The Bellustar is a beautiful, new, sparkling hotel with big floor to ceiling windows and lovely decor. The atmosphere is serene and there are few rooms, so we had a quiet and pleasant stay. The room size and layout was comfortable. We used the concierge once and found she was very professional and assisted us perfectly. There is only one disadvantage: Even though there is a choice of the main course for breakfast, the side dishes and bread are exactly the same every day, which was a bit monotonous. However, if you order breakfast the evening before to be sent to your room, there is the option to have a Japanese breakfast. The building has its own airport limousine stop, and also a complimentary and serviced coffee/juice bar area on the ground floor which is handy when coming or going from the hotel.

Please note: this review is for South Plaza Luxe King. I decided to upgrade to Luxe King (from Luxe Queen) at the hotel for my 2nd and 3rd night. (trip.com still has my original bookings in the system, so that’s why the room type is different than my review). I previously wrote a review about the Luxe Queen, and I thought that room was great, but, I wanted to see the difference, and as I said in the last review, I always prefer a separate shower. Extra benefits from upgrading… — Separate shower, which I usually try to get. — Wider bed. — More space inside the room, and more storage space. One thing that doesn’t change much is the view. Or at least I don’t think it’s a noticeable change. I think some Luxe Queens can also have the same view (as the Luxe King) depending on their location across the width of the building. The corner room just had a different angle, but views from both rooms were great. I admit that I did see Mount Fuji at one point when it got really clear in the afternoon (on one of the days), but in general, the views are the same from both rooms. Also, maybe it depends what view you want… government building vs urban sprawl. You get both views from both rooms, it’s just that the angle changes. Did I have to upgrade no? But I wanted to try it and see the difference for next time. I believe both the Luxe Queen and Luxe King are excellent, and paying more you really do get some extra benefits. However, the Luxe isn’t cheap to start with, so I guess it depends on your budget. I think the Luxe King room is excellent.

We wished we had more time at this fantastic hotel within a hotel! We were upgraded upon arrival to a huge suite, room 1140. There were 2 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms, so much space it was crazy! The bed was tremendous, we think it was bigger than a king, and very comfortable. Tons of towels, robes, great amenities, and a lovely view. It was immaculate and quiet. We utilized the ”free” food and drinks in the lounge on the 11th floor a couple of times. The gardens were very pretty, we took some pictures there. We asked the concierge on the 11th floor for help with dinner reservations. We wanted to try sukiyaki. They got us in to the hotel's restaurant, Okahan, and it was the best meal of our trip to Japan! We had to leave early in the morning for the airport, so we ordered a room service breakfast. It was perfect and delivered right on time. My one and only criticism of the hotel would be that the decor is slightly dated. However, I highly, highly recommend the hotel! In addition, it should be noted that all of the staff was superb.

The hotel was simply amazing! The premier grand rooms are brand new and extremely comfortable. High quality toiletries and accessories kept in the bathroom and good provisions made in the room make a very comfortable stay. The breakfast at the executive lounge was wonderful. Complimentary tea in the afternoon and drinks the the evening were an amazing addition. The views from the lounge on the 45th floor add to the experience. The service is excellent and the location of the hotel all adds up to a fantastic stay!

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

We booked a couple rooms at Pagoda hotel. The room had a package of going to a mini zoo as part of the deal. It was a really cool add on experience. We will try the snow ❄️ park next time. Our room also had audio visual equipment which is the projector 📽️ and screen in the photos you see. The hotel is super clean, the staff so friendly and it’s in a convenient location. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and after dinner eats. Which were all super delicious. On top of there are so many food options around you. And you are walking distance to a mall with even more options. The 14th floor has a gym, laundry services,and 24 hour arcade plus self services nail. We are already looking to book again with them!!!

