This Pullman‘s room is smaller comparing to Vila Olimpia but gym was bigger which made me happy. Again I liked the amenities in the room l'occitane. There is a kettle and a nesspresso maschine. The swimming pool is small but heated. There is a DJ at the lobby-restaurant which makes the atmosphere special

My stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Check in eficaz, quarto limpo ( o primeiro e mais importante item da minha lista ) , silencioso ( 14 andar- de frente para rua ) , cama confortável, chuveiro bom, room service ótimo ( prato estava gostoso e quente), cafe da manha bom, valet rápido. minha segunda estadia e continuará sendo minha opção para estadia nesta região. no geral : Excelente ! comprei uma promessa (experiência) e foi entregue totalmente outra. Estamos muito insatisfeitos com o que aconteceu...no momento do check-in foi informado que o jantar do dia dos namorados havia mudado e que SÓ PODERIA JANTAR NOS RESTAURANTES QUEM COMPRASSE O PACOTE DO JANTAR (R$ 3.500). Não só nós ficamos decepcionados como vários casais. Isso foi TOTALMENTE discriminatório na verdade....podíamos processar eles alegando esse motivo. Os casais foram todos obrigados (inclusive nós) a jantarmos dentro do quarto...foi super chato e constrangedor. Isso é totalmente fora do código do consumidor. Sermos obrigados a comprar um jantar nesse valor ou não pode comer dentro do restaurante. UM ABSURDO. enfim..foi isso!! uma pena. abs,

La estadía fue realmente satisfactoria, Tanto el servicio de habitación como los desayunos y restaurantes son buenos. Muy recomendables para viajes de trabajo. La ubicación a pocas cuadras del centro de ferias Center Norte y del shopping con el mismo nombre lo convierten en el mejor hotel si tienes que asistir a la feria. No lo puntúo con 5 por dos detalles que pueden ser poco importantes para muchos. Primero: La sala de aparatos del gimnasio necesita renovar algunos equipos y Segundo: Al realizar el Checkout había consumos del frigobar que yo no había realizado, cosa que se solucionó sin inconvenientes, pero me generó desconfianza en el personal de servicios. Regresaré a NOVOTEL sin dudas.

위치로는 대성당이나 리베르다지 도보로 갈 수 있을 정도로 좋습니다. 미술관을 가실 때는 일요일 우버를 이용하시고요. 시설은 준수한 편이나 디테한 면에서 조금 아쉽습니다. 침구를 매일 갈아주거나 하진 않습니다. 그래도 조식은 과일 좋아시는 분이게는 만족하실만한 퀄리티입니다. 참고로 공항에서 인터넷이 되기도 하고 안 되는 경우도 있는데, 2터미널 근처에서 공항 공용인터넷 잡으시도 우버 부르세요. 이상하게 공항만 가면 vivo가 먹통이 되더군요. 저도 그냥 사람믿고 우버 택시기사라는 사람에 사기당해 700불 강탈당했습니다. 그러니 차분하게 하나씩 인터넷 연결, 우버 부르기하시면 됩니다. 근처에 버거가게와 슈퍼 자주 이용했습니다. 아울로 호텔주변 성당 꼭 가보세요. 뭐 그렇게 호들갑 떨정도로 위험하진 않습니다. 다만 길거리가 청결하진 않습니다.

Primeiramente chegamos, e vimos 1 hospede descontente pois havia uma pessoa em suas acomodações. Achei que seria algo pontual, contudo ao finalizar o check-in nos deram o apto 1404 onde ao entrar havia 1 mochila e 1 jaqueta de outro hospede. Sendo assim também havia 1 hospede em nossa acomodação, ligamos por 3x e nada foi resolvido, enfim descemos a recepção para resolvermos o caso, pois bem após cerca de 1 hora conseguimos enfim entrar em um quarto onde não havia ninguém, percebemos também a presença de fezes na ducha higiênica algo que de momento nem apontamos pois ficaríamos apenas 1 dia e já estávamos bastante insatisfeito. A experiência não foi nada agradável, dado que o nome ”Bourbon” é sinônimo de qualidade e organização. Infelizmente passamos por essa experiência pífia e medíocre. Bem possível de escolhermos outro hotel na próxima ida até São Paulo.

