My stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel was a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Okinawa. The hotel is conveniently located near Kokusai Street, making it easy to explore local restaurants, souvenir shops, and popular attractions. The monorail station is also within walking distance, which made transportation very convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Although the space was not very large, it was well organized and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff members were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. One of the best parts of the hotel was the complimentary services. Guests could enjoy free drinks, ice cream, and late-night ramen, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The public bath was also excellent and helped me relax after a long day of sightseeing. In addition, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious Okinawan dishes and fresh ingredients. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa.

Had a packed itinerary on this day so only spent the night and checked out early morning for our flight. As compared to the other hotel rooms in Okinawa, this was the smallest we had for 3 pax - it was very squeezy. The room was clean with a comfy bed and pillows. Even the lighting was dimmable. Charging points available against each bed. TV came with Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video apps for your own login. And quite near to the monorail station - walk for about less than 10mins. Friendly polite staff. They kept our luggage as the check in was strictly at 3pm, while we went shopping at Kokusai. There's a Donki nearby too and 7-Eleven, Family Mart as well.

We arrived at the hotel reception at 8:00 p.m. on May 12 to check in and collect our room key, and we encountered problems we have never experienced before! At first, the check-in procedure only took about 5 minutes for Room 524. However, when we got to our room and opened the door, we realized it was not the room we had booked. This room has two single beds, which is completely different from the double bed room we reserved. We then went back to the reception desk to ask the staff to switch us to a double-bed room. But all three reception staff said they did not have any double-bed rooms. We kept asking further questions. We had booked a double-bed room a week earlier and had already paid all the charges—so why couldn’t they arrange a double-bed room for us? One of the female staff members, who appeared to be of Indian origin, used a translation device to translate into Chinese for us. She pointed out that we had not selected a specific room type, and that guests have no right to choose any room type; we are only allowed to receive whatever room type the hotel assigns. At the same time, she also mentioned that the Room 524 they gave us was much larger than the double-bed room we requested, as if they were offering us an advantage, and that they would not arrange a double-bed room for us. After that, I argued with them multiple times and showed them again and again the confirmation emails and payment emails for our booking. This back-and-forth took more than 45 minutes. During that time, the reception staff treated us very poorly and constantly told us to “wait,” each time requiring us to wait 5–10 minutes before they finally kept talking to me and dragging the process out. Only then did they give us Room 1209. Even so, we still had to take all the luggage that had been placed for Room 524 and move it down to the reception area, and then carry it back up to Room 1209. We finally managed to have dinner only after an hour. Therefore, if you are assessing their service, it should be zero points. I have stayed at the Daiwa Hotel in Kyoto and near Himeji Castle, and I have never encountered this kind of problem. This time, I have completely lost confidence in this hotel group, and I have serious doubts about their integrity. After this, I probably will not book this hotel again. I would really like to understand why the hotel rooms booked through your website have ended up with problems like this. I hope Trip.com can look into it thoroughly, and respond to me within two weeks.

I had a very enjoyable stay at JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Naha. The location is excellent, with easy access to transport, shopping areas, and many dining options nearby.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great hotel with a convenient location and good service. I would definitely stay here again.

Basic breakfast variety. Great location near to Kokusai street, many restaurants around. Staffs are nice and helpful, thank you a front dest staff, Itoh san, she can speak very good English, smile like the sun shining. Hotel connecting with a Tokyo famous restaurant “Moss” with pretty good fine dining with reasonable price, good to visit if your schedule not too rush, enjoy a 2 hours relaxing dinner there, you could taste Okinawa local fresh ingredients. Swimming pool is small, and you can swimming with flowers and leaves. Remember no mid night car parking, please enter earlier in the first parking get ticket for a day, count 15:00-11:00, ¥1500 per day. Nearby lowest rate is ¥900 per night.

Our stay at OMO5 Okinawa Naha by Hoshino Resort offered a unique blend of modern design and cultural immersion. However, there are areas that could be enhanced for a better guest experience. The resort would benefit from additional parking spaces and a more varied breakfast menu, which was predominantly bread-focused during our visit. The cultural activities available in the lobby, such as guided tours, provided a deeply engaging and immersive experience, adding significant value to our stay. On the downside, the transitional space for removing shoes was cramped, which made the movement from the entrance to the tatami area somewhat uncomfortable. While the large sofa area is stylishly designed in a modern Japanese aesthetic, the absence of a coffee table was noticeable and impacted the functionality of the space. Room for luggage was also limited, reminiscent of compact Tokyo business hotels. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, highlighted by the cultural engagement opportunities the resort offers.

Located very conveniently near Makishi Station, and at the west end of Kokusai Dori. Clean hotel with nice amenities. No gym though. Overall we were ok with the stay here. But two episodes eroded the satisfaction over service standards: 1) Booked 2 rooms for a total of 5 pax, through Trip.com via the same booking on the same day.. however upon arrival, only one room was given the daily welcome drink coupon (Orion beer) while the other was not. When asked, they said it was a change in policy and not all rooms are given the welcome drink. From the reviews, we were already expecting welcome drinks for all. The uneven treatment between rooms made it worse. I feel the service staff did not handle it well. May I suggest Trip.com work with the hotel to state explicitly which room types will / will not be offered this benefit, for clarity. 2) one of the service staff serving welcome drinks at the bar showed a black face when my family member made a request that was fulfilled the day before. The order was grudgingly fulfilled and the server just turned away after putting the drink on the table. That was unprofessional. Hope the hotel can work on their comms and service standards.

This is hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Okinawa. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport and right next to the subway station, it’s incredibly easy to access. Plus, its proximity to the city center allowed us to walk to Kokusai Street in just 15 minutes—perfect for enjoying delicious food and great shopping! The breakfast was amazing, featuring unlimited hot pot and ice cream, all of the highest quality. But what really stood out was the outstanding service. During check-in, there was a group of middle school students—boys taking the stairs while girls waited for the elevator. The hotel staff efficiently prioritized guests for elevator access, handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy. We loved our stay so much that we’ll definitely be back here next time we visit Naha! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 6 nights. The room is spacious. My children love the facilities here. Love the laundry room as they have so many washing machines and dryers. We do not need to wait for so long and it os affordable,unlike other hotels. This hotel is definitely worth staying, especially for families.

Sound proof could be improved. Can hear other guest talking voice outside the corridor. It would be better to provide a recycle bag for guest to bring the room slipper to the room instead of holding them with hand.
