"For a solo traveller, I am very glad to have chosen here for my 6 nights stay. The Omoromachi station is 3 mins walk away and made my traveling so much easy. I could even board a bus that goes to American village. And I honestly like the washing machine and dryer here. Per wash is 200 Yen and dryer is 100 yen per 30 mins."

"Could check in really quickly without waiting in line so that was great. There were not that many washing machines, and it was difficult to use them because other guests would not come and collect their own laundry even after the machine had finished running. There was a sign saying that the neglected laundry would be collected after 10 minutes, but there weren't any staff keeping an eye on this anyway, so the warning sign wasn't helpful. Staff also seemed reluctant to provide more tea in the room even though they only have two tea bags every other day for a week-long stay. Even when asked, they would only initially offer one tea bag without asking if more were needed."

"5-minute walk from monorail Asahibashi station, with covered passageway all alone. Service is good. Staff are freindly and helpful. Room with decent size and is very clean. The shower area is large and the water pressure is good. And there is a door seperating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom which keeps the bathroom dry. There is a carpark right opposite to the hotel. They offer a discount rate for hotel guest. You can park from 15:00- 10:00(next day) for 1500 yen. Convenience stores, a supermarket and a Donki are nearby. Overall, there is no complaint for my stay. A great value for money."

"This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport. A bakery, 7-11 and souvenir shop on ground level, complimentary hot spring bath, coin laundry... There is also a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away."

"We understand that prices are often higher during Chinese New Year, but we paid HK$2,408 per night including breakfast for two—about three to four times the lowest room rate—and stayed for three nights. At this price point, we expected better maintenance. The air conditioning and the bathroom ventilation both had a noticeable odor and clearly needed deep cleaning. Every day, black particles were blown from the air conditioner onto the bed (photo attached), which was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the location is excellent. It’s about a 15‑minute walk to Kokusai Dori, and Don Quijote is conveniently located on the second floor, so I could shop every evening. The hotel is also just a 5‑minute walk from Tsubogawa Station and only a short ride from Naha Airport. The room itself is practical, with a microwave and an in‑room washer/dryer, which is a big plus. If the room rate had been more reasonable and the ventilation properly deep‑cleaned, I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel."

"We stayed here with 2 kids age 11 and 13 years old. Location is perfect, right outside the train station, 5 minutes walk to Donki (which has food, groceries, and everything). There is also a hotel carpark (¥1000 yen per day), but if it's full, you can use the public carpark right next to the hotel. However, there were a few things that could have been better. 1) We requested for an extra blanket but the hotel said they do not have any extra. What kind of hotel does not have extra blankets?! 2) We were informed at check in that they do not do certain type of cleaning every day, for example vacuuming is only every 2-3 days (can't remember the exact details). But we had to request for extra toilet paper and facial tissue because these were not replenished. Understand cleaning isn't done daily but toilet paper should be replenished daily."

"The hotel is newly built and very clean. The rooms are nice and well organized for their size, with no wasted space. The shower is great and everything you need is provided. The free breakfast is very minimal, just one bagel and one coffee, but since we were not expecting any breakfast at all, we were happy with it. The staff were nice and welcoming overall. However, a few small things were a bit confusing. During the day, staff are present at the front desk, but guests still have to use the self-service check-in machine even when there is no queue. Also, Trip.com mentioned that our room would be on the 9th floor, but we were first given a room on the 2nd floor, then another on the 3rd floor. We complained and got room changes without any issue, but it was unclear why lower-floor rooms were assigned when higher floors seemed available. On our second stay, the front desk also accidentally gave us an occupied room. Mistakes can happen, of course, but all these small issues added up a bit. That said, the location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of the main street and the port, right next to the monorail, with plenty of restaurants around. You really can’t beat the location."

"The hotel was not hard to find and the room was not too bad for two people but i must say the shower room was too small and the sink. Also if u plan to stay long I recommend to go to a Dollar Store or 100yen shop because they dont have other amenities like spoon, fork, plates, scissors etc. they have coffee maker but the coffee you have to buy it at the lounge it cost 200¥. What i liked is that they have 2 washing machines and dryers and they come up with Detergent soap and Fabric conditioner. Also if you guys are renting a car the hotel provides a parking but for 1,500¥ per night. We did not avail it though we used the Times parking which was 550¥ for 12hrs and me and my partner did a lot of traveling so it was worth the price of the parking. The rooftop we did not try because it was closed when we went. There were staffs were so nice tho. Thank you!"

