"位置離高速口比較近，到天目湖和南山竹海半小時左右車程。房間挺大，一進門有送小朋友的奶龍小公仔，算是個小驚喜。衞生第一眼覺得還可以，但是枕頭上有黑色的小蟲屍體，比較膈應，床品和枕頭不太舒服，下水管道聲音比較大，睡到清晨五點左右，窗外不知道是什麼東西的警報聲，響了大概半個小時，很影響睡眠。小冰箱不怎麼製冷，比常温好不了多少。説個笑話，所謂迷你吧就兩瓶礦泉水+兩袋速溶咖啡/茶包，詢問前台為什麼沒有像其他酒店一樣迷你吧配置一些基礎飲料，被一個類似於保潔着裝的大媽告知不要和其他地方比，旁邊的前台小姑娘也不管事。天氣熱玩一圈晚上9、10點樣子回來要兩瓶礦泉水（周圍沒有超市），被前台和該大媽告知5元一瓶，大媽還連續多次反問房間不是已經給了4瓶了嗎？（桌上兩瓶+迷你吧兩瓶），真的不知道貴店是不是給了大媽兩份工資，還兼職前台工作。晚上在酒店中餐廳吃飯，服務還是不錯的，服務員比較熱情，態度也很好，餐後水果能看出是現切的，很新鮮，整體口味也可以，性價比高，所以即使第二天退了房，去玩南山竹海後還是再次到酒店用了晚餐（主要是想品嚐一下酒店的魚頭湯，但口味説實話不如天目湖附近的店，衹能算中規中矩，於我們預期而言有點失望）。總的來説，入住體驗比如以前住過的酒店，服務甚至比不上亞朵和全季，雖然標着五星，但細節上透着小家子氣（餐廳除外）。"

PPengguna Tetamu老闆很熱情，來了就告訴我們溧陽怎麼玩，看我們老兩口帶着小孫子過來玩，給我們安排了朝南的房間，房間很整潔，床上用品很乾凈蓬鬆舒適，我帶的四件套都沒有用上，衞生間乾濕分離，使用很方便，早餐也很豐富，特別是稀飯菜包，是老頭的最愛，吃得很舒服。總之住了四晚，還沒有住夠，下次還會再來。

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

CChristian SteinertHidden in the mountains and therefore quiet, family oriented hotel. Rooms were a bit old but more or less clean. Pool, lake and Hotsprings looked nice, but not too much else to do there. Restaurant is in the basement where food was just okay and not special. Free Coffee all day at least and more water was also supplied. We went rafting afterwards, what the kids liked a lot :-)

PPengguna Tetamu帶家人入住御水度假酒店太合適了，環境清幽被竹海環抱，房間寬敞整潔、床品柔軟舒適。房間套餐包括了竹海，山水園，水世界，温泉的門票非常好，房間還有個小陽台，帶了小狗還提供寵物用品和零食，小狗表示超級開心。專屬通道直達温泉，幾十種泡池任選，孩子玩得特別開心。工作人員熱情貼心，早餐品類豐富，離南山竹海很近出行方便。尤其管家杜芳，提前聯繫我們並且告訴了我們很多事項，而且對於我們的合理需求都能滿足，最後還給我們準備了小禮品，非常感謝！酒店整體安靜安逸，吃住玩一站式搞定，放鬆解壓絕佳，強烈推薦家庭出行入住。

PPengguna Tetamu🔆完美的五一假期。沒來之前還有擔心，五一價格這麼貴，是不是達不到心裏預期,到達酒店大廳開始,打消我的疑慮,把我們一家人接到房間,一路上的景色已讓我靜下心來。住兩天下來,幾點感受:
1.環境優美,竹林🎍🎍🎍環繞,打開陽台毫無遮擋,竹子的景色,風和鳥的聲音
2.設施完備,上下隔層,廳足夠大,房間也很舒服,多個洗手間和浴室
3.陽台上的温泉,獨立私密,也可以一覽山景
4.早餐豐富,食材新鮮,多重滋味,鮮榨的果汁特別好喝,小點心做的很好吃
5.活動豐富,住酒店送神馬農場門票,野豬滑車兒子很喜歡,玩了兩次
6.吃飯推薦門口“高老莊”老闆和服務員都很熱情，不用帶腦子，他會幫你推薦菜，性價比也好
7.服務上成，接待有求必應，感謝小葛，還幫忙推薦好玩的項目，短駁車隨叫隨到
最後，因為特別喜歡這個度假酒店，也提點可以改善的:
1.來的客人大部分會泡酒店，所以在房間內的時間會比較長，電視機非常大，建議電視機後面的插座多設計幾個，帶小孩的會帶PS或switch，後面沒法插電源
2.建議冰箱放冰桶，提前準備好冰塊，夏天可以喝白葡萄酒
3.還可以增加送餐服務
4.如果方便的話，酒店客户遊玩項目打八折，更香了

QQishishiwu環境不錯，景色不錯，早餐不錯，停車方便，（充電樁有4個慢充 快電，e網都可以階梯式價格）酒店活動也不錯。一樓的房間有黴味估計是因為泳池在附近南方的天氣原因。唯一差評的點在於家庭房竟然在門口裝了一個感應燈而且非常亮，家庭房住4人。夜晚起夜就會亮，對於睡眠不好的人真的不是很友好。其實在門口裝一個暗一點小夜燈就可以。
