Hotel dengan balcony di Naha, Okinawa

We stay in a small two bedroom unit for 3 days. This unit is completed with all basic amenities, i.e. washing machice, dryer, fridge, table, sink, hot plate, microwave, limited cutlery and plates. The laundry detergent is charged separately. There is no daily cleaning within our stay. The hotel is at good location for hanging around international street and Makeshi market. Although we did not heard the busy street noice, we did heard some sound from units next door due to poor sound proof. Anyway, all went well in the initial stay, except the last day when I failed to contact the reception desk by phone, trip message and email to collect items I left in the fridge. Until now, they still did not reply me. I am very dissapointed with the hotel service. 😮💨 Hope the management more attentive to customers' message.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

The price was reasonable and the apartment was up to our expectation. Location is convenient for our 5 days stay. No frills, clean and nice staff. Happy to stay here again if needed.

For the upside, I love the hotel's close proximity to the monorail station and restaurants. Having a Lawson konbini right there at the property was a bonus; if I wanted a snack or drink, all I had to do was take the elevator down and that's it. Another upside is its ideal for solo travelers with the right amount of space for one person. With that last part said, the two downsides are the loft setting and bed. I wasn't crazy about the bed being in the upper loft, so having to go up and down the stair was a little troublesome. The bed itself wasn't entirely comfortable either, as I constantly woke up with aches. I saw another room in which the bed was at ground level while the desk and chair were above. If I had a room like that, I most likely would've handle the bed better. Overall, there were more pros to make up for the room's layout. I understand that this layout is common in Japan, it requires getting used to it, but it's not for everyone. I would recommend for maybe a night or two rather than a week-long stay.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Nearby to airport which is around 15min by car. Walking distance to nearby restaurants. But they do charge 2000yen per day for car park.

The room is small but every daily necessities are provided. It is convenient to buy snacks at Lawson nearby. The location is also good to go to the beach nearby for activity. Good for family trip and who love enjoying sun shine.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the room itself was alright, my overall experience was quite disappointing. Before arrival, I was not sent the entrance door PIN code, so I ended up waiting outside the hotel in the hot weather. At the entrance, there was only a phone number displayed with no other instructions. As a traveler, I didn’t have a SIM card that could make calls to Japanese numbers, which made things even more difficult. I was soaking wet from the heat and tried messaging the hotel, but received no response. Eventually, someone else came out, and they told me they also hadn’t received the entrance PIN code prior arrival and had been waiting for a long time as well. Once I finally got inside, the self check-in process was very slow—the page just kept loading and wouldn’t proceed. I used the hotel’s iPad to message the front desk, but their status showed “do not disturb,” and I had to wait a long time before anyone replied. Overall, the whole process was very frustrating and the experience was quite poor.

The is a capsule hotel. You cannot expect to have the service of a 5-star hotel. The value for money is undoubtedly high. Location is outstanding. A lot of convenience shops and restaurants are in the vicinity. Good for backpackers. A market is within 5 minutes walk for your understanding of Okinawa food culture. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station.😓 The hotel room was clean.👍🏻 It's comfortable to have a terrace.👍🏻 Sufficient hot water👏🏼 There are no breakfast shops, only Family Mart stores, near the hotel.😮💨 High cost performance👍🏻

Вполне чисто, локация прикольная (квартал с заведениями, где работают люди древнейшей профессии, но при этом все тихо-мирно и цивильно). Минус в том, что здесь бесконтактная регистрация, а это значит, что нельзя оставить багаж до регистрации, которая только в 15:00. В остальном, за свою невысокую цену очень даже хорошо. В номере есть стиралка с сушкой, чайник, микроволновка и смарт тв. Рекомендую! На фото вид с лестницы
