Hotel terbaik di Redondo Beach

Kami tinggal berdekatan & mempunyai # tetamu yang menginap di Crowne Plaza ini selama 20 tahun yang lalu. Kami mahukan rehat dari panas dengan bersantai @ kolam renang mereka & menikmati AC selama satu malam atau 2. Malangnya, TIDAK ADA bersantai @ kolam renang: 1) ia penuh sesak [melebihi had maksimum. daripada 25]; 2) terdapat 20+ anak kecil dengan jumlah mainan kolam besar [tidak disediakan]; 3) TIDAK diperlukan kunci untuk memasuki / keluar kawasan kolam seperti biasa [akses mudah 4 orang]; 4) semua penyejuk bir, makanan buatan sendiri, terlalu banyak penggunaan & penyalahgunaan tuala kolam renang [kami ingin mendapatkan tuala Rm kami], sampah sarap, dan lain-lain menjadikannya jelas bahawa kebanyakan ppl @ kolam itu bukan tetamu hotel. Ia adalah pengalaman kolam yang mengecewakan. Namun, semua itu tidak mengecewakan. Biliknya bersih, AC sejuk, makanan Rm Svc sedap, tempat tidur selesa dan kakitangannya profesional & sopan.

We had a plumbing issue and the kind person at the reception changed our room and we were set. From a one room with no place to hide to a beautiful suite with plenty of space to roam. And it was super quiet and the bed was utlimatly comfy.

Very nice hotel, very clean and professional and the views were nice alone wit the sea life.

The location for us is awesome since it nearby airport. Also good for the last minute shopping because of the shopping mall nearby, walmart, costco, best buy and others. The room is ok, clean and decent size

Bed was comfortable and nicely made. Hot water was instant. Towels were clean. Breakfast was ok. Good enough to fill up and go. My issue was that I think the carpet doesn’t get shampooed. I walked around barefoot for maybe 15 minutes in the room to settle in, then I saw a lot of dirt come off my feet in the shower. Please kindly shampoo or more thoroughly vacuum your carpets. Thank you.

Ini adalah penginapan kedua saya di sini. Hotel ini hampir menjadi tempat isteri saya dalam perjalanan kami melalui Pantai Redondo. Penginapan adalah sama baiknya jika tidak lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Satu-satunya perkara, tidak ada sarapan panas kerana covid, yang saya faham. Tetapi, hotel-hotel lain menyediakan sarapan karung, saya ingin tahu mengapa hotel ini tidak? Semasa penginapan pertama kami, (tentu saja pra-covid) sarapan panas disediakan. Tetapi secara keseluruhan, penginapan yang sangat baik, dan pasti akan tinggal lagi!

So, here we were at the best western for just one night. We had to come here due to family emergency, so we booked a room last minute before we took our flight the next day. Just to be clear: we paid 190 usd for just one night. And that, to be fair, turned out to be the biggest scam ever. The accommodation is located near a very busy road (lots of noise!) and nowhere near the airport (as they advertise). The whole scenery just looks like a cheap motel 6 venue. Anyways, we checked in (very kind lady at the front desk) and got our key. We were at the upper level and had big suitcases. Elevator was broken. That could happen ofcourse, so I let that pass. Once we reached our room and opened the door I just got terrified by the look of it. Did I pay 190 usd for this cheap ass room? The room was dark, the window was broken (sirenes going on all night from the street) and the carpet just smelled like a rat died there. The bathroom was small, but clean. The bed slept terrible (worst mattress ever) and the door couldn’t be locked from the inside. The parking lot, well… thats just one creepy place to be. Homeless people wandering around asking for cigs or money. Again, 190 usd is an insane price for this horrible experience. I would expect this to happen at a hotel that costs 50-80 usd per night. Never again.

The room was nicer than I anticipated for the price. The location is a short walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised. The “breakfast”, however was a brown paper bag which included a Twinkie, a Quaker oat bar and some cheese it’s, also an orange lol
