Bruyant du au tournoi international des courses ds le couloir à minuit aucun responsable qui intervient . Petit déjeuner correct sans plus pas de fruits . Café mauvais . Personnel peut accueillant Belle vue , proximité métro , et pas loin de l’aéroport Hôtel qui a besoin d’être rénové. Douche bizarrement construite . Lit non fait pendant le séjour Drap changé la veille du départ Quel intérêt 🤔🤔pas de tapis de sol pour la douche

Hotel a poca distanza dal centro, la posizione perfetto, il personale gentilissimo . Camera grande, spaziosa, con tutti i comfort e soprattutto pulitissima. Devo ammettere che una pulizia così l’ho trovata poche volte, il bagno splendente! Bottigliette d’acqua fornite tutti i giorni, la colazione è passabile, c’è poca scelta di cose dolci e il caffè non è un granché. La nostra camera affacciava su strada ma era silenziosa. Letti comodissimi. Tornerei sicuramente.

L'Hotel si trova in ottima posizione, a soli 10 metri dalla fermata della Metro, consentendo agevoli spostamenti per tutta la Città. La nostra camera era spaziosa ed abbastanza pulita (abbiamo trovato una grossa ragnatela); ma soprattutto caldissima: in tutto l'albergo il riscaldamento è impostato a 26 gradi! Per fortuna i termosifoni sono regolabili, e si può risolvere il problema. La struttura non ha una propria sala colazione, e si appoggia al Cafè di fianco: considerando il prezzo richiesto per la colazione, e la misera scelta offerta ai clienti (si ha diritto ad una sola pietanza a testa, potendo spaziare tra, in tutto, 4 proposte salate e 4 dolci...) allora conviene rinunciare e decidere di iniziare la propria giornata altrove. Peccato perchè il Cafè in sè non è male.

This hotel was practically next door to the Serdica ancient Roman complex, so as soon as we had checked in, we went out and roamed among the ruins for awhile. But it's actually a perfect location for all your exploration, walking tours, historic sites, etc. The breakfasts were served in the little restaurant on the 1st floor, and it included lots of options. The staff were helpful and friendly, including giving me directions to a laundry, holding our luggage for awhile on our leaving day, and other courtesies. We recommend this hotel, and would stay there again if we ever go to Sofia again.

Best Western Terminus Hotel is the newest hotel in Sofia.
The hotel is located next to Central Railway Station and Central Bus Station and its about 15-20 minutes walking distance to the Center of Sofia. Sofia Airport, as well as Business Park are easily accessible with the Subway. 14 stops with only one interchange at Serdica Station will take you to Sofia Airport Terminal 2 for approximate time of 60 minutes.

It was an amazing accommodation for me. I came Sofia by train and the hotel is very close to the Sofia Railway Station & Bus Terminal and it took a 3-5 min to arrive with a big luggage. 9 a.m. was an early time for an check-in but the staff helped me about an early check-in and im so thankfull for it. The room was so clean and well organized. I shared the same room with my parents and there was an extra bed for me (it was comfortable) and still there was an enough space to move. The AC was a little bit old but it was working nicely, Internet connection was good and I was able to use it without interruption. The bathroom was clean. There was a lot of options in the breakfast room. I ate a lot actually and everything was so tasty! Kitchen’ door was open when i was in the breakfast area and it looked so clean to me so i never felt anxious while eating. The chef (i think her name was Sofia sorry if im wrong) was so smiley and the coffee machine wasn’t working for a reason when i was there and i asked for help, she quickly fixed the machine without me having to ask a second time. I asked to many question about the hotel, public transportation, markets etc. to the lobby staff and they answered nicely without getting tired. Hotel’ location is not the best for a trip to the Sofia Center. But at least it’s close to the Lions’ Bridge and local markets. It was a wonderfull experiance for me and I enjoyed. Probably I will prefer this hotel again when I come to Sofia.

This is a great new hostel concept for Sofia and Bulgaria. Its nice to have a fully enclosed bed (with curtain) which add to privacy, when sharing a room (dorm) with 4 other travellers Furthermore there are several lighting options within the actual bed area full and dime lightening, However, I was allocated a top bed in the dorm, I did find it hard at first to get in and out. Perhaps I am just too old for the hostel concept! - No seriously, it was very good for a hostel. The room was air-conditioned and seemed to work well. Great exchange with fellow travellers in my room, the benefits of staying in a hostel. Our external bathroom, was directly opposite with several showers and toilets. However, one facility was out of order. There are two different kitchens on different levels. I checked in at the allocated time - at first there seemed to be some problem with the reservation. I had prepaid my reservation, though Trip.com, but the vast majority of travellers use hostelworld.com, which only require a deposit, with the remaining payment given at the hostel. This created some confusion at check-inn. The hostel is very close to the main railway and bus station (10 min walk). However, this hostel is quite far from the main tourism zones and sights of Sofia, which is about 45 to 50 walk. However, there a several trams & buses to get you there - maybe little a bit confusing for first time Sofia traveller. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel.