"I really liked my experience at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. The only thing I would suggest is paying more attention to security and room surveillance during the night. One night, around 2 am a man came to my room and started knocking on the door loudly. It woke me up and disturbed me a lot. Fortunately, I did not open the door and simply told him in English that it was not his room. Another disturbing situation happened at around 9 pm on a different day. A staff member rang the bell while I was taking a nap. He was with another person, and he opened my door using a key card. Thankfully, the door was locked, so they could not enter. He kept saying “Konnichiwa” until I finally asked, “What do you want?” and then they just left. I think the hotel should be more careful about verifying which guests are staying in each room, as these situations were very disruptive and uncomfortable."

LLostWithYanThe hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and convenience stores, and only about a 10-minute walk from Kokusai Dori. The room was clean, and although daily housekeeping wasn’t provided, amenities were replenished throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Okinawa.

YYuyuroseReTime located just shy away from Asahibashi station and a perfect walking distance from KOKUSAI DORI shopping street, tourist spots and various supermarkets. The hotel offers capsule rooms, family rooms and a cabin themed room where you are assigned either a top or bottom bunk. You also receive free slippers and borrow sleepwear during your stay. The hotel also offers complimentary basic amenities such as toothbrush, comb, shower caps, razors if you need them. At the lobby, there’s a beautiful wooden set of keyed lockers to choose to put away your shoes upon entering the building. The common space is cleaned very frequently, almost every few hours (Japan's standards will make you rethink your definition of cleanliness) and where guests can eat and drink (water and additional soft drinks provided, there's also a vending machine with a nice selection of snacks). The space very pleasantly airy with lots of sun, and overall a nice place to work, snack or relax as the cabin and capsule rooms have no windows. I loved the creativity as you are essentially sharing a bunk bed with privacy that’s provided with a sliding screen door. It’s decent, with adequate room for luggage but few may struggle if the luggage is quite large as the aisle can be a bit narrow. This can be reflected from your neighbour next door at times~! I found overall it was very comfortable and I was assigned the top bunk during my long stay. The bed is clean, with complimentary cleaning on the 7th day (10am-3pm), and there’s a decent sized desk. The privacy of the cabin room is definitely the main highlight about ReTime if one wishes for privacy but reduced budget than a standard hotel room. A slight issue with this kind of arrangement is shutting the screen doors may end up being noisy (the screen door naturally reduces soundproofing). However having stayed for quite some time, I found the bed and room overall very comfortable and decently spaced. If I stayed longer, this would not be an issue as the bed was quite spacious personally. The shower option as opposed to the public onsen baths is much appreciated as 1) some women are not comfortable with the public baths, and 2) when that time of the month happens...this would reassure future guests planning to come to ReTime. The additional complimentary ammeties such as toner, cleanser and lotion were surpising and great to use also. Some crticisms regarding the stay: upon entering, I was told check in was at 4pm, which is quite later than average . I found a coin locker nearby but would have liked to be informed I could have stayed in the common area until check in if desired. It was a bit dissapointing as I could have saved a few hundred yen and energy after a flight. The washing machine instruction was unclear as the yellow button had to be pressed before scanning the touch bracelet, the step which is not in the images, and the staff member assisting was a bit rude (it likely shows the issue with this particular step had occurred many times). Perhaps putting some numbered stickers may help with step by step - especially turning that yellow button to green. Overall it’s a positive experience to recharge and stay long term, however I personally found that the service can be improved. Despite its airport location, the space felt calm, with soft lighting and well-kept shared facilities that never felt crowded. The cabin itself was simple but thoughtfully arranged, providing enough privacy and comfort for a refreshing rest. Early-morning departures became stress-free, as I could reach the check-in counters without rushing. For travelers who value efficiency and a quiet place to reset between flights, this hotel delivers exceptional convenience.

IiirubyzThe room provided was very well cleaned and prepared with extra slippers, towels and a sleeping shirt. It’s also quite spacious fitting two single beds, a couch and a table with a refrigerator underneath it. The view from our window was really nice and the location is great, it’s a few minute walk away from a convenience store.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe pros: The room is larger than other hotel in Japan. The shower room is small like others. The amenities are provided at the reception. The location is good. In front of the hotel, there is a good coffee shop. The cons: At the back of TV’s counter is very dirty, full of dust. The fridge did not work. The parking is ¥1,000 per day but if it full you have to find the parking around the hotel. I found that the parking around the hotel is cheaper than hotel’s parking, ¥500 per night.
