"The Beijing Hotel truly lives up to its reputation. The room was incredibly clean, very spacious, and they even upgraded us for free to a higher floor room, just as we requested for a south-facing view. It overlooks Chang'an Avenue and has a balcony, although you can't actually go out onto it, apparently for safety reasons. The lighting was excellent, the soundproofing was great, and the cleanliness and service were also top-notch. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful. It was an overall fantastic experience! The facilities are a little dated, but it doesn't detract from the overall impression."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect and a wonderful surprise. Affordable,  luxurious, comfortable and friendly. Certainly one of the best airport hotels I have ever stayed at and convenient to the airport. The room layout was spacious and a delicious breakfast with quality foods and lots of variety. I wish I could have stayed longer."

"Great Location near Wangfujing & Excellent Service by NOVA Location: Excellent location! Very close to Subway Line 8 (Jinyu Hutong Station). You can easily exit via in88 or APM building. There are plenty of restaurants and malls along the street towards Wangfujing Station. Travel Tip: If coming from the airport with luggage, I recommend taking Line 5 to Dengshikou Station. Walking through the alley next to the hotel is much easier for dragging luggage. Room: Great furniture layout and bathroom. The hot water is stable (temperature doesn't swing). I recommend choosing a room with a window to help ventilate the room if the heater gets too warm. Service: Special thanks to NOVA. The staff communicates very well and was extremely helpful during my stay."

"Excellent service, family room (comprised of 2 rooms side by side) is very clean and functional, location is near Beijing station within walking distance. My family wants to come stay in this hotel again when we return to Beijing. Free self laundry services where the staff helped to dry our clothes and pack into bags. Late night supper of fried rice and porridge. Peking duck at the hotel restaurant is extremely delicious. Picture below shows half a duck as the chef was still cutting the other half. Would like to specially thank Alan who helped us to reserve the Peking duck for 2 nights and stayed back after his working hours on the second night to heat up wraps for us. We ordered the duck through WeChat to the restaurant and he helped us with the orders. As it was my child birthday on the first night, special thanks to the chef who also prepared a bowl of noodles with egg for her. Really appreciate the excellent service! Our rooms are on second floors and staff helped us to carry lugguage to and from the rooms. Excellent service! My family rates the hotel 10 out of 10!"

"Perfect hotel for an overnight layover in Daxing. Check-in was quick and easy, and no deposit was required. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is extremely convenient thanks to the hotel’s airport transfer service. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. Special thanks to Nancy and Alen. There are several restaurants and a grocery store on the hotel’s B1 floor, as well as a coffee machine and a drinks vending machine in the lobby. Breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of options from porridge and steamed buns to noodles and fried chicken. The room was perfectly quiet, and the air conditioning worked great. I had a peaceful night’s sleep and easily got back to the airport in the morning. The hotel is very comfortable and absolutely worth the price."

"Pros: 1. Close to the airport with shuttle bus service. 2. Plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. 3. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. 4. Didn't have breakfast, but they provided a breakfast bag with lots of bread, milk, yogurt, and fruit. 5. Ample hot water for the shower. Cons: 1. Poor soundproofing in the room; I could clearly hear conversations from the hallway and next door. 2. The slippers and tissues were of very poor quality, extremely thin. 3. The air conditioning in the room wasn't effective; it got a bit cold at night. 4. To get a room upgrade, I had to add them on WeChat and give a 5-star review. 5. For a hotel of this caliber, it was disappointing that the in-room coffee was instant."

"This hotel experience is great! Must give a big like to Zoey and Ben at the front desk of the hotel! From check-in to check-out, they always smiled, were very kind, answered every question, and enthusiastically recommended interesting places and delicious restaurants around me. The check-in process was super smooth, and they helped solve any needs as soon as possible, which really made me feel at home. With such good service, you will definitely choose this hotel next time you come here."

"The hotel's overall design is beautiful and the facilities are comprehensive. The bed was quite comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station and various attractions, making it convenient for getting around. However, the service was indeed quite cold, with little proactive assistance. Also, one sliding door in the bathroom was missing, which was genuinely inconvenient."

