My stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel was a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Okinawa. The hotel is conveniently located near Kokusai Street, making it easy to explore local restaurants, souvenir shops, and popular attractions. The monorail station is also within walking distance, which made transportation very convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Although the space was not very large, it was well organized and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff members were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. One of the best parts of the hotel was the complimentary services. Guests could enjoy free drinks, ice cream, and late-night ramen, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The public bath was also excellent and helped me relax after a long day of sightseeing. In addition, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious Okinawan dishes and fresh ingredients. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa.

I will stay at the hotel when i visit Okinawa again! The location is excellent for shopping & visiting the seafood market. It is a fair bit of walking from the monorail station but it is so convenient to go around the city via Didi/Uber. The housekeeping is only done every 3 days but they change the towels and empty the bins everyday. Room is clean and spacious.

It was our last night at Okinawa and we went back to Hyatt Naha after coming back from Onna. As before, the room was clean and the staff’s dedication can be seen. I had to return my car and they delivered our luggage to room during that time. Happy to spend our last night there.

We enjoyed our stay at the The Royal Iconic Naha Hotel. It's a modern and clean hotel close to the popular Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping street as well as the monorail station being directly across the road. Heaps of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The one negative aspect staying here was the parking facility. It's not your traditional parking space that's provided instead the hotel has a parking mechanical tower (like a large vending machine) that parks your car and collects it for you. The process of collecting your car could take a while due to the number of guests needing to collect their car as well. Its one at a time basis. Also there's not enough parking spots so when we arrived back from our day trips in the evening, we were advised that the car park is full an were directed to find alternative parking elsewhere. I found was really inconvenient as the days were hot and humid and everybody was tired. I ended up circling around the area for an hour looking for parking and trying to figure out how to park using those plate locks. Then I had to lug alot of things from my car as well as my 3 yr old back to the hotel. I haven't ever came across this issue before at other hotels I've stayed in. The pool isn't large but was nice enough to relax for a quick dip. There was also a spa as well which was nice. Would be good though if the pool was opened until later (it closes early at 8pm). Also, there weren't any towels provided at the pool and only 2 towels provided in our hotel room which we had to use. This was inconvenient as we then had to bring back our wet towels to our room. Overall our stay was okay.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

English Review This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right near the monorail station, just a short walking distance away. Taking the monorail makes travelling around the city super easy and time-saving, perfect for sightseeing and heading to popular attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy with complete facilities, and the staff offer warm and thoughtful service. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. Great hotel, excellent location, airport bus directly to hotel. Room is bigger than most hotels I stay at in Japan and this is my fourth Jalan visit. Twin room, bed is big and comfy, provided 3 pillows, 1 hard and 1 normal so theres good choice. No bathtub which is good since I don’t use it anyway. Girl is reception does not know what good customer service mean! We arrived at 1pm knowing we cannot check in yet so we asked to leave luggages there and she just pointed us to the side where theres already a few luggages from different people. There wasn’t enough room and after awhile we decided go back to reception and ask for string to tie all our luggages together after seeing other luggages was tied. This time we were served by a male who showed my son a private room where we can store our luggages and set our own combinations!

For a solo traveller, I am very glad to have chosen here for my 6 nights stay. The Omoromachi station is 3 mins walk away and made my traveling so much easy. I could even board a bus that goes to American village. And I honestly like the washing machine and dryer here. Per wash is 200 Yen and dryer is 100 yen per 30 mins.

I stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management. During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area. Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me. It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty. The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff. The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter. After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours. Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee. This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip. Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.

I spent very good time here. Compared to its price, this hotel gives you soo much satisfaction. I was really satisfied. Compared to other hotels in Japan, the room was very wide and so clean. You can use bathtub and relax, too. I liked that I can see all Naha city view from this hotel. Also I enjoyed the time in Infinity pool on the 3rd floor. Even though I had no chance to look around 15th floor panoramic view.(I forgot to go up 😅) please go up to 15th floor and check the panoramic view. Even though the weather was very bad (whole day it rained 🥲 )during my visiting Okinawa, staying this hotel made me feel good. Thank you.
