"Bad experiences with this Hilton hotel. It should not be called Hilton.
1) My reservation could not be found in the system. So I had to wait for almost an hour before getting the room which is almost 10pm.
2) I was told that I had to contact trip.com in the morning regarding my booking. Hoerver, trip.com customer service agent was very attentive and fix this issue for me in the next morning immediately.
3) The phone in my room was out of order. I told the front desk to have it fixed while I was out but when I am back it was still out of order. So, I had to walk down to the front desk everytime I want to get some service."

Welcoming and serving I count not discrimination it was amazing beautiful wonderful and more location was close to every shopping restaurant I really enjoyed staying with St. Regis Florence.

Palazzo Portinari Salviati is a beautiful historic residence with an unbeatable central location, just steps away from major attractions and shopping areas. The building itself is full of character and elegance, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always happy to assist with directions and recommendations. Despite being in the city center, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing at night. A perfect choice for travelers who want to experience classic Florentine charm with modern comfort. Highly recommended!

피렌체 주요 관광지주변의 복잡한곳에서 도보20분 거리에 있는 포르테 16 은 탁월한 선택이었습니다 호텔앞에 버스 정거장도 있어 어디든 이동이 쉽고 숙소의 실내는 밝고 넓고 청결하며 직원들도 무척 친절합니다 주방시설이 잘되어있어 리조트에 온듯하여 간단한 아침식사를 해먹었읍니다 옥상에 정원이 있어 주간이나 야간에 조망이 좋아 시내를 한눈에 볼수 있으며 실내온수 수영장과 사우나가 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있어 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요 다시 피렌체를 간다면 무조건 이곳에 갈거예요 많은 사람들이 이좋은곳을 알았으면 좋겠어요 5성급 호텔 보다 좋았어요 포르테 16 뷰&스파 덕분에 피렌체의 좋은 인상을 남겼습니다

There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

EXCELLENT place to stay if you’re visiting Florence and want to be in the heart of everything.
first time to Florence and this place stole my heart. it’s the best accommodation across the main 3 cities of Italy i’ve been (venice, florence, rome) and the attentiveness from the staff were amazing. the room is extremely clean and perfect.
no complaints except that the bathroom floor might get slippery after being wet so it’s better to put floor mats. however you can easily use the towels provided.
breakfast was amazing and selection was so good.
there’s nothing else i will say except: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

DagsieGreat Hotel. Excellent location and accessible to most attractions. Pleasant check-in and can state that all staff were extremely nice and helpful. Amazing room provided (complementary upgrade). Kitchenette with sitting area, large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with a massive spa bath. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Pengguna TetamuThe hotel is conveniently located near the train station and it is relatively close to the city center, but at night it is very quiet without many people on the streets, and in the morning is very noisy due to the trains, and the tram that stops right in front of the hotel. It has a grocery store, a mall and restaurants in its vicinity.
The staff was really nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet was top with a lot of varieties!
The room was clean but, it could have some blinders in the bathroom window so it can be closed at night.

I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not?
Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments!
I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
