Hotel Hakone dengan Spa

A ryokan that even the locals enjoy! It was an amazing experience staying in Madoka no Mori - from pick up at Gora station to the check-in, we were looked after. I was with my partner and accompanied by family members as well (their first time in Japan). The service was impeccable - communication was excellent, facilities were top-notch and the care we received was nothing short of amazing. We would definitely go back again in the future! The availability of your own private onsen in the room with hot spring water was so worth it. Great selection of seasonal food during dinner and breakfast. Staff very flexible in assisting our travel plans the next day as well. Given that it's located in the higher areas of Hakone, it does limit ability to get to the hotel unless you have a car. However, there is a shuttle available to pick up guests. Only thing was that our group got a questioning look from the driver initially when we approached the shuttle saying we had a booking. It wasn't until they saw our names on the list of guests that they happily helped us out. It did affect the initial feelings we had with the ryokan.

The hotel just sits by the lake, so the view is absolutely stunning. Service is excellent and room size exceeds your expectations. As the hotel is quite dated, it has so many layers that you cannot easily find elevators to go to different parts of the hotel.

This hotel is a paradise in the mountains of Hakone! Traditional style of the rooms - it feels like you are living in a Japanese family. We were prepared a traditional dinner, which was served in our room. It was very tasty and varied! The hotel has 3 onsen: 2 - private, 1 - public. We visited only the private ones (you need to book a time in advance at the reception upon check-in, the visit time is 30 minutes). It was wonderful! The hotel also provides a transfer from and to the nearest train stations. The rooms are clean, cozy, we slept on tatami under soft blankets. The hotel has a relax room. With massage chairs and a very quiet atmosphere. We stayed in this room after visiting the onsen and got great relaxation. And you are also given national clothes for rest and sleep. It is very beautiful and cute. Breakfasts were also in kaiseki style - varied and unusual. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. this hotel allows tattoo baths. great experience, thank you very much! want to come back again!

Large resort in the scenic Hakone area with a pleasing garden view of Mt. Fuji. The Hotel Green Plaza Hakone can be reached from Odawara Station via a 50 minute bus ride up a winding mountain road. It has easy access to the Ropeway's Ubako stop, from which you can get to Lake Ashi and other tourist places. The hotel is not new, but its rooms are decent and quite large by local standards. It offers wedding services and has good amenities including a spa and public bath. While it's somewhat isolated from other shops and restaurants, guests can enjoy a sumptuous buffet style breakfast and dinner with an extensive choice of Japanese foods. The service when my wife and I were there was beyond reproach and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the Ropeway was a disappointment, since views were completely hidden by a thick fog. We did get some memorable views of Mt. Fuji rising out of the mist.

環境：酒店位於山裡，空氣非常清新，夜晚很安靜，旁邊還有一個小河道和小瀑布。酒店距離箱根神社、蘆之湖等景點的距離也不遠。 服務：服務很周到，早飯很豐富，還可以預訂午餐和晚餐。 設施：酒店整體裝修還比較新，房間面積比起東京同價位酒店要大很多。酒店的温泉有室內和室外的，非常乾淨，聽着外面小瀑布的水聲泡着温泉很愜意。

Beautiful hotel with a really large, clean and comfortable room. Appreciated the complimentary drinks in the room, and at the foyer (in the morning) and bar (during happy hour). Lovely view of Mt Fuji across the lake as well, worth every penny. Unfortunately Mt Fuji was covered by clouds for most of our trip, but the only time we were able to see it mostly in full was at the hotel. Onsen experience was also great; while it was a public onsen, other guests did not really use it, which was a real shame as there was a jacuzzi and outdoor onsen inside. Only downside was the central air conditioning which made the room feel a bit too warm after coming back from the onsen, but otherwise still a comfortable stay.

