它是在一個別墅區裏面，客服小姐姐會提前聯繫你登記進出小區的車牌，酒店偏日式風格，有兩個房間可以多人居住，公共活動區域在地下一層，可以免費停車，早餐也可以預訂，每一間房間都是不同的結構和陳設，管家丁小姐姐還會陪着給我一一介紹，同時還開車帶路去周邊的“上海新農村”遊玩，非常感謝她的服務和幫助。小區裏面好多別墅都沒有人住，整個片區顯得很安靜，是一個避世放空的好去處，值得推薦，下次還會去往。

I live in Shanghai Metropolis, so a long weekend break in Songjiang was much-needed, and your hotel was my first pick as I am an IHG Member!!!!! Just take a look at my photos, and you'll see my happy face!! The experience at the hotel and the surrounding area was fabulous!!!! Wonderful, helpful, pleasant, smiling staff - from GM Richard Hng, to Director of Rooms, Mike, to Alisa who told me about my gift at check-out, to Seven at check-in, to Alex the bus-boy who carried my luggage and was so helpful , to the doorman who hailed me taxis and held the door open . . . .to the dining staff...to the housekeeping staff.....THANK YOU for my wonderful memories!!! Songjiang is beautiful and cultural..I enjoyed Guangfulin Park, a ride on the Green Line in a tram, Thames Town, and, of course, meeting friendly people, so wonderful as I travel everywhere alone!! I hope to return to your area in March for the sakura in the park!!

The hotel was really wonderful, very good and comfortable, and it was good in all aspects: (reception - restaurant, facilities, dealings....) Everything was good. The hotel is very close to the metro station, You can just walk for ten minutes or less and you will arrive. The hotel is close to restaurants and a famous tourist place ( Panlong Tiandi ) ... Also Mr. Lau Zhang was very helpful to us... I really recommend this hotel and I will come back to it again. If you come to Shanghai👌🏻

到的比較晚，跟着高德找岔了，前台特意找了一位師傅來接我們🙏到了酒店很幸運的升級了房間，房間乾淨整潔，盥洗室佈局合理，床品鬆軟舒適👍晚上沒注意，晨起開窗，景色宜人，心情舒暢🌹感謝小王小陳兩位接待人員，以及酒店的其他工作人員，有機會還會再次入住💐💐💐

Variety of the breakfast is good and healthy. It is walking distance from the hotel to Hongqiao Train Station. However, I could not manage to find out the elevator to access the walking bridge to cross the road to enter into the railway stationfrom the opposite road, so, there was no choice other than to carry the heavy luggage via staircase.

Our honeymoon trip in China got off to a rocky start in Nanjing, but everything turned around the moment we arrived in Shanghai and checked into this hotel. From the smooth and fast check-in process handled by Nana, who was polite and welcoming, to the exceptional service provided throughout our stay, the experience was truly picture-perfect. Echo, Gloria, and Sally were incredibly helpful, assisting us with questions about Taobao deliveries, local attractions, and requests for extra amenities like toiletries, towels, and water. On our second night, Annie and Manager Jocelyn warmly greeted us, congratulated us on our wedding and honeymoon, and made us feel genuinely valued with their thoughtful gestures. It was a pleasant surprise that the entire team seemed aware of our special occasion and consistently wished us happiness throughout our stay. When it was time to check out, Jocelyn and Fenty assisted us with our luggage, transportation inquiries to the railway station for the next leg of our trip, and even went the extra mile to help ship our remaining Taobao parcels to our final destination. Our only minor concern is the distance to the nearest station, which is about a 16-minute walk; a shuttle service would make this hotel a perfect 10/10. Nevertheless, with the outstanding hospitality we received, this hotel is a solid 9.9/10, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. 房間非常的寬敞，也很乾凈。最喜歡的是超大面的落地窗，採光非常好，視野也非常的不錯。床很軟，睡起來很舒服。早上的早餐也很豐盛。距離地鐵站也比較緊近，交通方便。非常不錯的一次住宿體驗！！

I recently stayed at the Ascott Hotel, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. First off, the hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for both business trips and leisure travel. There are many restaurants and shopping areas around the hotel, making it perfect for those wanting to explore the city. The service at the hotel also left a strong impression. From the front desk to room service, every staff member was very professional and warm, ensuring my stay was worry-free. The rooms were clean and tidy, with modern facilities, providing everything I needed, including comfortable bedding and high-speed Wi-Fi.

A very pleasant surprise! We really liked it! We didn't expect to have such a good and REALLY clean room! Although it is ”next door” to Hongqiao airport, it is actually very quiet (we were on the 'garden' side). The service is good, the personnel are respectful to their guests; again, it is very pleasant. The hotel is also located one metro station away from Shanghai Zoo, so we used the opportunity to be so close to spend the WHOLE DAY at the zoo, we enjoyed the zoo in its entirety; taking our time to visit it since we knew, just a few minutes away, we were going to be able to have a good rest at the hotel, in our comfortable room. The garden is a bit small but ok, when the weather is good, it is relaxing ... but the mosquitos quickly destroyed the mood though... The food/buffet is ok, there are a lot of choices, but too oily for some dishes. The overall layout and interior design are good as well, the old Shanghai style, antique items and old pictures are really nice! A good stay!
