He provided us with plenty of useful local information and even helped us plan our itinerary, which saved us a lot of time and effort. We were also pleasantly surprised that they offered us complimentary afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the thoughtful recommendations. Overall, it made our trip more relaxing and hassle-free. "We really enjoyed our stay here because the owner was very kind and helpful, they always smile at us, the hotel is nice, the room was very comfortable, clean, sterile, and fragrant, they also helped carry our suitcases, the owner is a husband and wife who treated us like family, we felt like home, they also helped pick up my package from taobao which almost got lost 🥹☺️. And they have a very cute dog named taopao 😍. The location of this hotel is very strategic close to the Bo’ai Gate and the South Gate, around the hotel there are many restaurants and supermarkets. I really recommend this hotel because the facilities are complete and the price is affordable, I will stay here again if I visit dali next time ☺️☺️"

"We will be back! This felt like a home away from home, except it had such a wonderful view of the lake. The host was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the railway station, which was very handy for us as we came over from Kunming and then went back. You're close to many of the central places and with DiDi taxi, it's super easy to get around from here. We will for sure book here again; we're already planning a visit back."

"The room was quite spacious and clean. The hotel was also located near some great photo spots. There were many beautiful cafes nearby. I thought the hotel had a swimming pool, but it turns out the pool is only available for certain room types.However, it's too cold for swimming 😄. A shuttle car was available to pick you to and from the hotel and the gate . Breakfast at the hotel had two options: Chinese rice noodles and Western Spaghetti & Omelette, and they were tasty. The housekeeper Xiao Luo and Fei Fei are very helpful Xixi in explaining via WeChat as we don't understand Chinese."
