L’hotel è meraviglioso, a picco sul lago. Completamente immerso nel paesaggio. Le camere sono delle suite spaziose e luminose con delle grandi vetrate da cui puoi ammirare il lago. Ci sono due ristoranti, uno con menu degustazione e uno con una selezione un po’ ristretta, avrei desiderato un semplice piatto di pasta al pomodoro o tagliata di manzo con patatine fritte ma non era possibile. La colazione invece mi mancherà tantissimo, super! La spa è nuova, tecnologica ed offre tante opzioni. Nel complesso un posto che rimarrà nel mio cuore

From start to finish the service, staff, food, amenities, spa, pool, beach, gardens were some of the best I've experienced. My wife and I thought it was near faultless. The only thing I could criticise were the pumps on the shower soap dispensers in the room were a little slow in returning to their upward position! Go if you can its a cracking hotel.

This is an incredible magical fantastic location and venue. I hope I can come back very soon. The rooms are spectacular with the view and the spa and lobby bar as well. The spa is impeccable. The staff is friendly and attentive . The breakfast is outstanding g with various choices

Beautiful location right on the lake. Great views, lovely rooms with balconies overlooking/the water. Service was excellent . Delicious breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Courtesy shuttle to limone us garda or very nice 20 min walk there. Don’t miss the spa facilities and indoor pool they are wonderful! Short drive to Riva made the location great for exploring north garda lake .

Absolutely excellent hotel.We had a really wonderful holiday.We arrived at the hotel during a very dramatic thunderstorm and heavy rain but were greeted immediatley with a very helpful gentleman with umbrellas.All staff at front of house are really helpful and informative.We had a lovely welcome drink at the bar while watching the storm over the lake which added to the beautiful dramatic scenery.The rest of our stay we had great sunshine and warm weather. Rooms are beautiful ,well maintained and all areas of the hotel are kept spotlessly clean.Restaurant is beautiful with amazing views.Breakfast has a really good selection and service is excellent.We also enjoyed dinner in retsaurant on most evenings.Special mention to Diana (retsaurant manager)Thomas (waiter),Alessandro(sommellier),and Nelia.I dont know all the names of all staff but they were all amazing.Also we ate lunch in the beach club and this was also excellent with lovely barbeque style food.Special mention to Nikoleta in beach grill restaurant always smiley and helpful.All the staff who did shutttle bus were very helpful and the service s very efficient.Also top marks to cleaning staff the hotel is kept beautifully clean.The views from all areas of the hotel ar spectacular and we cant wait to go back.

My daughter andI had a wonderful stay as a pre wedding break. Fabulous hotel, everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were kind, helpful, and completely tuned into our needs from the moment we arrived to our early departure. The setting is spectacular, so many little touches including a farewell gift and personal note. Housekeeping was faultless. The shuttle into Limone was fab, made a big difference. This hotel is special, made more so by the team, all five star in my opinion. Will definitely return, thank you.

More of a 3-4* than a 5* stay... I rarely write reviews and usually ok with minor short falls, but was constantly met with disappointment staying here at a premium price. We had an air conditioning unit making faulty noises which we spoke to front of house about 3 times before they helped fix the issue (this resulted in practically no sleep the first night of stay). On our 3rd night, we also heard lots of banging and what sounded like the housekeepers laundry trolley wheeling up and down the corridor at 4am. We were also informed during breakfast that we could not be moved from inside to outside (to a vacant table) as the process was "too complicated". In addition, charging Є12 for pancakes at breakfast (when breakfast is included) is ridiculous for a 5* hotel. Finally, I was also very surprised that there were no sunbeds available both by the swimming pool and by the lake, and instead had to sit inside at a table and wait for a sunbed... not typically something you would expect from a 5* hotel. All in all I was disappointed with the overall service and ability to provide solutions for what is considered to be a top tier hotel on Lake Garda. There were some positives: - beautiful view & good location (walking distance to Limone sul Garda) - the free car transfer to and from town is very efficient - lovely swimming pool and direct lake access - nice decor and layout of hotel

We spent 2 nights here for our honeymoon in June and it was spectacular. The service was perfect! We were treated like royalty from the moment we pulled up in our car. The hotel is immaculately presented and the views from every aspect are stunning. By far one of the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

We spent 4 nights here for our honeymoon in June and it was spectacular. The hotel is immaculately presented and the views from every aspect are stunning. By far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The service is like nothing I’ve ever experienced, there is so much attention to detail and we were treated like royalty. The shuttle service back and forth from Limone is excellent, we never had to wait long for it, and the drivers were very friendly and informative. We were told when we arrived that the hotel was at full capacity but you wouldn’t have known. No area of the hotel was ever too busy. It was generally very quiet and peaceful and there were always places to relax and take in the view. There were more than enough sun loungers to choose from throughout the day by the pool and by the lake. It was a slight shame there was no waiter service for drinks by the lake as it was quite a steep walk up to the bar, but perhaps this was the reason why! We stayed in the Nemos Junior suite and all I can say is wow. We were showered with complimentary gifts, chocolates, sweets and drinks to acknowledge our honeymoon which was lovely. The only negative I have is that the balconies aren’t very private. The dividers between each balcony have large gaps in them so you’re able to see straight through to next door. It normally wouldn’t bother me but as there is a lovely big jacuzzi on the balcony you would think it would be made more private. Finally the food… we went to Lake Garda with the intention of eating out in the town everyday to experience the local cuisine. However we tried the beach grill and the restaurant at the hotel and they were by far the best meals we had whilst away. Breakfast was also very nice. If you’re looking for a hotel to celebrate a special occasion i couldn’t recommend this one more!