I recently stayed at Shenzhen 荟语酒店 (Eeril Hotel Futian Shenzhen) for six nights and had an exceptional experience. Upon check-in on March 1st, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room equipped with smart facilities, allowing me to control room lighting, curtains, and even the smart device with music controls. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the lobby always had tasty Chinese treats available. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from 皇岗 station, making it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, there are many top-rated restaurants and famous local foods nearby. My wife, 8-year-old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's amenities. I particularly liked the complimentary laundry service, even though guests need to wash their own clothes, it was still a valuable offering. Another standout feature was the robot delivery service for **food delivery, which made ordering food to our room incredibly convenient. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to allocate separate floors for smoking and non-smoking guests to ensure a more pleasant stay for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Shenzhen 荟语酒店 for its excellent service, convenient location, and modern amenities. We loved our stay and would gladly return in the future.

We booked a family suite with a twin bed and a queen bed, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to two queen beds for free. The room is spacious and clean, there is a kitchen and washer machine too, perfect for a traveler. Subway line 3 is right under the hotel building, you can take the elevator directly to the subway, Futian high speed train station is on the line 3 route, super convenient. The location is in walking distance to Dong meng market place and laojie, great for food and entertainment. Overall, it's a nice experience staying in this hotel

We booked the hotel for weekend stay in Shenzhen. It's conveniently located behind Shenzhen North Railway station. So you have access to the metro and the mall connected to the station. We checked in easily and enjoyed our stay. There were also free laundry machines for guests to use.

Overall the building is brand new but tiny entrances with strps up to the lift level before it takes you to your floor. Very inconvenient to carry anything heavy up and down (strollers and luggages alike). What we really didnt like is that one of the days we realised a stranger (definitely not the guests in our next door unit) was able to enter into our floor and our gate (card access only to each floor) which is very unsafe! Make sure to lock your room door promptly everytime after opening. Our room for 4 was in another building away about 3mins walk from the main building where reception is. Reception service differs depend on which lady is on duty. The lady with fluent English is helpful, patient and friendly compred to the other who was impatient with us when we notified that housekeeping did not top up our in room amenities (green tea and coffee) for a couple days then. Our mini apartment of 2 single + 1 double beds comes with a mini kitchen + dining area which is great as there are many cooking appliances included. However windows of all 3 days open up to the next door buildings, cant really open all the way without peiple looking in. There is supposed to be housekeeping but we finally made a request to vacuum our floor after 3 days as all the snacks left behind by oyr kids were just left on the floor, in pieces or crushed powder format or swept under the beds... apparently cleaners only magic sweep the floor everyday. Also, if you need your beds made, need to put in special request too. Kids like the area which is where we are.familiar with, Shinjuku Gyoemae, nearby the garden. Not nearest to amenities but there is a 7-Eleven within steps away from our building. We will definitely.come back again for the right price.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a rooftop onsen, at a great price. The room was small, so bring trunk-style luggages instead of those that open flat if possible. I could fit my trunk luggage easily into the nook below the tv. The semi-double bed is also smaller than your regular queen sized ones. While the location is great, it is a long walk from the main Shinjuku JR station, and the distance was truly felt when my feet was in pain and full of blisters from the second day on. The entire hotel was also very dusty for some reason, and it made my partner’s sinus infection act up badly. So I would recommend staying elsewhere if you’re sensitive towards dust. The onsen on the other hand, was great. Didn’t think I’d use it often but I ended up going every night. The onsen water smelled like chlorine most of the time, so don’t expect natural spring water. PS: Men’s onsen is equipped with Dyson hairdryers, but they’re not as strong as the one at home! Women’s one has a different hairdryer, but stronger and nicer than the one in the room. Staff were polite and helpful!

