The service at The St. Regis Florence was exceptional. After my departure, I discovered I had left some items in my room. The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.

PPengguna TetamuThe Hotel is amazing, the location is just next to Florence cathedral. So close to good restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, willing to go for extra mile to fulfill customer's needs. The rooms of the hotel is definitely one of the best with many layouts to choose from. Highly recommend the penthouse suite with a terrace, room 401c has a breathtaking dual duomo view and city view. The room is spacious and worth the money for sure.

GGurjeet DExcellent hotel, excellent staff, location is slightly off centre but not too far of a walk to the central touristy spots. Nice pool and spa, really recommend - can be overcrowded but manageable. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast only from 7:30-10:30am. Easy check in and check out. Would come back again.

PPhilip T.This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

YYunyoudebaobao居住感受中的優缺點在下文一起談論下:
1.酒店位置遠離塵囂 比較幽靜 這就意味着去到市區比較折騰～上午會有3趟Shuttle Bus 下午也會有3趟送達市區入口 當然下午也有3趟返程（酒店收取€2.50/次乘坐）。
房間隔音效果較差~有時候甚至會有點吵。
這家酒店位置有點偏～出門去市區如果打車的話 基本在€23-€35 [這個區間的價格我都有打到過 火車站（新聖母瑪利亞車站）到酒店是€32-€35 市區到酒店在€23-€32區間]
2.酒店有個小食吧/酒吧（Snack Bar）漢堡價格很高, 我到達那天由於趕火車的原因一天沒吃東西～點了個漢堡€20歐/個 提拉米蘇€10/份～當時上菜的速度真的超級超級慢。正餐餐廳&早餐是同一個用餐地點——晚餐的菜單選擇比較少且價格較貴 不推薦。我是因為獨自旅行 所以幾頓晚餐都是回酒店吃的（怕在外逗留太晚不安全）。
3.前台服務總體還不錯。有問必答。
4.酒店封面那個泳池是沒有的（拆了好久了）我當初很大程度上也是被泳池吸引, 選了這家酒店。不過露天的院子裏現在有個瀑布可以觀賞。
5.如果不自駕的話 不建議大家選這家入住 因為出行交通不便 基本繞不開打車的需求 除非每天的行程完全按照Shuttle Bus的接送時間走。當然～有米不在乎那點錢的老闆們請隨意～

AAlessandraPosizione eccellente. Personale attento e molto cordiale. La struttura ristrutturata unisce il passato al contemporaneo e rende il soggiorno incantevole. La stanza ampia, curata nei particolari con materasso e Topper comodissimo.
La colazione è ottima. Se nella spa si aggiungesse qualche lettino relax in più e un bagno turco sarebbe superlativo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

GGary AJSuper place to stay. Very clean, comfortable and modern style. It is about a 25 minute walk to the cathedral area but that's not a problem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again. I should add, restaurants and coffee shops are nearby by.

PPengguna TetamuBad experiences with this Hilton hotel. It should not be called Hilton.
1) My reservation could not be found in the system. So I had to wait for almost an hour before getting the room which is almost 10pm.
2) I was told that I had to contact trip.com in the morning regarding my booking. Hoerver, trip.com customer service agent was very attentive and fix this issue for me in the next morning immediately.
3) The phone in my room was out of order. I told the front desk to have it fixed while I was out but when I am back it was still out of order. So, I had to walk down to the front desk everytime I want to get some service.

PPengguna TetamuI booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not?
Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments!
I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