El hotel no está mal pero es un hotel antiguo. Necesita seguramente modernización. Pero es muy limpio y muy atento el personal . Respecto al desayuno hay variedades de alimentos pero note que no reponían sino que quedaban cosas de días anteriores. Otro punto a favor del hotel es que tiene estacionamiento propio lo cual en Sao Paulo es un verdadero hallazgo si alquilaste vehículo es una tranquilidad tener estacionamiento en el mismo hotel. La zona donde se encuentra ubicado es zona de bares discotecas si bien las dos cuadras a la redonda del hotel son discotecas no muy buenas podés ir caminando a unos tres cuadras y ya empezas a ver otro tipo de bares y restaurantes de mejor nivel . Tiene buena ubicación cerca de estación de subte dos cuadras y de supermercado y farmacia. No tiene secador de cabello así que debes llevar el tuyo . Resumiendo el hotel es súper limpio bien ubicado y la atención es excelente pero no esperes modernidad ni lujo . Por otro lado y aqui si viene el 10 que le pondría a este hotel y con grandes aplausos es que al llegar a mi país mi esposo se dió cuenta que había olvidado dinero en la habitación. Envío a los dos días un mail al hotel y de manera automática le respondieron que el dinero lo tenían y nos lo devolvieron. Eso es increíble realmente no es común en estos tiempos así que muchas gracias ese gesto le da un 10 al hotel

Com mais de 40 anos de existência no bairro, este hotel me surpreendeu com a limpeza, atendimento ( sensacional) e as comodidades. Muito bem localizado! O café da manhã , poderia ser um pouquinho mais completo - pão de queijo, suco natural de laranja, alguns tipos de queijo…, porém a seleção de frutas e ótima!!! Ah! No quarto poderiam retirar o carpete ( apesar de limpos ) e colocar um piso, de madeira ( ficaria mais aconchegante e moderno ) ou piso frio - minha opinião😉 Mas em resumo , vale o custo benefício! Recomendo!

O hotel é excelente , infelizmente está localizado em uma região que se tornou perigosa. Para quem chega pela rodoviaria tiete é super simples o acesso. No chek in escolheram um quarto que o mesmo e o banheiro havia cabelos pelo chão. Blindex não havia sido limpo. Tampa do vaso quebrada. Reclamei na recepção e me colocaram em outro quarto um pouco melhor. Insatisfação com o serviço de arrumação dos quartos, reclamei com três pessoas durante dois dias para colocarem um segundo rolo de papel higiênico, e não colocaram. Tive que ir a recepção solicitar. Ar condicionado com goteira. Reclamei, mas nem sei se resolveram, porque não liguei mais o ar. Recepcionistas que não tem perfil para recepção, nem olhavam para mim enquanto eu reclamava de algo referente ao quarto. Café da manhã sem identificação, não sabíamos que suco estava na mesa, sem saber que bolo era, e todos os dias o bolo estava ”solado”, duro, que para cortar era difícil. Sem contar com a localização que não é boa.