I admit, I was nervous about staying here, having read a lot of negative reviews, but I needn't have worried. The hostel was clean and quiet, in a great location (close to Shinjuku, with other stations nearby). As an introvert, I loved the self-service concept - I could check in, check out and get breakfast without having to wait for staff. Speaking of breakfast, for a free breakfast I was impressed - coffee, juice, toast, eggs and yoghurt. I found the bed really comfortable and spacious - I also appreciated having a shelf for smaller items. I found the other guests were generally quiet and respected quiet hours. I've noticed some reviews mentioning the rooms are untidy - there isn't really anywhere to store larger luggage, so it tends to get piled in any available space. Smaller luggage will fit in the bunk with you. Showers and toilets were far cleaner than I'd been led to expect from the reviews, and there were plenty of them. I liked how there were common areas for being social (kitchen and reception) and for when you wanted some quiet (coworking space and outside dorms). However, I found that sometimes the coworking would ”close” (staff would ask you to leave) without warning, so it was difficult to plan around when you could use the space and when you couldn't. If the coworking space is not going to be available during the stated hours, it would be nice to have some warning. But all in all, I would happily stay here again.

We told the guest experience team before the stay that our trip is for wedding anniversary. They have well decorated our room beforehand with champagne and cake, which was impressed. Lounge access is flexible as we missed the afternoon tea on the 1st day and we are allowed to have it on the next day after we checked out. Lounge staff were all very nice and helpful. A very good experience in Four Seasons Shenzhen. Chinese restaurant staff are also helpful and they have prepared some simple decoration on our table which are also very nice.

We love to stay at this hotel, very central n easy to get by. The people there are very helpful and kind. We stayed 3 days and traveled to Guangzhou and back to Lanshotel to stay one more night before depart for Shanghai. The room is excellent, love the decor of the room! Simple and homely. The toilet is very impressive, my first time using it to wash my bottom after toilet. The seat is warm. As soon as you walk in the washroom, the light will turn on automatically! They provided plenty of bottled water 😍 which we needed in a hot day. Short distance to walk to all shops and to eatery places. The best part, this hotel provides washing n drying facilities, 👍🏻‼️ thank you so much to the stuff for their help upgraded us to superior room!

The location is at Lohu/Shenzhen Railway station at the opposite end of Shangri-LA hotel, towards the exit to Hong Kong. I had terrible time; firstly the 1st room they gave me had a ceiling that almost looks like it was going to fall off on one's head while sleeping and the 2nd room, which they gave at the end of the hallway on the same 2nd floor was very noisy with other people, hanging the doors, screaming across rooms like they are in their own house, talking and laughing loudly at 11pm towards 3am - I tried to sleep at night but awoke several time due to this. In addition, the smell of people smoking was strong. I did close the small window but the smell still came in strongly. Also I felt not safe with the security to the room levels as any person and food delivery people came knocking on the door as they tried to find the person who ordered the food. I did complain these issues to the reception officer but he said he can only do so little to solve this problem as this hotel had recently been bought over. Felt so frustrated with these excuses.

I am super happy with this hotel. We arrived in Shenzhen quite early before the check-in time. At first, we planned to keep our luggage only but we were lucky that they allowed us to check-in. Their staff is very helpful thanks to Benson who showed us the way to Hong Kong. It's very near to the Hong Kong check point so you can walk to the check point and explore HK by using MTR Lo Wu. Next day we keep the luggage here before we going to the airport. The hotel is a bit old but we love it.

Pleasantly surprised with the high quality finish of the room. Even the towels and bedding are all new and laundry clean. Staff are helpful. They also provide cold and hot drinks at the lobby as refreshments. Room TV program however only offer the various China TV station programs interrupted by unending advertisement. Should offer more foreign language programs as China is opening up. Location is excellent as it is near to the train station, subway and bus terminal. The immigration point to Hong Kong is within walking distance and there are many massage outlets and shopping is a breeze there. Highly recommended

