我媽覺得枕頭有股別人睡過的味道，後面換了枕套好了點（我沒聞出來）
設施：沒有烘乾衣架，床衹有一側有充電器，其他都 ok
服務：有夜床服務送小糖果，巧克力不好吃但糖果還可以
早餐：連吃三天，我愛吃白人飯我覺得味道還可以，品類也豐富，但因為大多數都是冷餐麪包長者家實在吃不慣

HHypnose房間比較大，有個小廚房，衛生間大小也可以。酒店地理位置非常棒，大堂服務的有一位很帥的意大利大叔非常專業和nice。早餐也不錯，雖然種類不像國內酒店那麼多、有一些自助的酸奶、堅果、果醬、幾種蛋糕和幾種麵包，另外還有單點的（就是一些煎蛋或者蛋卷、火腿芝士香腸，種類也並不繁多）。房間服務上比較鬱悶的就是碰到一個特別軸的，我們為了房間寬敞一點和方便一點、把一個大條凳給挪到了邊上，她每天早晚進來的時候都會又把它挪回中央，於是就每天我們挪過去她挪回來，day by day 🤦

PPengguna Tanpa Nama四季的整體肯定是高評價。今天我想點評一點特色的部分。第一，這裡是一家老酒店，用了不少很鮮艷的綠色、藍色做裝飾，很有品味；第二，酒店一層設定了兩家極高品質的衣服店，其中一家是LORO PIANA的提供商，頂！第三，酒店的前台服務特別突出的活躍，服務優於客房。第四，酒店裡的米其林餐廳相當有活力，據經理介紹，每月換一套新的菜單。有些菜很值得細品。第五，給房間送了小小瓶玉米🌽自己當場製作爆米花，絕對的驚喜和温暖。

PPhilip T.This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

First and foremost, the location of the Anglo American Hotel is superb. Situated in the heart of Florence, it offers easy access to the city's major attractions, including the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery. The hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore the city on foot and truly immerse myself in its rich history and culture.
The hotel itself has a charming and elegant ambiance. The interior is tastefully decorated, combining classic elements with modern touches. The common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, are inviting and provide a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The staff at the Anglo American Hotel deserves special praise. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had, and their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable in helping me navigate the city and discover hidden gems.
My room at the hotel was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities, including a flat-screen TV and minibar, met my expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff.
