"After an overnight flight from San Francisco, I hadn't slept at all. I was staying for three consecutive nights and specifically asked the front desk if I could check in early. My request wasn't accepted or even acknowledged; they didn't even bother to check if there were any clean, available rooms, simply responding that check-in was guaranteed at 4 PM, not 9 AM. The hotel has some history (which I quite appreciated during my three-day stay) and is in a very good, relatively safe location. During my stay, I reported to the front desk twice that the WiFi wasn't connecting and frequently disconnected (no improvements were made; they just smiled and said no one else had reported this issue, showing no proactive effort to address customer feedback). The hotel offers a paid cruise shuttle service (USD 15 per person), which is quite convenient."

"Located right next to the port, it's conveniently located. Check-in was delayed by about 10 minutes due to the inability to find the booking information. The staff were friendly. There was a concert in Seattle on the day of my check-in, so the hotel was crowded and a bit chaotic. The room was large and bright, but there were no windows that could be opened, so it might feel stuffy on a longer stay. I booked a partial ocean view room with a side view of the sea. The room was fully equipped, and my luggage was delivered directly to the room – very convenient!"

You can take lightrail line 1 from the airport and cross the overpass to see it. There are police patrols near the station, so you can rest assured about security. Very suitable for business and leisure travelers who need to catch the train or the airport Very quiet room with a great view. You can have a panoramic view of the city from the upper floors. It is also very close to the lumen field next to it. The price booked on this platform is the most cost-effective after price comparison. There is no additional consumption. The front desk is also very skilled and friendly in handling business. The disadvantages were that there were a few vegetables in the breakfast and the TV in the room could not be turned off. Later, we asked an engineer to come to the door and deliver a remote control to solve the problem. Overall worth a stay"

"This is the first negative review I've given to an overseas hotel in all these years. The location is good; you can walk to the airport (it's across the street). Perhaps because they don't cater to many international tourists, everyone I encountered lacked enthusiasm and professional service. When checking in, I had several bags and forgot a white box at the front desk (or on the sofa in the lounge area in front of the front desk). When I remembered it more than an hour later and went to look for it, the receptionist said she hadn't seen it (an arrogant attitude). I asked her to check the front desk security footage to see if someone took it or if a cleaning staff member took it, but she said she didn't have the authority. I asked her to find the supervisor, and she said she was the supervisor. I asked who had access to the security footage, and she said the general manager could. I emailed the general manager, and it took two days to receive a reply saying that the security footage showed no evidence of the white box being taken. The bathtub drainage was terrible; the water was ankle-deep. Breakfast was an extra charge; the $22 breakfast (including tip) is subjective. The bread slices were burnt, and after complaining, they replaced them with two slightly better slices. In summary, this hotel was opened for local business travelers catching early flights and was not well-trained to accommodate international tourists."

"Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was freezing when I arrived, and the heater was so old it barely worked. I ended up calling the front desk several times between 9–11 PM just to get a portable heater, which was really frustrating. On top of that, the room didn’t feel clean and was very outdated. There were even mosquitoes, which was the last thing I expected in April. A lot of things were clearly not maintained—the shower head, the plugs, and other parts of the room just didn’t seem properly fixed. The sink barely had any water pressure, and the windows wouldn’t fully close, so you could hear all the street noise (even with earplugs). Flushing the toilet was unbelievably loud, honestly louder than launching a rocket. The power also cut out right after I used the hair dryer, which just added to the overall experience. Parking was expensive and not very convenient when it came to getting to the rooms. The only positives were the great location, a nice view, and decent breakfast. But overall, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it."
