Hotel Romantik di Makati

"What I enjoyed most about my stay was the overall experience—the combination of comfort, attentive service, excellent facilities, and the relaxing atmosphere made the stay genuinely enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel had a warm, polished, and inviting ambiance that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the experience. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, providing a relaxing space to rest and recharge. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the quality of the amenities, and the attention to detail throughout the room. Everything felt well cared for, which added significantly to the overall comfort of my stay. The facilities were impressive and contributed greatly to the experience. The common areas were pleasant, well-maintained, and aesthetically appealing, while the available amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I appreciated that the hotel managed to combine functionality with a sense of elegance and relaxation. The service was another highlight. The staff were courteous, professional, approachable, and attentive without being intrusive. I appreciated their willingness to assist and their genuine effort to make the stay pleasant. Their warmth and professionalism created a positive impression and made the experience feel more personal rather than simply transactional. Overall, what stood out most was the consistency of the experience—from the welcoming atmosphere and comfortable accommodations to the facilities and quality of service. It was the kind of stay where you could truly relax, feel looked after, and enjoy the hotel as part of the experience rather than simply having a place to sleep. I left with a very positive impression and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you"

"Our stay at City Garden Grand Hotel was good overall. The bed was very comfortable, which we really appreciated, the breakfast was a 5/5 ! In fact we came to the hotel just for the breakfast :) and we had a pleasant stay in general. The air conditioning was a little noisy at night, but it was still manageable. The main disappointment was finding a cockroach in the bathroom, which was definitely not something we expected from a hotel of this standard. Another issue was the noise from outside. Even though our room was on the 19th floor, we could clearly hear cars and street noise as if the window was open. After checking, we noticed that the window sealing appeared to be defective, which probably explains why so much outside noise was coming into the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the comfortable bed, but better pest control and maintenance of the windows would make the experience much better."
