Great location and it was fairly clean. However, the floor was extremely hard. We as a family stayed at other places that had floor sleeping arrangements but this was the worse of the lot. We then asked for more mats but we got told we have to pay extra for these. Getting extra pillows was ok. Might reconsider not getting a room without beds or go to a different hotel.

It’s a family ski trip for us, we are lucky to escape from the peak season, thus the hotel is less crowded and it feels more relaxed. The hotel is generally cleaned, the room is warm and even the floor is warm. No towel provided, so this needs to be noted. But we enjoyed the hotel as it’s very convenient to ski park.

Location was really convenient to the ski house, restaurants and the bus drop off from Seoul. Beautiful building and amazing view from our balcony facing the slopes. The staff were always so friendly and helpful to accommodate our needs! Not sure what the negatives were about from past reviews. Yummy buffet breakfast in the morning with good diversity Definitely will go back for another ski trip!

Lokasi dan persekitaran hotel sangat baik. Seronoknya menghabiskan masa sehari atau lebih dan melihat-lihat di dalam taman hotel yang terawat tanpa ke mana-mana. Walau bagaimanapun, sebab saya memberi 3 kepada bahagian perkhidmatan adalah kerana saya menginap selama 2 malam dan bilik tidak dibersihkan. Sistem hotel nampaknya memerlukan penambahbaikan. Kecuali bahagian itu, saya bercadang untuk melawat lagi.

위치도 좋고 너무 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 다른 호텔 스탠다드룸보다 넓게 느껴졌어요. 직원들도 친절했고 빠른 체크인 체크아웃 좋았습니다. 다만 세면대뿐아니라 침실쪽에 거울이 하나 있었으면 좋겠어요. 다음엔 조식도 한번 먹어봐야겠네요. 일찍 체크아웃해서 이번엔 이용 못했네요.

There was motel, I think, but the price was good, so good to stay one night simply. There was a little shabby, but good with cost-effective.

첫날 도착하자마자 차도 퍼지고 택시타고 우여곡절끝에 겨우 도착해서 체크인하게되었는데 사장님 부부 두분이 너무 친절하게 반겨주시고 방도 너무 청결하고 침대에서도 정말 편하게 푹 잤습니다 체크아웃후에도 걸어서 상원사까지 캐리어가방을 들고 가려고하니,사장님께서 짐은 두고 편하게 다녀오라고하시고, 다녀와서도 진부ic까지 견인지역까지 데려다 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 외지에 차도 퍼지고 발도 묶여서 갑갑한 상황이였는데 이렇게 까지 신경 써주시고 배려해주셔서 조금 힘든 여행이였지만 기억에 남는 여행이 된거같네요. 저희 가족에게 따뜻하게 대해주셔서 정말 감사했고 다음에도 꼭 재방문해서 인사드리겠습니다.

휘닉스파크 스키장에 스키타러 1박2일 숙소 구하다가 발견한 돔펜션. 저의 숙소 기준은 1. 스키장에서 차로 7분이내 2. 가격 12만원 미만 순수 스키타러 온거고 늦게 도착해서 잠만 자고 아침 일찍 나갈거라 굳이 비싼 숙소를 잡을 필요는 없었습니다. 두군데 중 비교하다가 4인실 누가 먼저 예약하셔서 예약할수 있는 방이 여기 돔하우스. 트립닷컴은 2인 기준이나 네이버 플레이스에는 2인 기준(최대3인)이라고 되어있기도 하고 복층 구조인데 위층에 침대가 있어보여 저희는 성인2+아이7살 3인 가족이 잤어요. 입실때 아이 1명 더 있어서 현장 만원 추가해야한다더라구요.. 네이버플레이스와 다른 예약채널도 인원수나 다른 컨디션은 동일하게 해야하지 않나 싶긴했습니다. 네이버플레이스 예약한 사람은 3인가능, 나머지 채널은 2인 기준.. 쨌든 룸 컨디션은 사진이 워낙 올드해서 정말 기대를 안하고 갔는데 예상보다 괜찮았어요. 꽃무늬 이불도 실제로 보면 엄청 쨍하지 않구요. 저희는 요리는 안했는데 1구 가스도 있고 전자레인지 냉장고 전기포트가 있어 편의점에서 사온 간편식으로 식사 해결. 그리고 윗층은 넘 추워서 1층에서 잤는데 웃풍이 있지만 전기장판이 깔려있어 등따숩게 잤어요. 욕실 온수 잘 나올지 걱정했는데 온수도 콸콸.. 다만 보일러 컨트롤을 제가 못찾은건지 바닥이 너무 뜨거워 발바닥 데일뻔.. 완전 뜨거워요.. 어느쪽은 불덩이고 어느쪽은 차갑고.. 전체적으로 성수기 겨울 스키시즌 주말에 가격대비 만족스럽게 푹 잤구요. 스키시즌에 또 올 의향 있습니다. 단 방은 4인실 쓰고싶네요. 꽤 꼬불꼬불한 길을 올라와야하지만 숙소 문앞에 주차할수 있어 짐 꺼내고 넣기 편리했습니다. 방에 걸려있는 사진들과 사진첩은 사진작가이신 사장님 작품이라고 하는데 평창의 멋진 풍경 사진도 덕분에 잘 봤습니다.

첫날 도착하자마자 차도 퍼지고 택시타고 우여곡절끝에 겨우 도착해서 체크인하게되었는데 사장님 부부 두분이 너무 친절하게 반겨주시고 방도 너무 청결하고 침대에서도 정말 편하게 푹 잤습니다 체크아웃후에도 걸어서 상원사까지 캐리어가방을 들고 가려고하니,사장님께서 짐은 두고 편하게 다녀오라고하시고, 다녀와서도 진부ic까지 견인지역까지 데려다 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 외지에 차도 퍼지고 발도 묶여서 갑갑한 상황이였는데 이렇게 까지 신경 써주시고 배려해주셔서 조금 힘든 여행이였지만 기억에 남는 여행이 된거같네요. 저희 가족에게 따뜻하게 대해주셔서 정말 감사했고 다음에도 꼭 재방문해서 인사드리겠습니다.

강원도 여행중 1박을 하게되어 급하게 예약해서 저녁늦게 입실해서 자세히 들러보지는 못했어요. 밤길에 진입로가 어두워서 약간 헤맷어요. 카운터 직원분 친절히 응대해 주셨어요. 방은 깨끗하고 따뜻해서 잘 자고 나왔어요. 숙소에 편의점이 없어서 차로 5~10분 거리에 있는 편의점에서 미리 사가야 해요.

우리 아이들 눈이 최고로 많이 온날이라며 팬션 여기저기 눈사람 미니 눈 곰돌이를 만들어놓고 왔어요 사장님~너그럽게 봐주시고 안전운전 하도록 눈길도 아침일찍 쓸어주셨어요 모닝커피~정말 맛있었어요 깨끗하고 따뜻한 팬션에서 잘 쉬고 왔어요 시설 잘 관리하셔서 이쁜 팬션이니 강추합니다~~~

The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby. Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all. The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself. Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip. We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat. The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned. The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski. During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house. My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes. I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly. Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski.

The hotel sits on a compound with 2 other hotels. Holiday Inn resort and Intercontinental. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen which is good for cooking simple meals. Surrounding area has restaurants, fast food, ice cream place and convenience stores. The ski resort is within walking distance. Will definitely come back here for another relaxing holiday.
