Joya Hotel was a very pleasant and comforting stay.

The room was spacious, clean, peaceful, and beautifully arranged, with a lovely river view that made the atmosphere feel calm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday gesture — the hotel sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers, along with rose petals and a lovely towel decoration on the bed. It made the stay feel warm, personal, and special.

I also appreciated the afternoon tea voucher and the robot delivery service, which added a practical and modern touch to the experience.

Everything felt sincere, well-prepared, and welcoming. Joya Hotel paid attention to the small details, and those details made a real difference.

This is what good hospitality should feel like: thoughtful, comfortable and peaceful

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

I was there from 1-6 Aug. Service is excellent! From service desk they are wonderful. Our chambermaid has been very attentive, she would clean our room when we are out within her schedule and she provides us the toiletries and water we need on a timely basis. She’s friendly, service oriented and helpful! Front desk is also very accommodative and service oriented. They are always looking out for us like storing our luggages and other requests in a timely manner. The security also looks out for our grab car and help us with luggages. Personally, I love the soft drinks concept teh hotel have, quietness and cleanliness. Thanks, Joya hotel! Hope to come again!

The room was truly impressive — spotlessly clean, furnished with elegant pieces, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. The entire property, including the serene indoor garden, exudes a quiet, traditional charm that adds to its unique atmosphere. The only slight downside was that the room felt a bit smaller than expected but it was compensated by large area on entrance of room and on bathroom side.

It is conveniently located just beside Taikoo Li, the view is amazing and the breakfast is good! the breakfast is better than a 4 star hotel but not a 5 star international standard.m, however i still enjoyed it very much with the view! and you can slowly eat your breakfast till 1pm. The service crew is great from the minute you step out of the car. The shower is huge and wonderful. but nothing beats the location! it has many good restaurants nearby the hotel.

Hotel didn’t have a proper drive way to turn in so we had to pull luggage from main road and walk in to hotel. It is located quite near to mrt station and had many convenience store and food places around! However, was shocked that the hotel did not have honey when we wanted to make honey water. Hotel had basic amenities and was very comfortable to stay in. Thank you to 蔓婷 for taking care of us while we were there too! Felt very comfortable with her warm hospitality.

I stayed here for one night because it was close to my meeting. The location was great for that.

The room design is really cool, and everything was very clean. I liked the style.

However, the service wasn't good. Check-in took way too long. Also, none of the staff spoke English, which made everything difficult.

Overall, the hotel looks nice, but I wouldn't recommend it if you don't speak Chinese.
