⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service at The St. Regis Florence was exceptional. After my departure, I discovered I had left some items in my room. The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.

The La Gemma is a wonderful place to stay in Florence. Staff was very helpful & gave us a nice upgrade when we checked in for our second stay there. They also put a bottle of chilled champagne in our room to celebrate my birthday. Also enjoyed the lovely spa & rooftop outdoor lounge area with amazing views of the city. Will definitely stay there again.

四季的整體肯定是高評價。今天我想點評一點特色的部分。第一，這裡是一家老酒店，用了不少很鮮艷的綠色、藍色做裝飾，很有品味；第二，酒店一層設定了兩家極高品質的衣服店，其中一家是LORO PIANA的提供商，頂！第三，酒店的前台服務特別突出的活躍，服務優於客房。第四，酒店裡的米其林餐廳相當有活力，據經理介紹，每月換一套新的菜單。有些菜很值得細品。第五，給房間送了小小瓶玉米🌽自己當場製作爆米花，絕對的驚喜和温暖。

An excellent 5 star in a fabulous locatio. Service is warm and professional and the room was exceptionally well appointed. Breakfast room with excellent service and a very good choice.

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

Oda geniş yataklar konforluydu. Şehir merkezine belirli saatlerde shuttle var. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, tekrar geldiğimizde burada kalabiliriz.

首先説優點：1.地理位置好，出行方便；2.房間還算寬敞，乾淨；2.前台服務不錯 其次説缺點：1.性價比不高，入住時6000元左右一晚，和之後入住的四季價格差不多，但完全不是一個級別的酒店，從大堂到房間，早餐的水平，服務質量，我個人覺得最多值一半的價格。 2.房間內的熱水壺燒完水後壺外温度也是100度，沒有任何標註説明，所以導致本人有被燙傷，後和攜程反應，攜程專員和酒店溝通後被告知歐洲都是這樣的情況（特別無語…配圖感受熱水壺的尺寸和“鹹豬手”） 3.酒店提供了各種諮詢服務，最後要收取100歐的服務費，美其名曰“小費”，作為一家五星級酒店，每晚6000元左右的收費，提供一些服務理所當然，如果是收費服務理應事先説明，不然最終結賬時會有不愉快。 我不會再住次家酒店，有這個預算還是住四季吧！

From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had, and their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable in helping me navigate the city and discover hidden gems. My room at the hotel was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities, including a flat-screen TV and minibar, met my expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, it does offer a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to different tastes and dietary preferences.
