"Location is not near station nor any places of interest as been commended. Breakfast just musli bar, orange and hot beverage. Again not as it’s stated breakfast included.  Most disappointing - no housekeeping done to our room when I returned to it on the second day. When I asked the staff at the conceige, he said he wouldn’t know as he’s only a stand-in🫢  Had to accept the untidy room and only given few fresh towels to bring back for use.  Quite appalling! My wife and I only hope that the rest of the 5 nights will get better 🙏🏼  Would I recommend to anyone this hotel?"

"Beautiful, excellently located for tourists near the art museum, the 5th Avenue Theatre with musicals, and the symphony orchestra hall, 10 minutes from the bay promenade. Be sure to check out the secret bar in the lobby closet. The room was well-cleaned, but they don't offer night service, and surprisingly, there were no slippers in the upgraded room. There was a huge line at reception upon check-in and check-out. We left after dropping our key in the self-checkout box, fearing we'd be late for the airport. The included breakfast was an unpleasant and outrageous experience: it was a deposit at the George restaurant, which will be credited to your bill, but you have to wait half an hour in line to get a table. The hostess created a line of hotel guests with paid breakfast separately from guests paying for breakfast. The couple in front of us left indignant, missing their tour. A hotel of this caliber could have organized a small buffet for the comfortable stay of its guests."

"Air Canada arbitrarily cancelled my flight, which was completely unreasonable and so capricious! I was forced to stay an extra day in Seattle and book another night's accommodation. To catch an early morning rebooked flight back to Vancouver the next day, I stayed with my child at the Hilton near the airport. It was cleaner and tidier than hotels downtown, more affordable, and the service was much better. Everything about check-in was explained very clearly."

"The hotel isn't far from the airport and was super easy to find. They have a shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes, but you need to call the hotel first for pick-up. We were too lazy to wait and just walked there in less than 15 minutes. For our connecting flight the next day, the shuttle bus was really convenient."

The room was quite large and clean. The only downside is that because it's a protected historical building, there are no stairs (but it only has three floors). "The hotel location is good. The hotel room is clean. That's all. There is no microwave in the room. There is no water service. There is no water boiler. The staff usually don't even say hello when they see each other. They are doing construction in the lobby, so I had to check in on the 2nd floor, which was crazy. There are no drinking water or makeup sinks that are usually installed in the lobby. The elevator is only operated once per person, probably because of construction, so it's challenging to take a suitcase on it during check-in and check-out times."
