Cari Hotel 4-Star di Naha, Okinawa

We stayed 3 nights in Naha, Okinawa, after already having stayed at Resol hotels in Osaka and Kyoto. This property in Naha truly stood out and exceeded our expectations, especially considering it is a 3-star hotel. The onsen was an absolute highlight — incredible and deeply relaxing. We went twice during our stay and both visits were outstanding; honestly, some of the most enjoyable moments of our trip. The room amenities were excellent and well above what you would typically expect at this category, and everything felt well thought out and comfortable. Service was impeccable, with the kind of warm, efficient hospitality Japan is known for. Overall, a fantastic stay and excellent value.

Basic breakfast variety. Great location near to Kokusai street, many restaurants around. Staffs are nice and helpful, thank you a front dest staff, Itoh san, she can speak very good English, smile like the sun shining. Hotel connecting with a Tokyo famous restaurant “Moss” with pretty good fine dining with reasonable price, good to visit if your schedule not too rush, enjoy a 2 hours relaxing dinner there, you could taste Okinawa local fresh ingredients. Swimming pool is small, and you can swimming with flowers and leaves. Remember no mid night car parking, please enter earlier in the first parking get ticket for a day, count 15:00-11:00, ¥1500 per day. Nearby lowest rate is ¥900 per night.

Taking the monorail makes travelling around the city super easy and time-saving, perfect for sightseeing and heading to popular attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy with complete facilities, and the staff offer warm and thoughtful service. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. Great hotel, excellent location, airport bus directly to hotel. Room is bigger than most hotels I stay at in Japan and this is my fourth Jalan visit. Twin room, bed is big and comfy, provided 3 pillows, 1 hard and 1 normal so theres good choice. No bathtub which is good since I don’t use it anyway. Girl is reception does not know what good customer service mean! We arrived at 1pm knowing we cannot check in yet so we asked to leave luggages there and she just pointed us to the side where theres already a few luggages from different people. There wasn’t enough room and after awhile we decided go back to reception and ask for string to tie all our luggages together after seeing other luggages was tied. This time we were served by a male who showed my son a private room where we can store our luggages and set our own combinations!

The location of the hotel was very convenient.it is walking distance from the park and all the main attractions like kokusai dori, pottery street , port and etc. The room wasn't spacious though. You can barely find some space for a medium size suitcase. If you have a big suitcase you might have some troubles using it. There's a big bed which was taking most of the space of the room. But was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom is very well equipped with some modern shower which gave me a vibe of a spacecraft.

The photo shows the view from my room. The room was okay—simple but comfortable, and it had a large bed which was great for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a few inconveniences. The TV remote control was in Japanese, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone not familiar with the language. Another downside was the parking situation. There was no free parking available, so I had to pay for the car park each day, which added to the overall cost of the stay. While the room met basic expectations, a few small improvements could have made the experience much better.

The hotel’s ground floor feels like an art gallery — modern, minimalist, and thoughtfully designed. The concierge, café, and laundry area are all located on the second floor, where you’ll also find a display space showcasing artwork and merchandise by local artists, adding a charming creative touch. Our room was clean and cozy, though slightly compact. We had to rearrange some furniture to open our luggage comfortably. The balcony was a highlight, offering a refreshing sea view and enhancing the overall relaxing, breezy atmosphere of the hotel. Breakfast was enjoyable with a decent variety of options, and the quality was satisfying. While the immediate surroundings are relatively quiet, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, AEON mart, and the popular Kokusai Dori Street, making it a good base for exploring the area.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Nearby to airport which is around 15min by car. Walking distance to nearby restaurants. But they do charge 2000yen per day for car park.

It’s surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasn’t much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said it’s too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.
