Hotel dengan Khidmat Ambil/Hantar di Florence

From the moment I checked in, until the moment I checked out, I was thoroughly looked after at the hotel by the friendly and professional staff. Many thanks to Alessandro on Reception and Claudio from the bar for looking after me so well. If you are travelling from the airport, catch the tram to Uscita Place which is a four minute walk to the hotel. Keep to the left when you alight the tram and the hotel is situated opposite United Colours of Benetton on Via Cerretani. The location of the hotel is fabulous as I walked everywhere. I was upgraded to a Superior King Room, which for Italy was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I asked for a room in a quiet area of the hotel and heard no disturbances throughout my stay. The hotel is not very large and very contemporary inside with a good restaurant, bar and lobby area. I had a complimentary cocktail in the bar and all of my soft drinks in the mini bar were also complimentary and unlimited free water as part of my All Accor status. The breakfast was buffet style and had a quality selection of food and drinks, and an excellent selection of pastries, which I walked off every day. I thoroughly recommend this boutique style hotel for your stay in Florence due to its excellent connection links with the airport, it's location for all the local attractions and large rooms for Italian properties.

This was our 40th year staying at this beautiful , elegant hotel in Florence . We are always made to feel most welcome by all the staff and even get a warm welcome from the room maids who clean the rooms to a very high standard and would mention the rooms are extremely comfortable . This hotel is a must if you are planning a trip to Florence and we suggest you visit their website which is full of information . You will not be disappointed . We stayed for 3 nights in April, the Hotel was clean, convenient, quiet and comfortable. The staff were lovely without exception. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff and room service were friendly and helpful making us feel very welcome. Our room was at the rear of the hotel (204) with a balcony which was a pleasant surprise. The view was nothing special as it overlooked the rear of other properties but it was nice and comfortable and very quite. There is a Spa that you can book for your exclusive use. This is sometimes included in your deal but otherwise is 25 euros each for 50 minutes and well worth it. The view from the roof top is superb and you can get a drink from the reception bar and take it up there or even take your own bottle of wine! Breakfast centres mainly on pastries, fruits and meats. There is a “hot” option of eggs and bacon but is only ever warm at best. However, the pastries are very nice and more than enough available. It also has to be the most convenient trip I have ever experienced from Airport to hotel! Exit the airport turn left and walk to the tram stop about a minute away. Take the T2 tram to UNITA and get off at Rosselli. That’s it!, it takes about 20 minutes and when the t4am leave you will be facing the hotel. It cost 1.50 euros each. You can buy the tickets on the tram platform but I would visit the shop Hudson as others have mentioned on here and get them there as there can be a queue to get your ticket on the platform. Don’t forget to slide it into the machine to validate it when you board. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk for the “Dome” in the centre and about 25 minutes to the bridges on the river. There are some excellent restaurants such as Casa Ciabattini and Osteria Vecchio Cancellous within 6/7 minute walk both of which I would highly recommend. I would not hesitate to return.

فندق رائع ونظيف وراقي ومميز في افضل موقع في مدينة فلورنسا مع اطلالة جميلة على نهر ارنو . . جميع العاملين في مركز الاستقبال على قدر كبير جدا من المهنية واللطف وسرعة التجاوب فمجرد أن سالت عن امكانية رفع مستو الغرفة فاجأوني بسرعة التجاوب ورفعو مستوى الغرفة فوقع المتوقع بمراحل الى جناح فخم جدا وفسيح . . كما ان جميع العاملين الاخرين في الفندق متجاوبين لدرجة ان جميع طلباتك مجابة وبسرعة . . بالاضافة أن الفندق قريب لكل المعالم الرئيسية في المدينة من النهر إلى مركز التسوق والمطاعم و المقاهي الراقية والمتاحف . . بكل تاكيد انصح في هذا الفندق وبشدة وسيكون خياري الاول في زيارتي القادمة .

A historic five star hotel in the best location of Florence! Only 10 minutes ride from Florence main train station, wallking distance to major touristic attractions such as the famous Florence Cathedral, (Duomo), Ponte Vecchio or Piazza Signoria. The superior room was beautifully furnished, with clean marble bathroom! Amazing breakfast with fresh fruit, tasty pastries and a big selection of Italian parma ham! I would definitely book Firenze Bernini hotel again!