Опыт проживания в этом рёкане я бы посоветовал хотя бы раз испытать каждому. Огромный номер с кухней, столовой, спальней, ванной, туалетом и собственно горячей ванной. В комнате с ванной нет окна, но из-за того, что ванная горячая прохлады не ощущается, зато можно наслаждаться видами гор. Ужин и завтрак — мое почтение! Гигантские и сытные, но в японском духе. Любителям континентальных завтраков в обычных отелях будет грустно. Персонал приветливый. Пытаются говорить на английском. Не всегда получается понять друг друга, но очень стараются! За это отдельный плюсик!

This is one of the best places I stayed! Thank you very much! The hotel is located a little bit far from the train station and I think this is the only downside (and I didn't suffer from it). The price is expensive, but it is worth it because 2 meals are included, and they have great service. The staff is from Nepal so if someone comes here and expects Japanese, they may be disappointed by that. But in fact, this is way better as they don't have those strict Japanese traditions and are more flexible for guests. The atmosphere and hospitality make you feel like you are at home. There are 2 buildings and I was in the second building that has a big onsen. The names of guests are written on a board, so you get a feeling they were waiting for you. I was checking in a few minutes after check-in hours (18:06 or so), so I was nervous. Fortunately, I didn't have any problems with that. Also, I didn't expect any meal for dinner because of my previous bad experience with the Japanese staff. And then I was surprised when the owner said that the dinner time starts at 6 PM! So I had the meal after 30 minutes. This is really convenient for tourists because you can see Hakone and come to the hotel on the last train from Gora station (that's what I did) and then you will have a great dinner! After I finished the meal, they gave me a dessert! Overall, it felt like a regal banquet. I really like it! After that it was already dark, so I walked around the hotel and took pictures. It looks nice and comfortable. Then I needed a rest before the public bath. The owner said I can use onsen any time I want, it is 24 hours open. I didn't check that though I used it 10-11 PM. There are 2 pools with serum and some minerals from the volcano. The pool inside is hotter and more comfortable. The pool outside is almost body temperature. Actually the water from the spring is hotter, but the water temperature in the pool decreased. There were private baths, but I was tired and didn't go to check them. After you finish bathing, you can drink cool water from the cooler near the entrance. The breakfast that was included in my plan and the staff again pleased me with that. I like the variety and quality of the food. After checking-out I had a free transfer to the train station. So, I had a wonderful experience with this hotel, and it is one of the reasons I want to visit Hakone again. Thank you very much!!!

Замечательный отель, местоположение супер, рядом с фуникулером со станции Гора. От станции Гора довольно крутой подъём, с чемоданами будет непросто, можно на фуникулере проехать одну станцию и пойти по ровной дороге. Рядом Хаконе Парк (вход бесплатный по Hakone Free Pass), пивоварня Gora Brewery, продуктовый магазин Очень понравились условия размещения, просторные номера со всеми удобствами. Красивые юкаты можно брать бесплатно у лифтов на этаже. Можно заварить себе травяной чай. Национальный ужин кайсеки длится полтора часа, включены напитки, такие как свежайшее пиво, сливовое вино, виски, сëчу, сакэ, джин, соки, лимонады. Можно выбрать время, с 17:30 или с 19:30. В онсене помимо самих источников есть джакузи, сауна и холодная ванна. В холодильнике есть холодный морс и лед-мороженое. Остались только самые приятные впечатления от посещения

Великолепное расположение, 5 минут до станции поезда (который правда находится в горах, так что если есть возможность, то переправьте тяжелый багаж сервисом доставки). Захватывающий вид на горы, деревья и другие рёканы. Великолепные общие онсены, везде цветущие деревья, лепестки красиво опадают при ветерке, идеально чтобы расслабиться в источнике и насладиться видами. Прикрепила фото платного приватного Онсена на открытом воздухе, бесплатные в два раза больше по размеру и такие же красивые. Комната традиционная, аккуратная и светлая. Завтраки и ужины просто шикарные, очень много различной еды предлагают, и все выглядит настолько красиво насколько и вкусно. Каждый день приносят разные юката, так же заменяют белье и убирают номер. Сам отель не выглядит как традиционный снаружи, но внутри просто идеальный, тут была самая шикарная курилка которую я когда либо видела.