Sveta Sofia is a traditional hotel in a quiet pedestrianised street in the city centre. All staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The receptionists speak excellent English. Rooms are big and include a settee and coffee table as well as fridge and coffee making facilities. There is constant hot water and great water pressure. The hotel is very clean,including the breakfast room. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels and sheets are spotless. Its true there is no bar or outside space but it is so near lovely roadside cafes you really dont miss out. The breakfast is varied and plenty of it - self service but you can get an espresso made by the restaurant manager. Because the hotel is in a pedestrionised street, there is zero traffic noise. In fact there is very little noise as the bars are not in this street. It also feels safe here which I think is important. I highly recommend Sveta Sofia if you are thinking about visiting this lovely city.

We stayed here for a couple nights whilst exploring Sofia. This a perfect and cute little hotel, purely somewhere to sleep for the night. If you want fancy, stay in the centre. But what do you need on a city break? You’re exploring the whole time! It’s simple and effective and budget friendly, it was half the price of the flights and less than our airport parking! (Paid £50 for two nights). Sofia is very cheap to eat and drink so you just can’t go wrong. The staff were friendly on arrival and check out, and they let us keep our bags after check out when we had a late flight. Not too far from the centre, we walked the first day but after realising it’s £2 for all day on the metro, we stuck to the metro. 30 minutes walking, or maybe 6 minutes by metro. The airport is about half an hour away on the metro and no issues getting there or back. Smooth transport system! There’s a supermarket 3 minutes away which is handy for water and snacks. If walking at night, I will say stick to the main road side, as the other side of the hotel feels a little unsafe and dark. The rooms are small but practical, bathroom is a little smaller than I expected but it still worked. My only issue is I would say the room could of been cleaner when we checked in. I had to clean the toilet and sink with sanitiser as it was a little dirty. Take flip flops for showering as you are very close to the toilet when you shower and very close to the shower when you use the toilet. Shower gel provided smelt lovely and the hand sanitiser at reception! We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend the hotel and stay again should we ever take another trip to Sofia.

I'm not sure what I can add to the other great reviews—I'm reading them and thinking yes it's spotless and beautifully appointed, yes Ludmil is an amazing host, yes it's a great location, yes the pastries are great (also the Bulgarian yogurt!). Ludmil offers inexpensive airport transfers, and cultural tours so don't bother booking anything else, as he's an avid, enthusiastic and interesting historian. There's a LIDL nearby for snacks & whatnot. It's about a three-minute walk to catch the bus to the airport and there is ample space for luggage.

PPengguna TetamuPros: The hotel design is very modern and clean. The staff are nice and friendly and do everything they can to help you. This hotel is big on sustainability. They don't leave plastic bottles in your room. Instead, you have glass bottles that you can fill up everywhere in the hotel. Every floor has a drinking fountain where you can fill up your bottle.
The food was absolutely amazing. Breakfast is not a buffet. On weekdays, you have to choose between a Bulgarian or a French breakfast. At first, I was disappointed that they didn't have a simple option like an omelet; I went with the Bulgarian option. It was fantastic. Everything was fresh. On weekends, you only have an omelet option, which was also great. For dinner, I got Sea Bass and it was also great! I am fully satisfied with the food served at this hotel. The only criticism I can give is that the breakfast serving window is very small and late (8:30 am to 10:30 am if I remember correctly) and you have to wait for more than usual to get your food.
Cons: The rooms have tile floors, which look cold but are not since I believe they use floor heating. The problem is that they don't offer slippers, which I don't like, since the same tiles continue into the toilet. It doesn't feel clean.
They also don't offer toothbrushes which I would have really appreciated.
I had to unplug the fridge since the compressor made a lot of noise when turning off and on, and I'm a light sleeper.
Overall I would recommend this place if the location suits you, just bring your own slippers and enjoy the food!

PPengguna Tanpa Namathe room was satisfactory at a whole, esp with the little balcony attached for a small laundry zone, electric water kettle for making hot tea, a small refrigerator for use, a big plastic bucket in bathroom and hair dryer provided. The lightings are bright enough. TV also offered a few channels.
if a microwave or a small oven could be provided by the hotel for customers reheating their takeaway food or bread, alongside with a mini size folderable tea table, they would definitely earn an extra score by all customers.

PPengguna TetamuI missed my flight at sofia airport so had to book a hotel for one night. So I went for a mid range hotel. It was better than mid range. Lovely helpful staff on reception, an aceptable price with thier discount....paid 68 euros for a large kingsize bed with onsuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, fresh pillows (very snazzy cushions too) and a nice relaxing corner sofa, reasonable TV and every thing was realyl clean. Complimentary coffee and tea, which is not the norm in Bulgaria, nice and quiet, was lovely and warm. Actualyl a bit too warm and I couldnt turn the heating down so I had to sleep wit hte fridge open to cool off as aircon didnt work. THis was the only negative for me. They did an airport pickup, but not a drop off and this nearly stopped me booking, as they should have told me this at the begining, however they were saved by the fact the metro was 4 stops to the airport and cost me 1.60 leva, so about 70p. I picked up food from the little shops in the metro, as I hit a holiday so the restaurants close by were closed. A very lovely stay and Id go there again. AND they had these lovely drop lights near the bed as side lights, some veyr nice touches, clean crisp sheets, soft towels and nice soaps etc and they dont ask you to leave till 12 lunch time. QQueenie AUThe room is not too big but very comfortable. The service here is great and the location is perfect .
I love the breakfast here , have lots of choice and the food are not bad.
Just an small issue happen is that the manger mixed up our room since we have a big group of 12 people , I have upgraded my room but the manger had wrongly give this upgraded room to my friend without notice.
But the manger have free out breakfast for apologies which I appreciated that and it’s a very service there.

