very nice sea view room. The concierge service was impecable, always at our service with a smile and willing to help us in all of our inquiries (restaurants, directions, map, beach) Then, the room was spotless, super calm, relaxing and comfy, with a beautiful view to the sea. The breakfast was very lavish, the buffet it included a wide variety of fruits, nuts, cereal, spreads, bread, cold cuts and cheeses, and then they had an ”a la carte” menu of eggs different styles, and other hot breakfasts, also included. the pool was super relaxing, with a great atmosphere and chill music playing all day long. The drinks at the pool were also delicious They provided towels for the beach, which was near by (2-4 min walk). The beach nearby was beautiful and had very good options for food and drinks The hotel restaurant was also amazing, delicious food and impecable service We also tried the spa which was very nice and relaxing, and the service fees were very reasonable In summary, our experience was perfect, nothing to complain about, on the contrary, they really impressed us. We had a great time... looking forward to come back some time in the future.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years. It has a perfect location, very close to Platys gialos beach. It’s a modern hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff was always helpful and friendly. They always assisted us with all our needs. The accommodations were lovely and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Lovely bar and pool. We are delighted to recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering a visit to Mykonos.

We decided to stay in this hotel during our recent stay to Mykonos after good research and will recommend this place 100 percent. I never had such a great experience in my 30 years of travelling international locations. Right from the check in to the departure there was a personal touch and care.. just like I was staying with my family. Breakfast was very good and fresh . We left our passports in the vault and realized after reaching Santorini. There were euros and some expensive jewellery and it was completely our mistake as we were rushing to take morning Ferry and did not take stuff out of the vault . When we contacted the hotel Stavruls from the hotel immediately took action, went in the room and secured our passports and other stuff. We called few times to discuss best way to get our passports and finally decided to go and pick up personally. Stavruls was so caring and helpful and she sent hotel driver Teodosl who initially dropped us to the port to to deliver the package/ passport to the port as had to go back on the same ferry to Santorini. I am not giving 5 starts for the reason of getting my passports back but the overall experience, care and personal touch we felt during our stay. Their restaurant at the beach has great food. Thanks once again to Argo staff and specially Stavruls & Teodosl for your help and care in ensuring delivery of passports/ valuables at the port safely. Never seen such hospitality and care in any of the hotels I have stayed.

Beautiful location, amazing beach, wonderful friendly service and terrific food. BUT …. very loud music from 8 am to 10 pm. Speakers right outside the rooms. Even the peaceful beach has no quiet space. The hotel obviously fields this complaint a lot because earplugs are doled out on request. A common ask apparently…. Such a shame because it truly is a gorgeous spot with lovely amenities. But if you want to sleep at all…..maybe not the place for you.

We loved our stay in this hotel! The staff were amazing. Special mention to Joseph the driver, alway happy, informative, a real asset to the hotel. Claudia In concierge was also superb, thank you. Pool staff very attentive as were restaurant staff. Hotel amenities were great although I would not call our bedroom 5 star, bathroom rather tired and in need of upgrade. Pool restaurant was good as was the main dining room, although I felt it was rather overpriced for what you got. One bug bear was if you ask for a single glass of red wine in the restaurant it arrives COLD! That’s a complete no no. Please do something about that. I know it’s minor but nothing worse than cold red wine! Thank you for our relaxing break. We loved it at St John. All in all a lovely hotel and I would not hesitate to come back.

This hotel was lovely and the staff was very kind, but the hotel has a lot of logistical issues. They offer a free airport ride and even though I had confirmation in writing and went out to find the driver while bags were still coming out, he had left. I was alone and you can’t leave baggage claim and return, so there was no way to go sooner. I called the hotel and the lady on the phone said she couldn’t find my reservation which they called a “miscommunication”. Paid 50Euro to get there. Also had more miscommunications at the spa, and breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 which feels pretty late… The pool is nice except you’re looking at power lines and plexiglass. Hot tub room was the way to go and it worked great and could be heated to any temperature you wanted. Overall, a lovely hotel, but trip started off a bit rough.
