The place was super clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent—close to the Duomo, with plenty of gelato shops, supermarkets, and even a Asian markets nearby, which was really convenient. The area was also not very noisy, making it easy to rest after a day out. A small suggestion would be to provide umbrellas for travelers who may not bring one, especially during rainy days. Overall, a great stay and I’d happily recommend it.

A Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. Pros: While we checking in there was someone carrying luggage for us to our room, there was a bottle of wine and two small bottle of water as complimentary for the first night. Location is near to S.M. Novella Station and bus station so it's a perfect. Breakfast was a 4 star standard and the taste more or less the same throughout my trips in 3 different hotels so no complain. Cons: the shower pressure was really small and the heater inside the room was not working, after the first night experience we asked the front desk the next morning if they could check for us but ended up the shower pressure was really small, if there is a measurement lowest from 1 to highest 5, the pressure was definitely 1. So we aren't sure if they did send someone to check or not but one thing for sure they never update us after that and the heater switch remains the same as before I complained. It was really cold. One evening around 7pm - 8pm as the hotel is actually located kinda like an alley and bit darker so a guy was suspiciously following us at our back and we have to almost run back to our hotel and while we ran he speed up as well so it's really scary better not to be alone walk back hotel. Overall, location and breakfast are good. Service could be improved imo.

However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

The best location with the most friendliest staffs. The room is very clean. The only two disturbing thing is the lift is very small and it could be noisy at night but that didn't put us off. Breakfast was also fantastic!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and it is relatively close to the city center, but at night it is very quiet without many people on the streets, and in the morning is very noisy due to the trains, and the tram that stops right in front of the hotel. It has a grocery store, a mall and restaurants in its vicinity. The staff was really nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet was top with a lot of varieties! The room was clean but, it could have some blinders in the bathroom window so it can be closed at night.

A decent hotel in a very convenient location right next to the railway station, although the surroundings are not particularly attractive. The area is quite busy, with a lot of traffic, buses, and people passing through. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is decent. The only downside is that the rooms are very small and there is no wardrobe. Overall, it’s a good option for an overnight stay, but probably not the best choice for a longer stay.

駅から7分、ウフッツイ美術館まで10分と、とても立地のいい場所にありますが、ホテルの看板があるわけではないので、見つけにくかった！10mそばに立っているのに、行ったり来たりしても分からず、近所のホテルマンに聞いたら「すぐそこだよ」て指差された先に小さなドア。インターホン押して、開けてもらって、3階に上がりようやくチェックイン。部屋は可愛い、朝食も朝早い出発だと言ったら「朝食店に作って前日引き渡しを依頼できる」と臨機応変な対応。シャワーもある、冷蔵庫もある、ベットボトル水も用意してある。部屋を出て一つ上に上がると共用の古都の屋根の風景がみえるテラスがある。チェックインがスムーズにいけばとてもいい宿。

Excelente ubicación, excelente, trato y servicio por todo el personal, especialmente por el recepcionista que está por las mañanas y que sabe hablar español. Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas. Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .
