Hotel 2 Bintang di Revere

It was a lot better than I expected. Staff was friendly, breakfast was included, and the rooms were clean. I’d go there again, if I’m ever in the area.

What a bunch of total muppets!! Don’t be lured into their cheap off-airport parking fiasco!! We returned from a long break in UK on Friday morning 5/5/23 expecting to pick up our car. They’d lost it! They’d lost the paperwork! Their employees and managers (if you could call them that) argued that we’d not parked with them because they had no record of our booking, even suggesting that we were liars or that we’d parked the car ourselves! Now, I must say that I was a bit dubious when we dropped the car off in a less than salubrious section of Revere, but they were cheaper than Preflight Parking and our budget was tight. So, after two hours arguing and getting fobbed off and lied to, our car was ‘found’ in the parking lot of the Rodeway Hotel with our return date,5/5 chalked on the windscreen . An open lot without CCTV coverage, I may say. But now, there’s another problem, they can’t find the key! It should have been with the hotel manager (on a board in her office) who was about as useful as a strand of spaghetti in a nail driving contest! The company called a locksmith who eventually opened the car; alarm blaring for fifteen minutes, and cut us a new key. So, seven hours after landing from a seven hour flight, we’re loading our bags into the car and a company employee turns up with our key and the paperwork. It was, according to him, ‘on the key storage board of the hotel, all the time!’ Yeah, well…. Look folks, my best advice to you is, no matter how hard up you are, don’t touch this bunch of clowns with a barge pole. Their customer service is crap, their shuttle bus shouldn’t be on the road, (at one point their elderly driver took his hands off the steering wheel to talk on his radio and cellphone at the same time) they’re rude and obnoxious and altogether, a very dubious bunch!

- 호텔이 깨끗하고 청결함. 보스톤 공항으로 출도착하는 항공편 일정과 연결하여 숙박하였더니, 호텔 셔틀버스 서비스가 있어서 매우 편리하였음. 아침 식사가 무료로 제공됨. 도착일에 호텔 식당에서 저녁식사도 하였는데 합리적인 가격이었음. - 호텔위치: 보스톤 Logan 공항에서 차로 12분 거리 (4.6마일)에 위치. 호텔과 공항간 Shuttle bus를 운행하고 있어서 편리함. (30분간격. 호텔출발: 매시각 정시. 그리고 매시 30분). - 주차장 : 호텔에 유료주차장 (1대 15불).

The hotel is new, clean and colourful. Nice to have hot chocolate drink upon check in. Coffee, tea, hot water, still water and sparkling water is available at lobby for self service 24/7. We had a nice morning walk to the nearby Revere Beach.

Benar-benar menyukai tempat itu sehingga ia datang ke penghujung mimpi ngeri yang dahsyat apabila saya pada asasnya tinggal di sana dan saya pergi untuk melanjutkan penginapan saya dan diberi kadar lebih kurang. $800 tambah. Terpaksa mandi ais sejuk selepas membiarkan ia berjalan selama sejam untuk panas yang tidak pernah berlaku. Tidak pernah menerima sebarang caj sampingan kembali. Dan akhir sekali... kenapa ada sesiapa yang berjalan di bilik saya sebelum waktu daftar keluar? Tak kisahlah check out... tapi awal gila. Saya akan terlupa tentang segala-galanya jika saya tidak diletakkan di jalan kerana harganya dinaikkan secara astronomi. Sheraton yang dihormati, bolehkah anda sekurang-kurangnya melepaskan perkara sampingan saya supaya saya boleh memikirkan sesuatu... tolong dan terima kasih

Fast check in and out, clean facility, conveniently located near train station to get into and out of Boston. Choice of 3 restaurants with excellent choice of food and drink, all moderately priced. Free breakfast bar included with stay with good hot and cold food choices.

優點：房間較大，比較乾淨。shuttle bus可以來回機場和地鐵站很方便，去機場不到十分鐘。免費早餐也還好。 缺點：房間隔音稍差

New hotel, very conveniently located to Logan Airport. The hotel has breakfast included, which doesn’t start till 6am and they don’t provide packages to go if you need to catch an early morning flight…
