"Booked a non-smoking room and it wreaked of cigarettes. Burn holes in the curtains. Covering for light switch coming off the wall. Holes in the bedding (coomforter, sheets and pillow cases). No latch on the door. Window in the bathroom is cracked. Bathtub appears unclean and the shower curtain is stained. Both chairs also stained. Tv worked. Fridge worked. Microwave worked. Lockbox worked. Ac worked. Room was very large. Bed was comfortable enough, though I slept in my everyday clothes because I couldn't bring myself to wear my pajams with the bedding in such a state."

"Got upgraded to a nicer room because the card wasn't working on the original. Ended up being very spacious, also had free coffee in the morning. Only downside is the location/it's difficult to access and the car park is locked between 00:00 and 06:00."
