Cari Hotel 4-Star di Naha, Okinawa

My stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel was a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Okinawa. The hotel is conveniently located near Kokusai Street, making it easy to explore local restaurants, souvenir shops, and popular attractions. The monorail station is also within walking distance, which made transportation very convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Although the space was not very large, it was well organized and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff members were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. One of the best parts of the hotel was the complimentary services. Guests could enjoy free drinks, ice cream, and late-night ramen, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The public bath was also excellent and helped me relax after a long day of sightseeing. In addition, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious Okinawan dishes and fresh ingredients. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa.

I will stay at the hotel when i visit Okinawa again! The location is excellent for shopping & visiting the seafood market. It is a fair bit of walking from the monorail station but it is so convenient to go around the city via Didi/Uber. The housekeeping is only done every 3 days but they change the towels and empty the bins everyday. Room is clean and spacious.

When we arrived, already liked the atmosphere of the lobby- bar-restaurant, which was lively, with nice lighting and the green foliage from the window wall and smell nice too, which is very important. We could early check-in in a corner room and high floor! Our purpose was to leave our bags and was surprised with rooms ready. Our room was spotless, decorated with neutral colours, very comfortable, everything was new. The only thing, the window only opens just a little bit and was hard to close it back and the faucet of the sink was just below the glass shelf and you will hit it every time you turn it on and the room lights had few individual switches, therefore was almost an all lights on or all lights off deal! Another down thing was the flip-flops which weren’t comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with just the right amount of choices but everything available was really good. The public bath as well, everything was new, clean and with enough number of showers and the bath had the right size, decorated with simple and tasteful colours, the water was delicious. The location of the hotel was very good, just a few minutes walk to the monorail and with convenient shopping around. We enjoyed every minute of our stayed! It was excellent!

Love the excellent location which is just 5 mins walk to Makishi Station and Kokusaidori Shopping street. There's family mart and Cargoes supermarket at L1 and linked to car park. The room is clean and consider spacious. We can choose either to make up room or change towels every day. It would be good if hotel can also provides shower cap. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think it deserves as a 4 stars hotel instead of 3 stars as it exceeded our expectations.

Hotel Strata Naha in Okinawa impresses with its nicely designed building, comfortable twin rooms, and large balconies. However, the overall experience falls short. The internet is fast when it works, but the signal is patchy. The breakfast spread is high quality, yet the coffee offered is disappointingly poor in taste. The smart TV never worked despite complaints, with no standard TV channels available. Additionally, light cleaning service the next day upon arrival didn’t include making the beds, which felt lacking. The ladies at the reception would benefit of English language training. Overall, the stay was good but needs improvement in these small yet important details to live up to its potential

Great hotel, excellent location, airport bus directly to hotel. Room is bigger than most hotels I stay at in Japan and this is my fourth Jalan visit. Twin room, bed is big and comfy, provided 3 pillows, 1 hard and 1 normal so theres good choice. No bathtub which is good since I don’t use it anyway. Girl is reception does not know what good customer service mean! We arrived at 1pm knowing we cannot check in yet so we asked to leave luggages there and she just pointed us to the side where theres already a few luggages from different people. There wasn’t enough room and after awhile we decided go back to reception and ask for string to tie all our luggages together after seeing other luggages was tied. This time we were served by a male who showed my son a private room where we can store our luggages and set our own combinations!

The photo shows the view from my room. The room was okay—simple but comfortable, and it had a large bed which was great for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a few inconveniences. The TV remote control was in Japanese, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone not familiar with the language. Another downside was the parking situation. There was no free parking available, so I had to pay for the car park each day, which added to the overall cost of the stay. While the room met basic expectations, a few small improvements could have made the experience much better.

🛌 Fresh, Odor-Free, and Cozy Rooms (Perfect for 3 People!) One of the first things we noticed and appreciated was how clean the room was—it was completely fresh and didn't have any of those weird, stale smells that you sometimes find in hotels. While the room layout might be a little bit on the small side, it was still completely okay for our group. Even with three people sharing the space, it was still very fine, cozy, and comfortable for all of us to get a great night's rest. 🍳 Delicious Breakfast Buffet The breakfast buffet here was a wonderful highlight of our mornings. There was a really nice selection of dishes to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Having such a good breakfast available right at the hotel made our mornings smooth and enjoyable. ✈️ Unbeatable Location: Close to the Airport & Easy to Get Around The location is exceptionally convenient. It is situated very near the airport, making our arrival and departure entirely stress-free with minimal transit time. Additionally, it was incredibly easy for us to get around everywhere in Nusa from this spot. Whether you want to explore local attractions, head to the beach, or grab dinner, everything is highly accessible.

Just not my kind of place. Because of the humidity the doors were dripping. There were only three washers & dryers for a hotel of 14 floors and not well working. The skybar was not very inviting to just socialize. The pillows were like a bag of sand. And the room, although very full with dryer, a bath and a shower, a foldable desk... was too narrow. When I opened a medium size suitcase. I had to climb into bed and this was a room for 2 people. The staff was very friendly but to say fluent in English would be wrong. The onsen was very nice too. Since the pool on the top floor wasn't open all day and only accessable with a fee and regularly closed because of the weather, the onsen was a nice alternative. All in all a decent hotel, but not again for me.

This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport. A bakery, 7-11 and souvenir shop on ground level, complimentary hot spring bath, coin laundry... There is also a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.