Mauvais points: - Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de retrouver un cafard mort dans la chambre lors de notre séjour. - Salle de bain très petite et pas pratique. De plus, elle était remplie d’humidité et nous n’avions pas de savon à notre disposition. - La moisissure était omniprésente sur le plancher et les murs. - Chambre bruyante (passage des avions). - Prises de courant très hautes et difficiles d’accès. - Beaucoup d’araignées au plafond. En résumé, les points négatifs ont malheureusement primes sur les points positifs ce qui justifie notre note de 2/5.

PPengguna TetamuWe have stayed st this hotel many times but the last 2 visits have not been as good as in previous years. The main difference is that the resturant is not open so breakfast has to be taken at a sister hotel which is a short walk away. The breakfast was very poor - coffee machine not working one day, juice dispenser not working (though on 2nd visit it was but the contents were awful). The ”hot” good was lukewaarm and on the last dsy no jam ir honey. On the other hand the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were really heloful. The hotel is in a good location close to the railway and bus stations and all of Sofia is within walking distance.

Hotel is perfectly located in the city center and you have everything within a walking distance - various shops, some pretty good restaurants and bars nearby and good public transport service. The room was clean, very cosy and quiet as well. And the staff is really friendly and helpful.

PPengguna TetamuI'll start with the positive points first: - I'll start with the positive points first - The minibar and the drinks at the bar are cheap Now the negative points they are effecting mostly the rooms: - The carpet is dirty and the rooms stink. Most probably they never changed the carpet since the hotel was build - The air conditioning was installed later. The hose to dispose the water from the air conditioner goes through a hose into the bathroom and ends above the bathroom floor. this means that the bathroom is always flooded when the air conditioning is on. this is definitely not acceptable. - The room cannot be darkened because the fabric of the curtains is very very thin and translucent. As soon as the sun rises it is not possible to sleep. In my case it was around 05:30AM when the sun came up. This point bothered me the most because I didn't get enough sleep on my business trip. I have visited the hotel Hemus regularly since 2017 when I have not been able to get a room elsewhere. in 2019 they had done major renovations, but I still don't understand what exactly was improved. the points just mentioned above have not been resolved. only the tv was exchanged for a flat screen and the bracket for the old tube tv was removed. Maybe this was the reason of renovation. I hope that someone from the hotel will read this as a general overhaul is urgently needed. Especially with the carpet and the curtains. There's no point in choosing a hotel to relax after a long meeting day and can't even sleep because of the windows that can't be darkened or the smell of the carpet that has never been replaced.

PPengguna TetamuHotel Rila adalah hotel lama dengan kemudahan lama, lif saiz kotak kasut tetapi di bahagian tengah bandar berhampiran dengan segala-galanya. Malam pertama kami, kami menginap di bilik kecil standard (saya rasa harganya $46 mungkin $50 dengan cukai dll) yang tidak memuaskan. Keesokan harinya untuk naik taraf $10 - $12 setiap hari kami berpindah ke bilik bersaiz dua yang luas/suite dengan 2 balkoni !! Sangat bagus untuk duduk di balkoni dengan matahari terbenam petang dan mencuci beberapa barang kain dan membiarkan matahari mengeringkannya. Kedua-dua bilik tidak mempunyai langsir pancuran di bilik mandi. Apabila saya bertanya tentang ini, saya diberitahu ini dilakukan kerana covid. Hhmmm tidak pasti bagaimana tirai mandi mempunyai kaitan dengan covid? Kami tinggal selama 7 malam dan hanya sekali, selepas saya memanggil ke meja depan, seorang pembantu rumah datang dan mengeluarkan sampah dan menukar tuala. Untuk berlaku adil, teman wanita saya mempunyai tabiat menyebarkan semua barangnya ke seluruh 2 bilik jadi kami teragak-agak untuk membuat kekecohan. Saya boleh bayangkan seorang pembantu rumah terkejut berjalan masuk dan tidak tahu apa yang perlu dilakukan dalam semua kekacauan itu. Kos sarapan adalah tambahan dan hanya ok tetapi cukup untuk memulakan hari. Terdapat TV skrin rata yang besar yang kami tidak pernah hidupkan, tiada peti deposit keselamatan di dalam bilik tetapi kami dapat meninggalkan barang berharga kami di tingkat bawah di meja depan. Terdapat juga hotel lain berdekatan yang mungkin lebih diubah suai dan moden dan kemungkinan besar kosnya lebih sedikit. Pada perjalanan seterusnya kami kemungkinan besar akan melihat tentang pilihan lain. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu. Saya rasa ia bergantung pada jangkaan anda tetapi bagi kami ia berkesan.