雅蘭酒店真是個寶藏酒店，孩子去海邊遊玩弄濕了褲子，而預訂的房間還沒收拾好，需要等待入住，前台立即幫忙升級了親子房，增加了很多趣味性，小童用品也特別好。不僅如此，還有如下值得肯定的地方： 1.房間特別乾淨，是酒店中鮮少的沒有任何異味，住起來特別安心。 2.酒店地理位置絕佳，離海灘入口最近，新建的地鐵口也在樓下。 3.櫃子裏放置了防曬大傘，方便去海灘防曬。 4.櫃子裏放置了晾衣架，去陽台晾曬衣服乾的特別快。 5.房間超大窗户，絕美海景盡收眼底。 6.雅蘭雖然年份久了，但能感受到酒店管理的非常好，不僅服務周到，在洗漱用品選擇上也有講究。 總之，愉快的週末旅行，雅蘭酒店功不可沒。

不是托，真的是性價比超高的酒店，我們是兩個人，住的房間也超級大，對比了好幾家，看網上評論來的，老闆娘東北的，很實在很熱情，服務非常周到，關鍵是環境很好，陽台可以看見湖，還有吊籃，房間也打掃的整整齊齊乾乾淨淨的，沒有異味，要是去看海的話步行兩分鐘可以看到，早上看日出也很方便，住的舒服旅行才會舒心，去的時候正值音樂節 老闆娘告訴我們可以在旁邊看，嘿嘿。

There are 3 hotels in these buildings that face the water. The hotel was in the middle between the Vienna and Air hotel. I checked in at the main building but she said I was in building 3 with the kfc. I saw the kfc but the entrance to the building wasn't marked that clearly. I walked into the main restaurant but they said I had to go outside and go around to the other side to get to the elevators. I think I agree with the other reviews that it's was just ok inside but I expected more for the price. The location is nice though. Right across from the beach but there is a wall that borders the beach so you still have to walk to the end of the buildings to get to the beach. You have to go through the security to get to the beach. There are signs showing that you have to fill out an APP entry card with your info in picture. When I asked the hotel to help me she said all I needed was to show my hotel key card and they would let me in.

起初入住的是湖景大床房，因住的時間比較長，帶着小孩、得在屋子裡做點簡餐，跟房東提出需要的用具、房東都爽快想辦法解決提供。房子向陽、很好、衣服很快就幹了，陽台有搖搖椅，可以看漂亮湖景，特別舒適！衹是住了七八天後空調出問題，跟房東反應后給挪到對麪的入室花園家庭套房，空間很大，裏面的設施設備齊全，就是這房子處在商業街、晚上有些吵鬧，向陰、基本曬不到太陽，衣服較難干，帶着娃居住不太方便。家庭房裡的空調，一個有漏水問題、另一個不太製冷，房東都第一時間找維修公司上麪整修，特別贊！出海超級近，但要注意防晒啊……挺滿意的一次度假之旅

來深圳出差，酒店離會展中心很近，房間布置的很溫馨，乾淨，晚上很晚才到，前台小姐姐主動聯繫上了我，確定我到店的時間，提前給我準備好了房間，還給我快速辦理了入住，對自己長期出差我來講提供了太多便利，住到酒店疲憊瞬間沒了，房間有一個小客廳，很滿意！性價比高，下次再到那邊出差還會繼續選擇。

Rode out to Yantian on my bike and arrived here for the second time. Covid restrictions make travelling anywhere in China difficult right now but the guy behind the desk was patient, friendly and extremely helpfull throughout the convoluted check-in process. Nice room (a few stray hairs - but otherwise clean) and a great location for restaurants and walking/cycling along the coast. Recommended!

Sebab dekat sini tak banyak makan, agak berat sebelah. Saya ingin bersarapan di hotel. , Semasa membuat tempahan, tiada jenis bilik yang termasuk sarapan pagi. Saya menempah tiga bilik, dan bilik double Rongxiang telah ditempah, dan tidak ada sarapan pagi semasa saya menempahnya, tetapi apabila saya mengambil bilik, dikatakan bahawa sarapan pagi disertakan. Pada sebelah petang saya pergi mengambil bilik. Kerani itu berkata bahawa bilik ibu bapa-anak saya tidak mempunyainya. Saya bertanya kepada kerani jika saya boleh menghantar sarapan pagi. , Kerana tiga bilik telah ditempah bersama.
