"Overall it’s ok. My room was on the ground floor hence the inconvenience as I have to close my curtains throughout. Room wasn’t very clean, there are stains and dust. Location is great. Walkable distance to Chilva Night Market and there’s free parking, The pool is very nice but the sunbeds are always taken unless you go very early in the morning. Service rendered from staffs are kind and good and helpful"

Ia hanya jauh sedikit dari bandar, dan hotel ini menyediakan pengangkutan percuma ke dan dari Pantai Patong. Lebih baik menikmati kehidupan yang tenang di sini. Restoran, bar dan kolam renang hebat. Meja penyambut tetamu dan semua pelayan ramah dan profesional. Saya pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang. Saya secara peribadi sangat mengesyorkannya. Makanan dan minuman semuanya sangat berpatutan dan kos efektif Saya tidak akan mengatakan bahawa ia lebih mahal daripada yang lain hanya kerana ia adalah sebuah hotel. Terdapat begitu banyak jenis sarapan yang anda tidak boleh menghabiskannya selama beberapa hari. ps. Ia juga sesuai untuk melamar XD"

"Quite near to Phuket Town and Central Phuket. But the nearest 7-11 considered quite a distance for us, and I don’t recommend walking to the nearest 7-11, just take motorbike from Grab, might just cost 30-40baht. I would recommend this hotel which is safe and comfortable, especially you don’t have to worry about is there any hanky panky places nearby, so it is safe for women."

"Beautiful sea views, but not the peaceful luxury stay we expected for the price. Rooms with uneven numbers face the main road, and the traffic noise is constant — especially from passing trucks. It really takes away from what should be a serene oceanfront experience. Breakfast was underwhelming for a hotel in this price range, with limited fresh fruit and mostly processed juices. We found better quality and variety just down the road at local shops. We’ve stayed in excellent four-star hotels in the region for a fraction of the cost, so paying over CAD400 per night here felt hard to justify. Pleasant staff and nice setting, but overall not the value or tranquillity we were expecting."

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. From arrival, Front Desk Agent Polly and Guest Assistant Minnie were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even the buggy driver kindly explained the room facilities and minibar details to us. Our tropical garden view room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A special thank you to our room housekeeping for the thoughtful birthday decoration, it truly made my day extra special. Breakfast offered a wide vegetarian-friendly selection with salad bar, cheese, bakery items, and more. I would love to see a bit more variety in the Asian local dishes, as the menu was quite similar each day. Tropical fruits are my favourite in the resort. The resort feels like a one-stop getaway with a beautiful beach and clear water. Have to rent snorkelling gear and I recommend renting wet shoes due to stones and dead coral in the beach area. I had a small injury from the coral, but the beach staff took great care of me. We also enjoyed the small petting zoo, the staffs were very friendly. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and quiet time, and we would definitely love to return."

"Замечательный отель. Расположение великолепное, чувствуешь себя в саду. Через дорогу море. Персонал чудо. Единственный минус - уборка. Постельное белье не меняли ни разу за 10 дней. Пол часто был в песке, сантехнику не мыли аналогично весь период, чисто косметически прибирались. Но! Я с огромным удовольствием бы остановилась еще много раз. Бассейн чистый. Все супер)"

Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable. I really enjoyed my stay and especially my room is seafront and unblock view , the room is literally directly in front of the ocean view. , can near the sound of the waves from your room, loving every minute of balcony view. Jacuzzi was a bonus and it made you feel so comfortable after a long day of walk . Elle has been exceptionally attentive and prompt in replying to all my emails. She handled every request efficiently and always provided thoughtful solutions. Her professionalism and problem-solving attitude gave me great confidence before and during my stay. Pa, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She was at the front desk during my check-in and also responded quickly to my live chat messages through the Zenmaya app. Every request I made was immediately attended to under her careful supervision. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are truly commendable. Puy, the Housekeeper, did a fantastic job maintaining my room. Everything was always tidy and neatly arranged. Initially, I noticed that small towels were missing, but after I made the request, she remembered and ensured they were placed in my room every day thereafter. Her consistency and care were much appreciated. Your staff are true gems — rare to find and a great credit to the hotel. Please continue the excellent work! I will definitely recommend Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket to my family, relatives, and friends, and I look forward to returning for another stay in the near future. Never regret booking this hotel"

"Sangat berpuas hati dan mesti memujinya. Saya ke Thailand buat kali pertama dan menginap di 4 hotel ini adalah yang paling memuaskan. Dalam persekitaran hutan hujan tropika, bilik adalah vila kecil yang bebas, dan terdapat kolam renang di bawah balkoni Terdapat sejumlah 5 kolam renang di hotel dan kami mendaftar masuk 3 daripadanya Reka bentuknya yang unik. Tidak ramai orang di kolam renang dan tidak ada kanak-kanak. Ia sesuai untuk berenang dan mengambil gambar. Kategori sarapan sangat kaya. Terdapat 4 restoran dan 5 bar kolam untuk makan tengah hari dan makan malam tingkap itu sangat cantik. Walaupun ia berada di tengah-tengah gunung dan mengambil masa 10 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke pantai, hotel ini mempunyai 4 bas ulang-alik sehari untuk mengambil dan menghantar pada waktu yang dijadualkan. Adalah lebih baik untuk menambah lebih banyak bas. Secara keseluruhannya masih sangat berbaloi"