The Calimala is perfectly situated to all of the sites in Florence. But, more than that, I can't say enough great things about the staff at Calimala. I (don't judge me) decided to drive from Positano to Florence. When I arrived in Florence the streets were so busy and I was lost. I phoned the hotel and was fortunate to speak with Lavinia who stayed on the phone with me and guided me all the way to the hotel. It took quite awhile because of all of the one way streets. Jessica was also extremely helpful in the morning to return the car. She spoke with the taxi driver so, that he knew I would follow him to return the car and assisted with getting the driver and anything else we needed. Stephano was also extremely helpful and courteous. We went to the Angel Restaurant Rooftop each night for drinks and one night for dinner. There George was our ”person”. He ensured we had a seat and took care of our drink orders with professionalism, courtesy, and a sense of humor. Thank you to the entire team at Calimala! Super nice hotel. We stayed in a classic room which was a bit small but tastefully decorated. Small kettle in the room with several tea options was a nice touch. The room window has a wooden door that when closing it, it totally blocks the light from outside. I loved it! The view from our room was of green hills and a small field of olive trees. So beautiful and so peaceful! The room, the bathroom and the all hotel area were spotless clean. I have stayed in hotels were sometimes the room is a bit dusty or the bathroom’s utensils are with spots, but in Villa Neroli it was totally the opposite, their cleaning standard were higher than usual. My only advice for improvement for the hotel is to fill the room with more bathroom supplies like body lotion, shower cap and soft tissue. There weren’t any of them and I needed to go to reception and ask for supply. Breakfast- really liked everything that was offered. All products were fresh and of high quality. The bread, the coffee, the amazing fruit salad, the yogurts and everything else were very good. There was even a corner with carrots, pineapple and ginger to prepare fresh juice and a self service pancake machine. Location- the hotel isn’t located in the center of Florence but it is about a 10-15 minutes drive from the center. Since I came with my car it was perfect for me. The hotel has an outdoor free parking, which was extremely convenient . The neighborhood o the hotel is a residential one. It doesn’t have the lively atmosphere of Florence center, but I didn’t mind about it and suited me perfectly. Last but no least I want to note highly the lovely staff of the reception. What a team! Always polite, helpful and genuinely nice. I liked them a lot. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant and memorable.

Leider werden wie auch woanders üblich, Buchungen über Trip.com, die weniger attraktiven Zimmer vom Hotel vergeben. In unserem Fall im Erdgeschoss mit Ausblick auf eine Feuerwand. Fenster schließen nicht Schalldicht ab. Hat man einen leichten Schaf, dann wird man öfters durch laute menschliche Kommunikation von der Straße geweckt. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes aber für den Preis ok. Das Hotel gibt zwar an, dass Kinder gratis wären. Möchten Sie jedoch nicht gemeinsam mit dem Kind in einem Bett schlafen, dann suchen sie sich lieber ein anderes Hotel.

Homestay asal yang ditempah adalah lebih daripada 4,000 yuan semalam, dan saya berpindah ke St. Regis. Sarapan paginya hebat, waktu gembira sangat baik, dan pemain piano di hotel di ibu kota seni itu agak luar biasa. Mana-mana lagu adalah berguna. Bilik di tepi sungai terlalu kecil untuk membantu kami menaik taraf ke bilik besar di sebelah sungai. Hotel yang saya suka sangat sehingga pelayan pun keluar dari wayang.

Had a fabulous short break Monday to Friday in Florence, I chose this hotel as it is nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still only 15-20 mins walk to the centre, a nice selection of restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel was immaculate and the rooms were well equipped, yes the sound proofing isn’t the best but after a days walking it didn’t stop us from sleeping, if you are a light sleeper would recommend some ear plugs. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful and a special mention to the wonderful barman Alessio who is a genuinely lovely guy and so very interesting to talk too, not to mention an excellent bar tender a real asset to the hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed a couple of drinks on an evening in the bar after a busy day. If we are lucky enough to return to Florence again we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.
