"We stayed for four nights as a family of four, coming to Okinawa for a relaxing holiday. The two things we cared about most were the room size and breakfast—and we were very satisfied with both. Although the breakfast selection didn’t look very extensive at first, everything was delicious and well-prepared. There was a nice mix of Japanese, Okinawan, and Western options, and the menu changed daily, which kept things interesting. We left breakfast feeling full and satisfied every single day. The room was comfortable, and it was great that the TV had Netflix and YouTube available. Parking was also very convenient at 1100 yen per night (2pm–12pm). The location is excellent—right next to Naha Main Place, a popular local supermarket, and close to DFS Galleria as well. 7-11 just downstairs! The only minor downside was that the bathroom is located right next to the bed, and the sound insulation of the bathroom door could be better. Out of the two hotels we stayed at in Okinawa, this was our favourite. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next self-drive trip!"

"The room here was average-sized but comfortable enough to fit a few large luggage and still have decent walkable space. I was lucky enough to be placed right beside the vending machine and ice making machine. The vending machine worked well and had no problems of running out of change or drinks. The bathroom was okay, although a bit narrow it had a bathtub and had all the essentials. We were also provided coffee/tea pods for the provided capsule machine. The cleanliness was okay as it did have some stains on the bathtub corners but that’s usually the case in most hotel bathtubs. Overall, it was what you would expect from a well-known chain and it does its job when it comes to the price point it is at. The staff was good and there was also a self-service welcome drink corner providing the local Okinawan coral roast."

"Had a packed itinerary on this day so only spent the night and checked out early morning for our flight. As compared to the other hotel rooms in Okinawa, this was the smallest we had for 3 pax - it was very squeezy. The room was clean with a comfy bed and pillows. Even the lighting was dimmable. Charging points available against each bed. TV came with Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video apps for your own login. And quite near to the monorail station - walk for about less than 10mins. Friendly polite staff. They kept our luggage as the check in was strictly at 3pm, while we went shopping at Kokusai. There's a Donki nearby too and 7-Eleven, Family Mart as well."

"My stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel was a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Okinawa. The hotel is conveniently located near Kokusai Street, making it easy to explore local restaurants, souvenir shops, and popular attractions. The monorail station is also within walking distance, which made transportation very convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Although the space was not very large, it was well organized and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff members were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. One of the best parts of the hotel was the complimentary services. Guests could enjoy free drinks, ice cream, and late-night ramen, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The public bath was also excellent and helped me relax after a long day of sightseeing. In addition, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious Okinawan dishes and fresh ingredients. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa."

"The hotel is super clean and in a walking distance to Kokusai-dori street which is very convenient for those who want to explore the food street and souvenir shopping. The neighbourhood area of hotel is the combination of residence area and restaurants nearby (steak house, izakaya, ramen, yakiniku, etc). There is plenty of good restaurants in the area which is nice. There is also the convenience marts just around the corner (Familymart is next door, 7-11 is across the street). Although, there is a free breakfast set available for guest (1 drink & 1 bagel for each person), i saw many guests buy some foods/snack from the convenience mart for breakfast. The bagel is quite nice though. The parking of hotel is auto parking system (1500 JPY fee per night). The waiting time to retrieve the car is appx 1-2 min."

"Very good hotel- no complaints. Very well located- you can get to the main ***** very easily, and you don’t need to go to street level to connect to the bus station or monorail. Room was clean, decent size and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. It’s not luxury but you’re not paying for that. This is fairly priced and good option for a few nights in Naha. I’d stay again."

貓貓貓蟲I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Naha during my trip to Okinawa this May. The hotel is incredibly modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is a major plus it's highly accessible, making it seamless to travel around Naha or head out for day trips. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and offer a fantastic view of the city. I especially loved the contemporary aesthetic and the thoughtful amenities provided. The staff were professional, polite, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Whether you're visiting for leisure or a relaxing urban getaway, this hotel is a top tier choice in Naha. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

YYuyuroseReTime located just shy away from Asahibashi station and a perfect walking distance from KOKUSAI DORI shopping street, tourist spots and various supermarkets. The hotel offers capsule rooms, family rooms and a cabin themed room where you are assigned either a top or bottom bunk. You also receive free slippers and borrow sleepwear during your stay. The hotel also offers complimentary basic amenities such as toothbrush, comb, shower caps, razors if you need them. At the lobby, there’s a beautiful wooden set of keyed lockers to choose to put away your shoes upon entering the building. The common space is cleaned very frequently, almost every few hours (Japan's standards will make you rethink your definition of cleanliness) and where guests can eat and drink (water and additional soft drinks provided, there's also a vending machine with a nice selection of snacks). The space very pleasantly airy with lots of sun, and overall a nice place to work, snack or relax as the cabin and capsule rooms have no windows. I loved the creativity as you are essentially sharing a bunk bed with privacy that’s provided with a sliding screen door. It’s decent, with adequate room for luggage but few may struggle if the luggage is quite large as the aisle can be a bit narrow. This can be reflected from your neighbour next door at times~! I found overall it was very comfortable and I was assigned the top bunk during my long stay. The bed is clean, with complimentary cleaning on the 7th day (10am-3pm), and there’s a decent sized desk. The privacy of the cabin room is definitely the main highlight about ReTime if one wishes for privacy but reduced budget than a standard hotel room. A slight issue with this kind of arrangement is shutting the screen doors may end up being noisy (the screen door naturally reduces soundproofing). However having stayed for quite some time, I found the bed and room overall very comfortable and decently spaced. If I stayed longer, this would not be an issue as the bed was quite spacious personally. The shower option as opposed to the public onsen baths is much appreciated as 1) some women are not comfortable with the public baths, and 2) when that time of the month happens...this would reassure future guests planning to come to ReTime. The additional complimentary ammeties such as toner, cleanser and lotion were surpising and great to use also. Some crticisms regarding the stay: upon entering, I was told check in was at 4pm, which is quite later than average . I found a coin locker nearby but would have liked to be informed I could have stayed in the common area until check in if desired. It was a bit dissapointing as I could have saved a few hundred yen and energy after a flight. The washing machine instruction was unclear as the yellow button had to be pressed before scanning the touch bracelet, the step which is not in the images, and the staff member assisting was a bit rude (it likely shows the issue with this particular step had occurred many times). Perhaps putting some numbered stickers may help with step by step - especially turning that yellow button to green. Overall it’s a positive experience to recharge and stay long term, however I personally found that the service can be improved. MMin Jong LeeLocation The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

I especially enjoyed the matcha latte. The rooftop bar offers a great view of Okinawa at night. I also appreciated the laundry facilities, which were very convenient for travelers.

Free flow drinks (beer, sale, wine), small bites, snacks and even blue seal ice cream. Hotel entrance is at the back though, and do not expect a grand foyer, just a door for people. Parking is directly behind the hotel, in public space. We picked the 800 yen per day one. Another perk of this hotel is it’s near the ferry port, great if you wish to visit zamami or tokashiki etc!.

SStanley TeaI stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management. During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area. Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me. It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty. The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff. The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter. After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours. Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee. This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip. Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.
