Love the excellent location which is just 5 mins walk to Makishi Station and Kokusaidori Shopping street. There's family mart and Cargoes supermarket at L1 and linked to car park. The room is clean and consider spacious. We can choose either to make up room or change towels every day. It would be good if hotel can also provides shower cap. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think it deserves as a 4 stars hotel instead of 3 stars as it exceeded our expectations.

It was our last night at Okinawa and we went back to Hyatt Naha after coming back from Onna. As before, the room was clean and the staff’s dedication can be seen. I had to return my car and they delivered our luggage to room during that time. Happy to spend our last night there.

We had a wonderful stay at The Royal Hotel Iconic Naha and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Naha. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Although the lighting wasn’t ideal for doing makeup, the floor-to-ceiling windows brought in beautiful natural light and offered stunning views of the sky, especially during sunrise and sunset. Another feature we really appreciated was being able to check the laundry status directly on the TV in the room. It saved us from making unnecessary trips to the laundry room and made doing laundry much more convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of local Okinawan specialties. It was a wonderful opportunity to experience the local flavors, and we highly recommend trying it. One thoughtful touch that really impressed us was that the hotel provides a beautiful mini beach tote bag every day. It’s stylish, practical for going out, and we didn’t have to worry about getting it dirty. At other beach resorts we’ve stayed at, only one tote bag is usually provided for the entire stay, and extra ones have to be purchased, so this was a detail we truly appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was having to take two elevators to reach the guest rooms, but it was a very small issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Naha. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Resol Trinity Naha. The hotel environment was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the location was excellent. It is conveniently connected by the monorail, and the bus terminal is also within a 5-minute walk, making it very easy to travel around Naha. There are also three major convenience stores nearby — FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Lawson — which made it very convenient to buy snacks, drinks, and daily necessities. The only downside is that the hotel does not have its own parking lot. Guests who drive need to use a nearby parking facility, such as the Don Quijote parking area, which is about a 7–8 minute walk away. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and great location.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

English Review This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right near the monorail station, just a short walking distance away. Taking the monorail makes travelling around the city super easy and time-saving, perfect for sightseeing and heading to popular attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy with complete facilities, and the staff offer warm and thoughtful service. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. Great hotel, excellent location, airport bus directly to hotel. Room is bigger than most hotels I stay at in Japan and this is my fourth Jalan visit. Twin room, bed is big and comfy, provided 3 pillows, 1 hard and 1 normal so theres good choice. No bathtub which is good since I don’t use it anyway. Girl is reception does not know what good customer service mean! We arrived at 1pm knowing we cannot check in yet so we asked to leave luggages there and she just pointed us to the side where theres already a few luggages from different people. There wasn’t enough room and after awhile we decided go back to reception and ask for string to tie all our luggages together after seeing other luggages was tied. This time we were served by a male who showed my son a private room where we can store our luggages and set our own combinations!

We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience.

The room is small but every daily necessities are provided. It is convenient to buy snacks at Lawson nearby. The location is also good to go to the beach nearby for activity. Good for family trip and who love enjoying sun shine.

The ventilation of the bathroom needs to be improved. It is too weak for having a shower and washing hair at the same time. The faucet is not very good which is a bit hard to adjust. Overall speaking, it is not a bad hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful. If the hardware of the hotel can be improved and modernised, e.g. adding a socket for phone charging near the bed, that will be good.
