Modern hotel with charming Chinese design elements. The rooms are clean and very spacious. It's located in Gubei, which is pleasantly quiet and not too busy. Still super convenient with a metro station, shopping mall, and a park just a short walk away.

Joya Hotel was a very pleasant and comforting stay. The room was spacious, clean, peaceful, and beautifully arranged, with a lovely river view that made the atmosphere feel calm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday gesture — the hotel sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers, along with rose petals and a lovely towel decoration on the bed. It made the stay feel warm, personal, and special. I also appreciated the afternoon tea voucher and the robot delivery service, which added a practical and modern touch to the experience. Everything felt sincere, well-prepared, and welcoming. Joya Hotel paid attention to the small details, and those details made a real difference. This is what good hospitality should feel like: thoughtful, comfortable and peaceful

Pros: The hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Great amenities and good service overall, making it a nice choice for families. There is also a small mall right beside the hotel, which is convenient for quick shopping or meals. Cons: The location is quiet with not much spotlight or things to do nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Metro—fine for younger travelers, but not recommended for senior citizens or young children (it's better to call a DiDi instead). Additionally, daily room cleaning details could be improved (like tidying up used cups), there is no self-service dobi (laundry is chargeable), and no free late-night supper/porridge is provided.

This business trip offered one of the most pleasant workshop settings I’ve experienced. The hotel provided such a relaxed and refreshing atmosphere that it truly felt like a vacation—especially with its magnificent beachfront location. It was the perfect choice for our meeting, and I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return in the future.