The lobby offers free fruits, snacks, and hot beverages all day, which is very convenient. They also thoughtfully display the daily flag-raising and lowering times at Tiananmen Square, which is very useful for tourists. Transportation is convenient, with Qianmen subway station just a 5-10 minute walk away, making it easy and time-saving to visit various attractions by metro. The breakfast selection is rich, even featuring Beijing specialty snacks like Douzhi (fermented mung bean milk) and Jiaoquan (fried dough rings) for those interested in trying local flavors. The modern industrial design from the lobby to the public areas, complemented by these bright decals, felt both dynamic and inviting. **Room Experience:** The room design was quite distinctive, with large hand-painted graffiti featuring Beijing landmarks (like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City) on the walls, accompanied by English descriptions. This cultural touch made it very welcoming for foreign guests and tourists alike. The bed was clean and spacious, and the open-plan washbasin design was well-thought-out, preventing any cramped feeling. **Attention to Detail:** The mini-fridge setup was a thoughtful touch, offering complimentary bottled water and soft drinks. This 'what you see is what you get' honesty was a big plus. The room also came equipped with a projector, providing a fantastic movie-watching experience from the comfort of the bed, and the blackout curtains worked effectively. Highly recommended.

MM512235****This hotel is absolutely amazing! We were able to store our luggage a few hours early, which was super convenient coming straight from the high-speed rail station. The room itself was huge, easily accommodating four people. My friend and I had so much space we could practically roll around in it! It was very spacious and comfortable, with two tables, and the hygiene was excellent, with complete and high-quality facilities. They didn't rush us to check out even though we woke up late, which was incredibly thoughtful and human-centered 🥹. Most importantly, it was only a little over 200 yuan a night, and it's so convenient to get everywhere. The value for money is absolutely fantastic (^_^)v! Even my friend, who studied in Beijing for four years, couldn't stop raving about this place!

TTheGrandExperienceThe hotel name is a little misleading as the name outside doesn’t actually say “the yard hotel”… it says “Pierre Palace Hotel” so it can be a little confusing to find the first time you arrive. It is very close to the Entrance of Qianemen Ave Security checkpoint where your didi driver will drop you off and you will have to walk a short 100 meters to get to the hotel, which is directly across from Lawson’s Convenience store. The location is 10/10  on the bustling street of Qiananmen Ave. Do not miss your chance to go to Michelin star “Quan de Jude” Roasted duck restaurant, which is well known in Beijing and just down the street. The staff here are very helpful, especially Mr. Zeng who is able to speak Cantonese and help provide us with instructions and information. If you need to communicate in English only, a translator app will help tremendously. We love the style and decor of this hotel, it has a classic yet charming interior. We originally booked an inside room without windows, but during the check-in process, they offered a room with windows with better ventilation at no extra charge for our comfort. The only downside is that they do not have an on-site restaurant. If you booked a room with free breakfast, they will give you a breakfast voucher and you go to another hotel nearby. You can also have the option for them to deliver the meal to you at 7 or 8 AM And they will hang it on the door knob of your room without knocking to disturb you. The breakfast menu selection was not our favourite. If we return to Beijing, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

__WeChat12260****This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Beijing, offering great value for money. For just over 200 yuan, to get a location and amenities like this... what more can you ask for? The 40-square-meter room is spacious enough, and the 2-meter bed is plenty big. While the decor isn't brand new, it doesn't feel old or run-down. The breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes good. I was very happy with the service; even when I had the 'do not disturb' sign on, the housekeeping staff would hang disposable toiletries and bottled water on the doorknob daily. In particular, the lady at the front desk during the day shift and the younger gentleman were incredibly accommodating and their demeanor was pleasant. My only minor complaint is about the night shift gentleman; his tone of voice, inflection, and expression all conveyed a cold indifference, as if he absolutely hated being on this 'lousy shift'.

There are also many great restaurants nearby. The room was a bit small, and the soundproofing wasn't the best. The front desk staff were very friendly and even proactively offered me a complimentary breakfast. The rooftop on the eighth floor offers beautiful views of the Forbidden City, making it a great spot to relax in the summer.

GGuest UserI had the best experience in terms of staff going above and beyond. My girlfriend didn't bring her laptop charger thinking we can buy a powerbank in Miniso with the capable power but it turned out they only sell powerbank for cp. The staff suggested to download ******* app and we can order a powerbank with higher wattage and be delivered within an hour and since we didnt have a Chinese phone number, he typed in his number and we were able to order the powerbank. We were also able to order food using his number haha. He also gave us tip when riding didi, so we didn't have a hard time booking one. In terms of facilities, I didn't like the bed because it's too firm for me, they didn't have a hair blower, can't enjoy the tv as it's all in Chinese. Daily cleaning of room is a plus and replishment of bottled water and slippers. In terms of location, it's near Dongsi station but there's no convenience store around the area. Overall, it's still a good experience.