I have stayed four times in this hotel and I always will come back. The last stay I had some small problems and they were solved the same day with so much care. I felt treated like a king and really liked the personal care. The amazing things about this hotel to me is firstly the staff. They are very nice. It goes from people working at the reception desk, the congierge, the people working at the breakfast, the boulangerie next (and part of) the hotel (which by the way is a must go, delcious pastries) , securtiy and other staff. Several times when they noticed that I speak a little Portuguese, they try to make small talk and make me feel very welcome. They also appreciate me trying in Portuguese. Of course the staff at the reception and breakfast also communicates in English. Second, the location, next to Ibirapuera park (walking distance), just 10 min away by Uber (which is cheap also) from Paulista av., popular neighbourhoods as Moema, Itaim Bibi and Pinheiros makes it the perfect location for my stay. Within several minutes I am in almost all the good spots of the city (even though the city is huge). Depending on the room, you will have a good view of the city or park also. For the rest the service is great, the breakfast is amazing, I could just critcize the cakes that could be more fresh, for the rest the sweet pastries (changing daily) are perfect. There is a lot of choice in fruits, salty food, healthy food and also you can order fresly made tapioca, waffles, omelettes with the toppings you like. Also several natural juices. I am very picky with breakfast, but for this value, the breakfast is great. The hotel itself is very elegant and classy. It is stylish with French/European elegant style. When you like very modern and new, it might be not your place. The rooms are great. The bedding (sheets, pillows) are of high quality, the shower flow is strong and hot (when preffered), you can notice the small details that make it really a 5 star stay. There is a good gym (with staff), tennis fields, spa, swimmingpool, so there are lots of options. Even though for me it is the perfect place (quality, price, location, service, etc) and I would always prefer to stay at this hotel in Sao Paulo, the internet over all could be a little faster (standard is 25MB), but when I asked, the staff at the hotel helped with a better connection. The airconditioning for me personally could be a little colder/stronger (I like cold in the night), but for most it will be sufficient. Overall for me the hotel is 9,9 out of 10, highly recommend!

Great stay! Ibis Barra Funda have the greatest location close to all my commitments during business travels. Kitchen is great!!! As a remark, I believe Ibis should reward frequent guests; a matter of loyalty but they don’t. The previous Accord rewards is gone; the new one totally doesn’t work. They do not even offer a bottle of water or similar amenity to an arriving guest. Simply they do not care anymore.

Funcionários sempre cordeais e simpáticos para com todos , bem prestativos no atendimento. Até a moça da limpeza do hotel , que muitos infelizmente não dão valor em muitos lugares em ambientes de trabalho, em público haja uma certa discriminação. Pois são eles que deixam o ambiente limpo e harmonioso para nós no dia a dia . E percebi essa moça o cuidado e o carinho de fazer bem feito as coisas , daí tive curiosidade de perguntar o nome dela Edjane e como se chama a chefe dela a senhora Nathalia que concerteza orienta muito bem como liderança. Parabéns a ela e todos que fazem parte da equipe . Pois lidou com empresa de outro segmento e sei que não é fácil, lidar com o público nesse ramo, todos os dias . Grato a quem serve por amor !

I payed for 6 nights and stayed 4 nights. This hotel outdated, dangerous and uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny, the floor bedroom has cracks that move when walking, the sheets are threadbare, there are few electric outlets and the room even had some mound in it which was not nice. Unfortunately, during the night there was a lot of noise (inside and outside the hotel).

Realizei uma reserva no hotel através da plataforma digital. Um dia antes da minha estadia, o hotel me enviou as suas políticas de check-in e na mesma hora respondi dizendo que chegaria no hotel por volta da 18h. Prontamente o hotel me respondeu dizendo que estava tudo OK e que seria um prazer me receber. No dia da minha reserva, cheguei no hotel às 18:30 e logo fui avisado pelo recepcionista que minha reserva havia sido cancelada e não haveria nenhum outro quarto disponível para me hospedar na propriedade. Ele alegou que havia tentado contato comigo por várias vezes, mas, como não havia nenhum registro em meu celular ou e-mail, solicitei a ele alguma prova da tentativa de contato. Ele apenas lamentou, dizendo que foi uma correria no hotel naquele dia, e que não teria como comprovar as tentativas. Me ofereceram então uma estadia em um outro hotel da rede pelo mesmo valor, contudo ao telefonar para a outra propriedade, o recepcionista mudou a conversa e me informou que não conseguiriam honrar o valor da diária e eu teria que pagar um valor extra para me hospedar no outro hotel. Como possuía um compromisso na região no dia seguinte pela manhã, precisei buscar outro hotel nas proximidades sem qualquer suporte por parte do Transamerica. Lamentável! Uma péssima experiência. Só espero que ninguém mais passe pelo que eu passei.
