Hotel berhampiran Eyes Srl, Rome

The hotel was conveniently located 5-min from Termini train station and the FCO airport shuttle bus and hop on hop off bus stops just across. We stayed 2 times during our 2 week stay in Rome - over night stay before heading down to Civitavecchia Port for MSC cruise and 4 night stay upon return from the cruise ship. We used the hotel storage service for one of our luggage bags for a week during our 7-day cruise. The hotel staffs were friendly.

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. A cozy stay at this cute hotel in the heart of Rome was an addition to our already amazing trip to Italy. Don’t expect it to be a shiny new hotel, be ready for old-school hardware and to communicate with the staff if something seems wrong. We got caught with having no hot water in the morning, thinking there was definitely something wrong. It turned out that it was just us being impatient, and the clerk staff were very friendly to point out that it takes time for hot water to reach upper floors. Very friendly reception on our late-night check-in as well. Overall, I would definitely stay again and/or recommend to friends and family.

Cosy room. Close to transport, amenities deceiving as linked with other hotels, spa area not in this hotel but another up the road. Upstairs balcony/ bar not in service anymore but ok for a quiet drink you can take up as self service. Coffee not great, suggest to go elsewhere. Amazing seafood restaurant nearby would highly recommended, SaTanca Crostaceri.

The location was good.The room was small and very worn. There was no counter space in The bathroom. It was nice The cleaner changed The towels every day. The door lock worked poorly and was left open for one night. Only one of The hotel staff spoke English well. The hotel refused to call a taxi to The airport, should have usea a limo taxi.

Excellent hotel. I stayed 2 nights and from the customer service, the room, the ambiance and food it’s was really enjoyable. The room was very clean and the amenities in the room was not just your average hotel. The bed was so comfortable and my room though not cold was comfortable enough to sleep well. I wasn’t sure what was nearby but I got out and walked and found many restaurants and shopping. The Trevor fountain was in walking distance very beautiful but extremely crowded. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Abbiamo prenotato due notti in questo B&B senza avere chissà che aspettative, avevamo bisogno solo un appoggio per dormire e per lavarci, dovendo trascorrere le giornate fuori. Ma appena entrati in questa camera, dire che ci veniva da piangere è poco! Stanza dal costo di oltre 100 euro a notte, senza bisogno di troppe parole allego le fotografie. Dalla finestra una vista fatiscente, i vari accessori in camera stavano cadendo a pezzi, l'abatjour si stava staccando dal muro, l'asciugacapelli pieno di muffa, la finestra sporchissima!!! Il bagno minuscolo non ci si poteva muovere all'interno, una cosa mai vista. Tra doccia, lavandino e water non c'è spazio per muoversi!!!!  E non voglio parlare del quartiere, fuori dalla porta di questa residenza c erano  senzatetto ovunque distesi per terra. Siamo delle persone che si adattano, ripeto non cercavamo nulla di lussuoso, ma quanto meno il minimo essenziale per pernottare in modo dignitoso . Il proprietario una persona gentile, il mio consiglio è quello di rendere questa camera non dico vivibile, ma almeno presentabile, perché non lo è. Nota positiva: la camera era ben riscaldata grazie alla presenza di termosifoni accesi nelle ore serali e notturne. Il materasso era comodo e morbido, si dorme bene. Purtroppo però, per quanto riguarda la location in se per sé, se cercate anche solo un minimo di decenza, vi consiglio vivamente di cambiare posto.

Only two stars but spotlessly clean. Lovely room and super shower room. Bed was firm but comfortable. Fridge in the room. Coffee machine and snack machine near reception. No lift. Room only. Area is a bit run down. Lovely park 100 metres away with pavement cafe/bar doing basic snacks. Would go there again

I have never been to a place where a hotel feels like home. This is one of the amazing benefits of staying in Ostello Bello. The staff, bartenders, and night shift felt like absolute family by the end and I truly will never stay anywhere else while in Rome. Fravio (hope I am spelling that right) made my trip with his kind and friendly demeanor. All of the bartenders made me feel at home and welcome at all times. Treating me more than fairly in every citrcumstance. The rooms were clean and nice, with working showers and good facilities. I truly have nothing negative to say about my visit.

We didn't expect it to be that good! The place is great with all facilities you need. The staff is helpful, and the check in and check out was super easy. The room was good and clean. The only con is that the bus from the center of Rome back to hu is often packed with people and late, plus you have to wait for a while on the stop for the next ones to arrive.
